Oat milk chai with house made gingerbread syrup. Delicious!
    Breanne C.

My friend and I met here for a date since neither of us had ever been. (Trying to give new places a try) I ordered the Chai and the barista asked, "what kind" which intrigued me... there's more than one?! She was lovely and suggested the house made gingerbread syrup added to it and I opted to also add oat milk. It was the best chai! I do not like Starbucks because their "flavors" have a weird/fake taste to them. This did not. There was plenty of seating and a nice atmosphere. She had quite a list of orders ahead of ours (which wasn't her fault and she was very friendly and thankful for our patience). Grateful for her suggestion and the great customer service!

I'm somewhat of a matcha snob and the matcha I got from here is literally the best I've had in Reno. It was so smooth with a hint of sweetness. The hot chai was also good. The barista was also friendly and the place had good music too. I will definitely be back.

Coffee: Like all its locations, the coffee here is awesome--some of the best in town. Definitely recommend them for a coffee stop. Coffee is 5 stars. Snacks: Breakfast sandwich was pretty good--not great. Could use more flavor for sure. I should have tried a fresh-baked scone! They were baked fresh that morning. Location: It's an odd location in the Reno Town Mall. You enter through a side door between the mall entrance and Burlington Coat Factory. The coffee shop itself is cute even if the mall needs a makeover. Service: The barista was so kind and welcoming to everyone who came in. Just a ray of sunshine.

First time visiting this location. I have been to the location at the Sparks Marina before but this one is a hidden gem in the Reno Town Mall near the Atlantis Casino. Barista was very nice and super quick. Cold brew was great and there were some good pastries in the case. The banana chocolate chip muffin was vegan and gluten free, but still tasted scrumptious. There are a few tables inside to sit and enjoy and even a small outdoor patio area if that tickles your fancy!

Grace chatted with me the whole time and was really friendly and seemed to genuinely love working there. Their coffee is really good too, so had the winter spice dirty chai and loved the solid amount of spiced flavor. The space is interestingly located within the old town mall but you can access it from outside. Probably not the most convenient location if you aren't hanging at the mall, but other than that a good coffee shop.

First time here and the servers were super nice and helpful! I got a customized Lavender Caramilla (hot) and you could taste the Lavender and the Caramel flavor. Yummy and comforting like a warm hug in a cup. The ambiance was cozy. Also got the bacon and egg burrito and got some hot sauce for it. You can taste the bacon and lots of eggs :) Now all we need is wine as an after-work chill out place :-)

This might be the best chai I've ever had! Latte was also great with adorable art! We loved the fidget toys and the barista was great!

Tucked away is Lighthouse Coffee and the service, just like the coffee, was phenomenal. Cute environment, & very clean. My coffee was rich with flavor, & not too sweet.

While I've been to their other locations in sparks this is my first at the Reno Town Mall location. Nice music, decorated well and a close location to Atlantis and the Convention Center. While the mall is quite dated and empty, this coffee shop is the best retail establishment here. I would go to this mall just for a drink at Lighthouse. The staff is friendly, there are plenty of seats, and bright lighting. My favorite is the chai tea (best in town). They are well known in the area for their in-house roasted coffee. The coffee is a mid balance of roast, and always satisfies. They also have a moderate selection of breakfast items and pastries. If you are in this area of Reno on south Virginia st, and want to try something different than the sea of national chains like Starbucks and others, come into this cute local coffee shop. It's easy to access with its own side entrance yet connected to the mall. Right next to round table pizza. I wish there were more local coffee options like this in this area of Reno.

Great recommendation of a well balanced coffee that is only slightly sweet. Daughters ordered the strawberry matcha latte with house made syrup and loved it. Asked for recommendations and got the pistachio which was really good and the tart raspberry. I'd definitely order the pistachio again!! The pistachio complimented the coffee and the raspberry would be awesome with a non coffee drink.

The decor, the entertainment, the products all struck a chord with me. On one side - a super cute pour over/loose leaf tea shop with some records for sale. On the other - a cute bar and lounge area equipped with a vinyl player (Bring one in on a Monday for them to play). You have some house pants, checkered floors, and cool vinyl covers all over the walls that make for some great & hip atmosphere and vibes. Their restrooms, though small, and clean and cool. Their pour overs are so flavorful, strong, and made with beans grounded on your visit. I love that they're flavored and sweetened in a way that allows the coffee to shine. If you're into sweeter drinks, ask for a bit more sweetner or add in a brown raw sugar packet yourself from the straw station. I hear their chocolate pour over is a hit. Matchas - prepared in a similar fashion. Slightly sweetned with subtle flavorings. I tried their carrot cake matcha today and really enjoyed the housemade syrup they used to flavor it with. I also love that they offer loose leaf teas. Their chai was nice, fragrant and great with a little sweetner and milk. Shelby over at the bar area was sooo patient with explaining their menu and suggested a isla bonita pineapple shrub drink for a non alcoholic option. Similar to their other drinks on the coffee side, it was tamed in sugar yet still fun and flavorful. I really enjoyed the tang from the apple cider and the spice from the tajin chili powder as a contrasting flavor. Double check their website for bar and coffee shop hours as they differ from one another. And follow them on Instagram for updates on seasonal specials & themed gatherings. A lot of cool local DJs spin here for special events and parties during the holidays. Tip: sit next to the pour over station next to the menu. It's so entertaining, especially with Sydney working the station (thanks so much for the chat and entertainment. Honestly one of the friendliest baristas I've ever met in Reno). Both bars are set up in a way that allows for meeting others and socializing. Check it out. It's a good time.
