My Smart lock ran out of battery and I wasn't able to unlock it. Call Keymaster and Alex came in 20 minutes later. Alex told me that unfortunately this is the smart halo kwikset lock. Which means it has to be drill out. It's the only way if I want to unlock it. Alex was fast and he was able to drill it out within 15 minutes and also helped me install my new lock.
