The technician who showed up is Rueben and he was fantastic. He examined the systems and then explained all work that needed to be done and gave specific pricing for the work. The hubbs and I only had a specific amount to spend at this time on the system, so Rueben let me know what had to be done immediately to ensure we'd have AC throughout the summer, and then what we could wait on, but need to have done by early fall. We had to wait on some parts, but Rueben gave us a realistic time frame and let us know when he'd be back to install the parts. He was very thorough and I sincerely appreciated how well he explained everything he did. I will definitely be scheduling my follow up appointment in the fall, and I am now using Comfort Masters for annual maintenance on my ac/heating systems. They have been a pleasure to work with and extremely professional. I've requested their service three times since we moved in. Once for an assessment, once fir a problem and today to move forward with two of their recommendations. Their crew were great guys, polite, respectful and very neat and clean. Every area that they had to walk on was covered and vacuumed when they left. We had a crew of four and all were excellent. The main point of contact for us is Cory. He does all the tech evaluation, assesses the problem and fixes on site unless it needs equipment that needs to be ordered and replaced. Cory checked in three times today, once in person. C&S persevered and after fixing and replacing faulty duct work the problem with the air flow was solved but the thud continued. I contacted Phil who sent Cole to track down the mysterious thud. He found it , and corrected it within a few minutes . Everyone I worked with at C&S was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable . Cole is an excellent technician . But gradually, their service has deteriorated to terrible. Technician came out twice over the course of two weeks to fix problem. Each time he said it was something different and each time charged for the same problem. Which was never properly repaired. This same thing happened last year on a different unit and they made a small adjustment to the bill. This time, called twice to ask to speak to owner. Never received a call back. Found another company who came out the same day. Fixed the problem and charged a fraction of Grant's inflated invoice.

It may be hot and steamy outside, but it is nice and cool inside. We had been in our home a few…read moremonths, when temps started to rise and we turned on our AC. Outside temp was up in the 90s and inside it would not cool under 79. We called Flex Air on a Thursday afternoon and they came out the next day. They took their time to review all the equipment. They listened to what our needs were. They ended up giving us 4 different options to choose from on how to proceed. They showed us a side by side preview of all 4 otptions and then went into details of each one. This included two with repairs and two with full right replacements. They took their time to answer all of our questions not shying away from the positives and negatives of each option. This gave us a clear picture on how we felt we needed to move forward. They came out the following Monday to put in the new equipment. During install they were polite and friendly, again answering any questions we may have had. We have been using it a week now and everything is running great and nice and cool. We also love the new thermostat. I appreciate them being upfront with us. Again listening to what our needs were and they did not try to push some high end products with a bunch of bells and whistles that we did not need. My wife and I are very happy with service and product. Thank you So much!
