very y bad experience with Key point customer rep. I am non key point customer who use key point ATM machine located at 3650 CISCO WAY BUILDING SAN JOSE CA. I did transaction to get cash for $200, but ATM dispensed only $60 may due to old 20 dollar bills. I got receipt from ATM mentioning about taking $200.Right in there I called Key point customer service number that is on ATM machine. The person asked me to contact my card financial institute and dispute the transaction. I disputed with my financial institute(digital federal credit union) and got 140 while dispute is pending. After my financial institute contact key point about the transaction, key point mentioned they ATM is balanced working fine during that day. My financial institute (digital federal credit union) sent me letter statement that they will reverse the amount as the claim was denied. I tried to contact Key point about the ATM transaction and they no clue about the transaction asking me to write letter to key Point head quarter address. With this very bad experience never use ATMs, always try to get cash from cashier. read more

I needed an urgent loan, and went to two big banks that I am not a member of, to apply for one. Unfortunately, one of them denied, and the other one we needed to be a member first. Immediately, I searched for the closest Credit Union bank, and KeyPoint was within 2 mins distance. Honestly, I never heard of this credit union before, and I decided to give them a try. This was one of the best decisions that I ever made. When I arrived, one of the representatives, Holly Do, kindly greeted me and made me so welcome. I told her what kind of loan I am looking for, and my credit issues from 4 years ago. With my current high credit score, she motivated and encouraged me to apply and definitely KeyPoint will approve. First, impression that attract me is the greeting of the staff here they are all so polite and welcome. Second of all is the gentleman that help me with opening the account aka Steven Nuywen La. He went through all type of the account with me and the promotion that the bank currently has very specific and precise. The last thing that captivate my attention most is the card machine. Wow! What fantastic service at the Milpitas Branch! While I had closed my accounts at the end of 2020, I found myself in need of critical bank statements so that I could complete a home loan application. Although I was happy with KPCU while a member, I wasn't quite sure what experience to expect when I walked into the branch. I stepped across the threshold, and immediately to my left was Evelyn Faller. She welcomed me warmly and asked me into her office where I shared my story and request to her. She let me know that there was a charge for each statement that I requested. However, at the end of our transaction Evelyn waived those fees.
