The new chocolaty cherry cold brew is such a unique, delicious summer menu item! I'm visiting from out of town but will definitely be back if I'm ever around again--that's how good it was. Their cold foam is to die for and I just love finding coffee shops with original, creative offerings. Their new vanilla cinnamon latté and OG iced matcha were also hits in our group. Amazing coffee. Their blueberry latte is incredible! Prices are much less than Starbucks, which is so refreshing and feels so much more fair. They do not have a lot in the way of food. But I'm there for the coffee anyways. The pastries and breakfast burritos they do have look great. I go to the one in the Reno town mall. Great space, never crowded. My friend and I met here for a date since neither of us had ever been. (Trying to give new places a try) I ordered the Chai and the barista asked, "what kind" which intrigued me... there's more than one?! She was lovely and suggested the house made gingerbread syrup added to it and I opted to also add oat milk. It was the best chai! I do not like Starbucks because their "flavors" have a weird/fake taste to them. This did not. There was plenty of seating and a nice atmosphere. She had quite a list of orders ahead of ours (which wasn't her fault and she was very friendly and thankful for our patience). Grateful for her suggestion and the great customer service! read more

Came by the grab a quick pick-me-up before work errands. Lighthouse at the Marina is my favorite coffee spot. This one somehow missed that mark. While the barista was very attentive and friendly and very welcoming I believe that whatever I got was burnt or old. It had a very odd taste that wasn't pleasant. I got an iced caramilla - which is my absolutely favorite! It was burnt and watery and all around not a great cup of coffee. I will have tot ry again to see if maybe I just got a bad batch but the location is easy to get to, there's plenty of seating, and the workers are kind which made it okay. read more

I'm somewhat of a matcha snob and the matcha I got from here is literally the best I've had in Reno. It was so smooth with a hint of sweetness. The hot chai was also good. The barista was also friendly and the place had good music too. I will definitely be back. read more

This location is a bit hidden in a somewhat rundown shopping mall, but it seems like new businesses are coming in to give it a facelift! It's a convenient location, there aren't really any other small coffee shops in that area so it's nice to have another option other than Starbucks. I've been to the other location on Mount Rose Street and wasn't too impressed but I was out in this area so decided to try again. The person who was working greeted us when we came in and I ordered an iced chai, my daughter a mocha and granddaughter a piece of their blueberry cake. My chai was pretty much flavorless and my daughter said her mocha was just okay. I asked for a little more chai flavor and he proceeded to make me a new one which was just as tasteless. Coffee: Like all its locations, the coffee here is awesome--some of the best in town. Definitely recommend them for a coffee stop. Coffee is 5 stars. Snacks: Breakfast sandwich was pretty good--not great. Could use more flavor for sure. I should have tried a fresh-baked scone! They were baked fresh that morning. Location: It's an odd location in the Reno Town Mall. You enter through a side door between the mall entrance and Burlington Coat Factory. Love this place and the new addition to the Reno Town Mall area (Atlantis and Burlington Shopping Center). Service is always friendly and coffee is served with a smile along with a little chit chat. The smell is probably the best part since their roasts are very enticing. Since this location opened sometime in the fall 2022, I always try to stop in on my way to work or on a quick coffee break in the mornings for a pastry and my normal Carmilla with oat milk and a toasted bagel or a muffin top (if they are in stock.) Due to staffing availability I often find them not open when I stop by around 7:30/7:45a. This can be a bummer so I go without my usual cup or I have to find another place besides Dutch Bros or Starbucks. I hope this location helps them so they can stay longer! read more

First time visiting this location. I have been to the location at the Sparks Marina before but this one is a hidden gem in the Reno Town Mall near the Atlantis Casino. Barista was very nice and super quick. Cold brew was great and there were some good pastries in the case. The banana chocolate chip muffin was vegan and gluten free, but still tasted scrumptious. There are a few tables inside to sit and enjoy and even a small outdoor patio area if that tickles your fancy! read more

Grace chatted with me the whole time and was really friendly and seemed to genuinely love working there. Their coffee is really good too, so had the winter spice dirty chai and loved the solid amount of spiced flavor. The space is interestingly located within the old town mall but you can access it from outside. Probably not the most convenient location if you aren't hanging at the mall, but other than that a good coffee shop. read more

First time here and the servers were super nice and helpful! I got a customized Lavender Caramilla (hot) and you could taste the Lavender and the Caramel flavor. Yummy and comforting like a warm hug in a cup. The ambiance was cozy. Also got the bacon and egg burrito and got some hot sauce for it. The scone tasted like a biscuit with no flavor and was completely raw on the top half, which I didn't notice until we were an hour away. Not sure how this place stays open, but I wouldn't recommend wasting money here, you are better off going to DB or the Human Bean down the road. read more

While I've been to their other locations in sparks this is my first at the Reno Town Mall location. Nice music, decorated well and a close location to Atlantis and the Convention Center. While the mall is quite dated and empty, this coffee shop is the best retail establishment here. I would go to this mall just for a drink at Lighthouse. The staff is friendly, there are plenty of seats, and bright lighting. My favorite is the chai tea (best in town). They are well known in the area for their in-house roasted coffee. The coffee is a mid balance of roast, and always satisfies. They also have a moderate selection of breakfast items and pastries. If you are in this area of Reno on south Virginia st, and want to try something different than the sea of national chains like Starbucks and others, come into this cute local coffee shop. It's easy to access with its own side entrance yet connected to the mall. Right next to round table pizza. I wish there were more local coffee options like this in this area of Reno. read more
