We drove all the way from Dallas for the weekend and this was a last minute splurge! We wanted to do something exciting besides laying on the beach all day before heading back. Instead of booking online we just decided to go in to get more information about parasailing. We got there right at 9. The staff was friendly and accommodating! They got us going fairly quickly. We were lucky to get there early enough that it was like having our own private ride with just us two. We were impressed with how the guys were very entertaining and experienced! My wife and I (52 & 53 yoa) and our 20 & 31 yr old sons were in Pensacola and wanted some adventure. We decided on jet skiing. 3 of us had never jet skied before. It was a blast!! Spent an hour on the water. Worn out after 50 mins. Almost launched myself off a couple times due to high speeds over choppy water, but I'd do it the same way next time. The actual parasailing was amazing and worth every penny...the Boat Captains are awesome!! I would give it 5 stars if it weren't for the office staff. They are not that organized and will bump you without notice. One boat was out of service and they could not handle the scheduling...Friendly customer service is not in their vocabulary. If I owned this place I would definitely talk to my staff about customer relations. It's the little things that make you want to come back. I will look for a different company next time. read more

Would rate a ten if I could! Staff was sooo accommodating! My boyfriend and I thought we would really love the jet skis. He did. I didn't. We rented it for an hour an after twenty minutes I was done, so we went back to see if they would put the money from the other half of the hour towards something else! Manager was more than willing and gladly signed us up for parasailing! Which I LOVED!! Aside from the captain touching my leg when he looked at my tattoo, it was wonderful! Prices were affordable and reasonable. We did wait an hour to go parasailing, but hey, this is island time right? It's my last week of vacation and I was looking through Google for last minute plans with my 7 year old son. I found the dolphin sunset cruise and it was just perfect. The staff was very friendly and the boat captains were awesome. We saw a lot of dolphins and their little babies. There wasn't a lot of people when I went so there was a lot of moving space. Aside from the dolphins, the ride was very relaxing. We were just cruising around, saw lightning in the distance, a rainbow and the sunset. I would definitely do it again. read more

The experience was great, but one of the workers did not seem happy to have to actually work, the young man who was being paid felt it appropriate to complain about having to get our Sea Doo's and it left a sour taste in my mouth. My wife and I had parasailed once, on our honeymoon, many years ago. We had debated getting a jetski, but only one of our 3 kids were excited to do that, so we opted to parasail instead. We went up in two groups -- my wife with our 5 & 8 year olds, and me with my 10 year old. Something about the weight balancing out let itself to that configuration, and it worked out great. Everyone had a blast, including the 5 year old. She had a smile the whole time, despite witnessing a young woman get cold feet last minute and cause the (unmanned) parachute to temporarily deflate in the water. It would have taken me a day to untangle the (now wet) chute, but the two employees did it in a few minutes. They were very professional and kept things moving smoothly, while keeping things fun. They "dipped" everyone at the end, which was good for a few laughs. We went in late June and the beach was pretty busy. We did this spur of the moment, and just walked in. We only had to wait about 5-10 minutes, which we needed anyone to change into suits. The staff inside were very polite and helpful. Only thing I can knock is their price. Doing one triple, and one double, think the bill was in the $250 ballpark for 5, but you're in the air for 10 minutes max. That said, it was a lot of fun and we'll probably try to do it again next time we're in town. read more

Came here for parasailing and the dolphin cruise, had a blast on both!! The parasailing was absolutely BEAUTIFUL, and the deck guys were very nice and easy going. The dolphin cruise was exciting as well, the captain tried his best to get us as close to dolphins as possible and we saw a good handful of them! Very cool historic things we passed as well. I just recently went on a dolphin and Blue Angels practice boat cruise with Key Sailing. Overall it was a good experience! We saw dolphins as promised, and I enjoyed seeing the Blues practice from the water. The captain and Matt were also entertaining and friendly. My only complaint is that there were too many people on board and not enough seats for everyone to sit comfortably. I would have liked to sit where I could see the water but ended up having to sit on a storage chest in the middle of the boat and share it with several people so I was sitting on the edge. This is the only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars. read more

Went on the dolphin/Blue Angels cruise. It was great. The captain and deckhand were very personable. The catamaran was mostly covered, but does have a small section that isn't for those who prefer to sit in the sun or for others who want to get a view from a different angle. Rented a wave runner for 30 minutes shortly before closing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We think they even let us stay out a bit longer than they were supposed to! They instructed us well and we felt comfortable even though we hadn't been on a jet ski before. We will come visit them again in the future! read more

My girls wanted to parasail while on spring break. We called toile a reservation and they told us it wasn't necessary. We got there and then has to wait an hour for the boat to return. My girls had fun but I didn't get to see because I couldn't even go with them to see it because I wasn't parasailing. They fill the boat up with 12 patasailers and u have to wait while everyone else goes. Non flyers can only go of there's an empty spot. So I only have it two stars because who doesn't want to see their kids parasail for the first time. read more

We did the dolphin cruise and parasailing. Both were great. We saw a ton of dolphins, at least 10, and even a baby. The captains were very knowledgeable on the area. We were on a packed boat, but they made sure they went around to every group multiple times to check on how we were doing and answer any questions we had about what we were seeing. The only draw back is two hours is a bit much for a six and seven year old. At least it was for ours. For the adults it was great. I would recommend packing a snack. They had water for free. The parasailing was an experience like no other. It was very calm and a great way to see the island. We even saw sting rays and one sea turtle despite the height. Soooo impressed with their service! We rented a hobie wave, which was wonderful except that we accidentally lost our car keys. We ended up waiting around Key Sailing for an hour and a half waiting for a locksmith after our rental, so I had lots of time to observe their customer service and the reactions of people who took the dolphin cruise, rented jet skis or rented hobies. All their other clients seemed to be really thrilled too, and I got to see their staff go above and beyond - for us and for others. SUPER impressed and I highly recommend them! read more

Bought a new boat from them a few years ago and was given one with a sail that had obviously been used. They said they could order a new one for us, but iw would take 2 weeks. Unacceptable since we had the boat and parts paid for and on hold for a month. Recently bought a new sail and some new hardware and was given a kit with incomplete parts and a sail with a stain. Wish there was another local option. I will not go through them in the future. read more

I stopped in this business thinking they were another business. We were told the business we were looking for was next door. We walked all over the next building and could not find the business we were looking for and decided since they knew what place we were talking about we would ask for more direction since we could not get anyone on the phone for the business we needed. When I went back, the girl said I told you that you have to check in at Hemingway's next door. She did not say that in the initial conversation. I told her that information would have been helpful to begin with that we had spent about 10 minutes looking around. She said with attitude, I can not help they do not have signs. I said well it would have been good customer service to tell us that information the first time. The response and attitude I got from 2 of the people behind the counter was that ......well you are not our customers. I could not believe the attitude. I am not a tourist I am a local. If I was a tourist, the experience would negatively reflect on my view of the area. I was appalled at the lack of goodwill and kindness these people showed today. I will not ever be a customer of theirs nor will I recommend anyone else to use them. read more

went on the dolphin cruise just as we left the dock we saw dolphin a lot of mom,s and there babys we stayed for a little bit and went in the bay the weather was beautiful seas calm so the capt took us out the pensacola pass into the gulf of mexico we rode about 15 mins along the beach and then we saw 2 more dolphin a male and a female they came up to the boat and were swimming around and under the boat we had a great time we had our 4 year old and 9 year old granddaughters with us and they loved it they live in pensacola so its in there back yard so if you happen to be on pensacola beach you sould go on this trip you will love it read more
