Wisdom teeth removal from the doctor went well. Office staff was ok. Having trouble understanding the billing department though. ---- My in-network dentist referred me to this office for wisdom teeth removal. I made an appointment for a consultation in June. You likely will not be seen at the time you've booked as a lot of other appointments go over. Paid $100 for a CT scan on my consultation day, and got an estimated bill of charges for what they were gonna do. I was ok scheduling a bit earlier and paying a higher portion of the final charge while they waited for my insurance co-pays to be authorized. (Mistake! :'D) 2 weeks later, I get my procedure done with local anesthesia. Waited an 45 mins past my appointment time, but it went fairly quick when I was seen and wasn't too painful during and afterwards. Got instructions for aftercare and a follow up call from the doctor. It's been healing ok. Now as for the Billing Department.... 1 month after my procedure I get a copy of my EOB Authorization from my insurance. I'm reading it like ok cool I should have no existing balance, but the authorization date threw me off... it was submitted after my procedure instead of when I initially visited for the consultation? Then to my surprise, the office also sent me a bill showing that the copays I was authorized for... did not apply? Instead it showed a very low "insurance payment" and "write off." They were basically asking for me to pay the "remaining" full procedure amount 2 months after. I contacted billing and they said something along the lines of my insurance claim had a mistake and they were going to try to get them (my insurance) to revise it. OK... Sounds like that should be straightforward. Another month passes and I am billed the same amount from their office. Getting the same run around, so called my insurance directly and they are telling me the office got a payment for the claim in June...... And the codes match the procedures I had done...... So I am having a hard time understanding why I still have a high outstanding balance..... Insurance was a lot more helpful with trying to get it resolved, but :| getting conflicting information. Will update if they are still charging me this balance in the next few months, as I see other reviews seem to have a similar experience. read more

Unfortunately, I was referred to this office by my dentist for a root canal and possible removal of my infected tooth I was seen May 2025 I paid upfront for cost of a bone graph. They informed me that I may have a balance after processing my insurance I waited months to receive an EOB from my insurer nothing was received by October 2025, so I called the office. They informed me that my claim has not been processed, but that I do have a balance from the office. The woman I spoke to asked me to call back in January, which I did just yesterday unfortunately the person that answered my call was extremely unprofessional, rude, condescending, and argumentative after experiencing such a negative encounter with the front desk person by the name of Johnny I asked if I can speak to the office manager he said they do not have an office manager. I asked if I can have the name of the Biller. He said I'm just gonna give you her phone number. I asked if I can leave a message for the doctor and he said he will not call you back so I'm still left. Trying to figure out this billing situation with no help from this office. It is pretty amazing that this office does not have staff to take care of patient concern. It is very troubling that a patient is not able to leave a message for the doctor regarding a concern. You been warned STAY AWAY SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE FRUSTRATION AND GRIEF! Ask for another referral. This business is a joke. I work in medical and I would never image to speak to a patient client the way Mr. Johnny spoke to me. Dr. Jaworski is a scam artist. I visited his office and brought my own x-rays from my general dentist in order to see if I needed my wisdom teeth pulled. He said he was unable to read them, even though my dentist assured me they could be read. He suggested new x-ray's. I asked what the cost would be and he referred me to the front desk who said $100. I said ok but only after double checking that there would be no additional cost. The x-rays indicated that no surgery would be required. I thanked him and started to leave but he stopped me and asked me dozens of questions about my background; where I worked, what I did, where my kids went to school. I took it as just friendly conversation but I received a bill in the mail weeks later for a supplemental charge even though the front desk had assured me it would only cost $100 for the consolation and the x-rays. Looking back, he asked the questions in order to assess my personal situation so that he could stick me with another bill. Very unethical. I would not recommend using Dr. Jaworski as he is a complete scam artist. read more

Dr. Jeworsky is both funny and professional, and he knew exactly what I needed. Initially, I needed four wisdom teeth removed, but after a CT scan, he recommended only taking out three because one was too close to a nerve. Everything went smoothly, from booking the appointment to the day of the surgery, and Dr. Jeworsky even called to check up on me later that day. On the third day, my blood clot fell out, causing the site to bleed again. Since it was a holiday week and the office was closed, I panicked and called at 2 am. Dr. Jeworsky answered, gave clear instructions, and reassured me. When the bleeding persisted, he gave me his personal number, asked for a photo, and invited me to his office on July 4th to help stop the bleeding. Thanks to his care, my recovery went smoothly. He's been poking his nose into every details of my work and my family's background to make sure I can afford his freaking bill. He's giving the weirdest vibe. I settled myself on the dentistry chair and I was ready for the surgery. Her Vietnamese nurse pulled out a card POS machine collecting my $ when I was about to receive the anesthesia. Later, When I raised my hand because the teeth exaction hurts so badly, she forced my hand down. They are borderline criminals. They are the doctors and nurses from the marvel's wolverine. I came to this office hoping to see how they were in terms of how they talk to patients and if they were in-network with my insurance plan. My insurance gave me a list of offices to check out and they advised to ALWAYS double check with the office about being in-network. I came to this office and stood at the front desk for literally 5-7 minutes being ignored by multiple employees. Not a single wave, smile, head nod, or "We'll be with you shortly". Completely unwelcoming. I finally got to speak with someone and I said I wanted to get my wisdom teeth removed, obviously I would need an appointment for that. But I explained that I wanted to see if they were in-network before making any appointments. They were quick to tell me to make an appointment without even looking into my insurance. I explained I wanted to get information before making an appointment and was asked "What information?" Again, I explained I wanted to check if they were in-network. Couldn't get a solid answer. I asked how much the out of pocket price was, and was told "I don't know. Talk to them" referring to the other employees. This interaction was just awkward and it felt like it went nowhere. I spoke to someone else who told me I needed to make an appointment. I asked about being in-network and if my insurance would pay and they said "We don't know. We can bill them but we don't know" I found a different place that was helpful, put in effort to confirm that they were in-network with my insurance plan, and were upfront and honest about prices and how much I would pay. read more

Got my wisdom tooth removed here, I have extremely high dental anxiety, the front desk was very kind and helpful and Johnny assured me my procedure would be quick and painless. However still skeptical, I opted for a mild sedative and laughing gas. I thought Dr. Jeworski was just checking my mouth before the removal and I asked if I was surely sedated or if I'd feel pressure and Dr giggled telling me he was already finished removing my tooth! Very kind and experienced staff! If I could have as my general dentist I 100% would. I was referred to Dr. Jerworski from my regular dentist (Dr. Ella Koffman), when she noticed an infected tooth had caused a blister on my gum. I went to see Dr. Jerworski, who informed me that the tooth needed to be extracted. It was an upper left molar, so I would need an implant down the road. Dr. Jerworski explained the extraction procedure and possible side effects I might experience. The actual extraction went quickly and he prescribed pain pills and antibiotics for me to take when I got home. I applied ice like he suggested and only took 2 pain pills and finished the antibiotics as prescribed. My recovery was quick and my only adjustment was I had to chew on one side of my mouth. The stitches dissolved in a few days, just like he said they would. I went back for my follow-up appointment after several weeks and everything had healed properly. She's extremely rude and doesn't perform the basic client care services including discharge instructions. Donna literally left the room and told me to read my paper and pointed to the door to let myself out after I was drowsy from the anesthesia. I didn't feel any pain or discomfort and the procedure that I was expecting to be super painful and scary was a complete breeze because Doctor Jeworski is so amazing. When I was there, they explained which parts of my visit would be covered by insurance, but a few weeks later I got a bill for the whole thing anyway. Part of the bill was something I had already paid for on my visit. I called their office to understand what happened, and they hadn't talked to my insurance company. Who does this? I don't leave any negative reviews but this whole experience has been really bad and hoping my review here can save some else from overpaying. I went in today for my wisdom tooth removal: 2 on top and 1 on bottom. (Mind you, I have extreme anxiety) I walked in and must say, I felt kind of rushed and I'm embarrassed to say I made a big scene and freaked out on the poor tech and Dr. J. Everyone left the room and Dr gave me my space to breath which really helped me calm down. He began reassuring me and eventually I laid down on the chair and just pushed through my extreme anxiety. As soon as they had my mouth positioned open and had administered the numbing injection, I asked if they were going to start yet, to which the Dr. responded "We already got it out." I was AMAZED. He reassured me again and said, let's do the other one. Which was done in literally under a minute. Then came the bottom one; which required a bit more numbing injection and some drilling (which was a bit scary) but that one was done in under 5 minutes. The overall procedure took literally less than 15 minutes. Just local anesthesia bc I don't like feeling out of control of my body. I am so so impressed with Dr. and his tech. He is so talented and experienced at what he does and is a true expert: I'm glad I went with this practice. I will update on the healing process. read more

Got 4 wisdom teeth out with Dr Jeworski. The clinic was super efficient. We did consultation and followup virtually so I only went in once for the procedure. It was much appreciated given COVID. For the surgery, I was in and out in ~40 minutes. The recovery process was consistent with expectation. Their website was informative and if necessary the office/doctor was helpful to answer questions. For those complaining about rude staff, yes sometimes they speak too directly it seemed rude. Maybe because it's such a tight ship they don't have time to be more patient. But I got what I needed done - scheduling, questions answered, insurance preapproved. So if you can look past that it's more important that the actual procedure went well. With Cigna insurance the clinic was also very affordable and saved me big bucks from other clinics that would use up all my dental insurance limit and more. read more

This is not a doctor. He is a sadist. My child wasn't even fully sedated during the procedure. She was feeling absolutely everything and couldn't do anything about it. When she came out of the clinic the tears were dropping all over her face but she couldn't talk. She wrote on the paper for me : I felt everything.... I can't even begin to express how happy I am with the work Dr. Kevin Jeworski did on my wisdom teeth. During a regular check-up 4 years ago (when I was only 16 years old), my primary care dentist found that my wisdom teeth were impacted, and the lower ones almost horizontally so. But I didn't have any problems back then, so I wasn't convinced about getting wisdom teeth removed when they weren't troubling me. Fast forward to December 2020, I woke up one morning with pain and swelling behind my second molar, and I knew right away that my impacted wisdom teeth had started causing symptoms. To get immediate symptomatic treatment, I went to my family dentist where I also had another x-ray taken which showed that the roots of my lower wisdom teeth had grown and were now in close proximity to the nerve! The oral surgeon in my area was unavailable, so a family friend of mine, who is also a dentist, referred me to Dr. Jeworski. So Dr. Kevin Jeworski looked at my x-ray and then called me saying that he can remove my wisdom teeth on the same day as my consultation with him! So I decided to fast for 6 hours before my consultation. During the consultation process, I met him, we discussed the anesthesia options (I chose local anesthesia with laughing gas), and he assured me that it won't be a difficult process. I immediately noticed his friendly nature, his sense of humor, and his knowledge owing to his years of experience. I felt at ease! Before I knew it, I was on the surgical chair breathing the laughing gas with Dr. Jeworski and his assistant performing the surgery. I was awake during the process, so I was watching him carry out the procedure. Dr. Jeworski knew exactly what he was doing, and I knew from watching him, that I'm in the best hands! Not 30 minutes later, the procedure was done, and all 4 of my wisdom teeth were successfully taken out. I had very little swelling, almost no pain, and I was eating most of my regular foods by the 3rd day after surgery. The only issue I faced was that the left side of my chin was slightly numb following the surgery, even after the local anesthesia wore off. This is common if the roots of the lower wisdom teeth are close to the nerve, and this nerve gets compressed while the wisdom teeth are being removed. This is not a serious problem at all, and it usually goes away in a matter of weeks, like it did in my case. All in all, I am extremely impressed with Dr. Jeworski. He is quite possibly the best and the most experienced doctor I have ever visited. My only regret is not getting wisdom teeth removed from him sooner! I guess 5 stars would be too low if it weren't the best I could give him. read more

I am a Senior Citizen and recently had a back tooth extracted and a bone graft to prepare my jaw for two implants. My highly recommended oral surgeon was Dr. Kevin Jeworski. My experience with Dr. Jeworski was absolutely excellent from initial consultation throughout the oral surgery. He has a pleasant personality and made me feel calm and confident in his experience and expertise before, during,!and after the surgery. He even called me that evening to check on how I was doing In addition, his office staff and medical assistants were very friendly and professional. The entire visit process was efficient, very well managed, and coordinated. I was out of their office in less than 45 minutes. The post-surgery instructions were very clear and simple. My recovery was easy and I only took one Tylenol when I got home and one before bedtime. I only wish that I had not procrastinated and had this oral surgery done sooner. They tried to sneakily make us pay for services upfront we don't need and get consent to procedures in anticipation of something happening though there is no line of sight into any procedure needed for decades ahead. This is by far the worst doctor's office I've been to in the country. -------------------------------------------- Doctor: The doctor seemed more like a salesman selling a product instead of understanding the patient's condition and diagnosing appropriately. While he was explaining the wisdom tooth extraction treatment, he sounded pretty flat like he was bored explaining the same routine to patients all the years. Maybe it is just me but I also failed to understand a lot of stuff that he described about the surgery and treatment. -------------------------------------------- Staff: The admin staff is extremely rude and arrogant. I visited in June 2021 with the covid restrictions in place. Note that I was fully vaccinated at this time. The staff took me through the backdoor into a room. After waiting for some time, I went to the front lobby to ask a particular question and a lady blasted at me saying who I was and where I came from. I felt like getting out of the clinic right away! After the doctor was done explaining the wisdom tooth surgery to me, this same lady came and asked me to sign consent forms that allow the doctor to use certain anaesthetic treatments and other medications. I made it clear to her that I want to research more before making a decision about the surgery but she was adamant and tried everything to make me sign the paperwork. I had no option left but to tell her that my decision was to NOT do the surgery. Even after that, she wouldn't stop trying to make me sign the consent papers. Finally I left the clinic promising myself to never return back. -------------------------------------------- Conclusion: Find another surgeon! There are lot of better options available in the area. On the day of the surgery, he did an excellent job at distracting/talking to me while putting all the shots in my mouth; it helped a lot. I kid you not, this doctor is so good as what he does that it only took him about 10-15 max to complete the surgery! I was in awe! No need to go under anesthesia for that short of a surgery. Another thing that I really liked about Dr Jeworski is that he made a personal phone call to me later that day to check up on me. Very professional and thoughtful. Definitely a 5-star person. By the third day, I was able to comfortably eat solider foods instead of mashed potatoes and porridge. I'm assuming this is because he is such a great doctor. My other friends who got their wisdom teeth out with other surgeons had problems with bleeding and pain for an entire week! I also want to give a big shout out to the nurse that assists Dr. Jeworski. She is very friendly and calming! One negative about this place is that I wish their scheduling was better. For my consultation, we came 5 minutes early and waited 30 minutes to speak with the doctor. For my checkup, I came 10 minutes early and waited an hour before I got called in. One thing to note is that there is this front desk staff member that sounds rude/annoyed/stressed all the time. I'm sure she doesn't mean it but the way she says things and her tone come off as condescending and I could tell that patients that conversed with her weren't happy with it. Especially the oriental parents whose English isn't the best, she seems really annoyed talking to them. I remember her from the last time I got my wisdom teeth removed about 3 years before and I can see she hasn't changed. The receptionists are the face for Dr. Jeworski his reputation, so I'd hate for people browsing on Yelp or Google to NOT choose him because his staff member is bringing him down. Dr. Jeworski is the best in the field, I wish he was a specialist in all fields possible but that is just wishful thinking. He is the most empathetic doctor that I have met and his experience in the field has guided me to make the correct decision. I have heard horror stories everywhere about how painful tooth extractions can be but I don't have a single moment where I felt that. I was completely off pain medication after 5 days and everything healed amazingly quickly. I was supposed to have a coronectomy as a nerve was entwined with a tooth's root but I think Dr. Jeworski is a magician he magically removed the complete high-risk tooth without any issues or numbness. He even followed up with me calling after every appointment to check if everything was okay, I felt at ease knowing that I was good hands. The staff have been nothing but patient resourceful and very kind towards me which is very uncommon for a doctor's office. Amazing doctor and staff! I was bleeding a lot after the wisdom tooth extraction surgery but nurse Arlene took good care of me! She was very calm and was able to get the bleeding to stop immediately. Turns out I wasn't biting the gauze hard enough. Definitely recommend the doctor and their staff for the great service! read more
