Then after spending two hours in the Texas heat with a 10plus degree heat index Augie worked on our AC unit then tried to not charge us because it was such an inconvenience TO US. What do you mean. This was the first company I worked with - AHS - 2 years ago, till started gettin enough private customers. I called AHS once to cmplain from them, and I ll do it a second time. Once for an assessment, once fir a problem and today to move forward with two of their recommendations. Their crew were great guys, polite, respectful and very neat and clean. Every area that they had to walk on was covered and vacuumed when they left. We had a crew of four and all were excellent. The main point of contact for us is Cory. He does all the tech evaluation, assesses the problem and fixes on site unless it needs equipment that needs to be ordered and replaced. Cory checked in three times today, once in person. I recommend highly and plan on using them going forward. If I could rate 6 stars, I would.

Since my unit was 18 years old and had needed more service recently, I decided to replace it. Their team came out the next day and, even though I wasn't home, replaced the entire unit with an Amana variable-speed inverter AC unit and compatible heater in one long day. Dylon returned the following week for a quality-control check, and the system has been very quiet while keeping the humidity in the low 50s. She scheduled an A/C tech to come to my house that morning between 8am and 10am. James showed at 930am and started to troubleshoot the problem. Found a run capacitor not working and replaced it. Added refrigerant and checked the operation of the unit. The whole job took him about 30-40 mins and was completed in a very professional and courteous manner. Soon after we moved in it needed service, they would not come out for the warranty work. A factory freon line failed and all the freon was gone. They nor the factory would do anything. I called out another contractor that repaired the line, recharged the freon. That cost $1600 out of my pocket. More is going wrong, and other contractors have said this is a bad manufacturer. Soon I'll have to do a total replacement at 3-times the original cost. I'm very sorry I used them and I will not use them or recommend them to others. We needed and good job and did not get that!

But, it finally succumbed to its mortality. WTD? Come to you great people of Yelp. The way I see it, if an hvac company is worth it, they've installed a unit in a home the same spec as mine before, so you don't need to send high pressured salespeople or a tech to give me the run around. Act like you are experts, professionals and look my home up on google, redfin, zillow. You should know what fits that home without ever coming out, or you aren't in the right business. Cameron from Team Enoch spoke to me on the phone. I sent him pics from my ladder to the attic where the air handler eeks out a living, and one of the manufacturers placard. I did same with the outside unit. Cameron was familiar with the system I had, mapde a few suggestions of different units they sell. I had a couple other prices from two others, one a family connect, the plug. Cameron even hooked me up with available 0% financing. Didn't use it because Chase Freedom offered 0% with two fitty cash back after spending $1500 first 3 mos. Boom, gottem. I was given a start time, the technicians, Alec and Alex arrived spot on the dime when they said they'd be there. No waiting. They took me through the process, explained everything in detail, then got right to work, no dilly, no dally. I was told how long the service would take, and they finished on time. These guys are as OCD as I am. The install was better than the original installation in 1995, brand new. Every line, crisp, every wire, tied and straight. I was military so everything has to be dressed right dress. It is. You can tell when the people providing a service care to get every detail with a high level of respect for every cent you're spending. Team Enoch even cleans up behind themselves. They respect your home. I just settled my bill, and it was truly my pleasure to pay for this. I honestly know I got more value for my moolah. Thanks to everyone on Yelp as well.
