They called an hvac company out of the phone book who didn't send a technician, but a slick salesman instead. This guy convinced them to sign a contract for a $17,000.00 new AC system. After they signed the contract he told them they'd have to wait three days for the system to arrive and be installed. They called me very upset and concerned. I cancelled the contract with the phone book guys and called Mike from Qualitech. Qualitec diagnosed the problem, went to a local supply house for a new fan motor and installed installed it all in the same day. LIFE SAVERS! The system was a Bryant so I decided to stick with the brand that has taken care of me for almost 3 decades. Enter Sunrise Comfort Solutions of West Chester, PA. They are a specialist in Bryant HVAC systems as well as several others. My research showed many positive ratings so I contacted them and promptly spoke with two human beings as opposed to answering machines. The woman I initially spoke with was very personable and put me in contact with Scott who arranged an inspection of my HVAC system and discussion of the options available to me. The appointment was scheduled within the week. To be honest, I was not looking forward to the price quote of a new HVAC system, figuring it to come in between 20k and 30k, especially with prices these days. The day of the appointment came and Scott arrived promptly and stayed for just over an hour. He was quick to point out that bigger isn't always better in the HVAC world, putting a too powerful system in your home brings a whole set of problems like having the AC freeze up in the summertime. He also pointed out that my duct work and electronic air cleaner, though original, did not need repair or replacing so there was no point in spending that extra money. How many contractors do you hear that from??? Scott was able to set me up with an energy efficient Bryant HVAC system which provided almost $1000 in energy rebates. They provided a 10 year warranty and offered a more in depth warranty program that included labor which I took them up on. Sunrise Comfort Solutions took care of all the paperwork for the energy rebates and all the filing of the town permits for the new system. And the final price came to less than 15k!!!! I was beyond satisfied!!! The installation date was 3 days later!!! Engineers Artem & Boris arrived right on time in the morning. They were professional, methodical, and were neat in their work,treating my house as if it were their own. I knew these guys were squared away when Artem pointed out my electric air cleaner would be easier to clean if it faced a different direction, he offered to fix it as he installed the new HVAC system. They also tightened fittings connected to my water heater they noticed not looking tight enough. By 3pm the new system was installed, tested, and working like a charm!!! I have never been happier with a company choice than when I picked up the phone and called Sunrise Comfort Solutions!!! I am sure you will too!

I did finally have one Angi provider that was going to come out but I lived outside their service area. So, having not had A/C for about 10 days, Ronco was a life saver. Sam was patient, courteous and kind in dealing with me. He was able to service my unit so it would run. He came back two days later to finish cleaning the coils and installing new parts. It was nothing but God that sent me in my basement to see my boiler was flaming from underneath…read more Usually there's a glow but this was different the flames were coming outside of the boiler, the parts and chute was covered in soot. I immediately called the gas company and they came and shut off the gas line. It's the dead of the winter and now I have no heat. I didn't know where to begin. I checked the internet but nothing jumped out at me. I went on yelp and began reading reviews and I ran across Lawrence heating & air. I called spoke to a woman who was very pleasant and told me a tech could come out to assess the boiler to see if it was still usable. Joe came and he looked at it and said it it's a hazard. With all the rust and corrosion and not to mention whatever was on fire. He said it needed replacing. He talked to me about the options and stated I would get an email from the owner of my options. 30 mins later the email was there and everything was included. All the info I needed to know about the unit, specs, warranty, parts/tubing for replacement, price. It was a proposal. I reached out to Lawrence with my questions and he answered right away. I also stated my elderly dad lives with me and elderly need service as soon as possible. That was no problem. He sent me payment options as well. Once I accepted the proposal and date was locked in and they techs came the next day on time. Randy showed up first, then Joe & Chaly. They immediately put down floor draping and loaded all of the supplies , pipes , boiler, etc. They opened all the radiators starting at the top. All of them were pleasant and very Knowledgeable about their job. Any questions I asked Randy explained. They cleaned up behind themselves and made sure everything was put back in place. Once they were done Randy told me about my new unit and what was removed and put in. This company made the entire stressful event so much more easier, like a weight had been lifted. After waiting all day when we called were told maybe by 7pm. Second service call the serviceman did not bring the items requested and overcharged us.
