Monday morning came and it's time to go to work except, I couldn't find my key fob. I looked everywhere even spoke to my property management to team to see if anyone happened to turn it in. Waited for the arrival only to have someone pull out an extension cord look under the hood everywhere while making phone calls as if they didn't know what they were looking for. I lost my key fob and needed a new one. I thought I'd have to tow the car to a dealership but they made it easy for me - they took the initiative to call, gave me a quote, and arrived within an hour. My car was disabled so they had to jump-start it using different methods (portable charger and used their own car), but it still didn't work. I was impressed with how they went above and beyond to help me at this point - they offered to find different jump-start cables because they thought their cables might have not worked properly. When I was asked to get quotes. Keymasters was very patient, understanding, and helped answer all my questions in as timely a manner as they could and they didn't make you feel silly for asking the questions either. Their rates are also very reasonable. When Nathan came out to see my husband, he got straight to work and had the locks rekeyed in no time. He was very knowledgeable and advised us on what locks are worth the money we're spending that evening and what locks are less expensive to address elsewhere. There was one lock that would typically be a higher price, but because there was a misunderstanding, he worked with us to make this affordable and advised us on how best to address this specific type of lock for the time being until we decide which direction we want to go with it in the near future. It s was good to know that if we get locked out, need help with car keys, car fobs, etc. or have any other questions, we're welcome to reach out to them anytime.
