Hat was perfect shape and kept me cool!
    Matthew L.

I am absolutely happy to finally find a store that can cater to my needs for fancy hats. Being a bald man is tough as it is once the really hot and sunny days of a New Orleans summer come on in. Wearing a baseball cap all the time can be very lame if you are trying to get a certain style. I mean come on, wearing a baseball cap to the bars and restaurants all the time becomes boring. I found this place during French Quarter fest, and made it a point to remember the name so I could come by and purchase two hats for two certain reasons. I needed a nice, floppy hat to get me through a day at jazz fest and a nice fedora to get me through a derby party that I was about to attend. Once I entered the store, I was amazed at how much selection this little store has! You can buy baseball caps all the way to those hats that can cover your whole body like an umbrella. I figured out what would look good on me by myself, but the cashier was so helpful when I asked her if these hats would work out best for the events that I planned on attending. I will say she was right! I received sooo many compliments on both hats at each event. I have found my hat store! My search is over! The prices are pretty decent, and if you are a bald headed man like myself, you will love the selection!

If you're looking for a hat and the French Quarters, this is one place you have to stop. They have a very wide selection of hats for the most discriminating shopper.

Went in the second time for a hat and Roneisha took great care of me and my best friend (Peggy Johnson)! We love our hats! Many blessings to you Roneisha and tell your people (the folks that raised you) thanks for building you!

As you can see is still on the phone outside the store. I guess the customers annoyed her.

I came in here to buy a nice Panama hat but the girl couldn't get off the phone long enough to help me. I guess her personal call were more important than helping a customer. Obviously she doesn't work on commission. Nice hat shop but very worse in customer service. She couldn't get off her call to help other customers.

My hat from key west hat company.

Our sales person Tatiana was phenomena. I have an unusually large dome and although they didn't have a huge selection for my big head, she helped me find the perfect hat that I absolutely fell in love with. Prices are totally reasonable and I felt like I got a great deal.

When I worked at a Pandora store in Chicago several years ago, I was made aware that every city has their exclusive charms, and I knew I needed a New Orleans one. The sales associate with red hair (she never gave me her name) who helped us was really sweet, it didn't take long for her to notice that I needed some help, and she even left the charms out for me to look/touch while she went to grab her glasses. I can appreciate her for trusting that I wouldn't walk right out the store with the product, and the one charm that caught my eye was the Cathedral with a blue backdrop. She was sweet to explain to us that the cathedral is right around the corner just walking distance from the shop, and we actually saw it right by Jackson Square on our way to Bungalows. I love how this is a boutique but they also carry so many different brands of jewelry (Alex & Ani, Brighton, etc), and they had a designated Pandora section that's visible right when you enter. I'd recommend Bungalows to anyone in the area looking for some Pandora charms or a boutique.

So many great gifts that represent New Orleans…read more I wasn't really in the market for anything, just browsing, but then I found a lovely Magnolia patterned dog collar - perfect for my beagador named MAGNOLIA! Then I found out from the shop attendant that the state flower of Louisiana is the Magnolia! What??? My boyfriend's mom was born & raised in NOLA and loved our dog. She has been gone for a year and half, so finding this out strangely makes me feel connected to her and that she is still around. :*) Anyway, the sweet shop guy asked me to tell him the story of how my dog and I found each other. I recounted the tale of how I found her at PAWS Chicago, where she came from originally (Oklahoma), that she had a brother named "Steel", how she saved me from a life of stress, and then our connection to NOLA. I always appreciate when someone can create a warm and fuzzy moment. So thank you, Shop Guy! The collar is high quality all around - material and construction. I have purchased MANY custom collars for my baby girl and this has been the best so far. It's worth the money because I know it will last for a long time. I will be checking out their website for Christmas gift ideas since we won't be back until next year!

I'll probably be heading back to the online store for more gifts for upcoming birthdays. Fans of LSU, Bama, Tulane, SMU (oddly), Florida and other southern colleges can find some neat things here, too. NOLA Couture even can do custom designs for you (your school, business logo, etc.), and shipping is free for orders over $65.
