I have always had reservations about dealerships since I usually buy private party- but I have nothing but good things to say about my experience here. At no point did I feel pressured, in fact- just the opposite. Service center is horrible. Built a bronco in nov. just got it. Been back to dealership 3 times already for issues. The accessories are a joke. Everything is held on with stickers. Even the "bolt on". Fender flares. Junk. Don't buy from here or a ford in general read more

Buyer beware. Back in 2021 I found what I thought was a nice F250 Lariat at keystone Ford so I inquired about it. The truck only had 17,000 miles on it at the time and was in very nice condition. Made a deal and bought the truck using Frank Blood as my salesman. I felt that I was buying at a reputable dealer that wouldn't try to hide things, and not to mention, the same dealer we use at my part time job for buying vehicles through, wrong. Fast forward about 2 years later, I see another truck that catches my eye so I inquire about it. That dealer comes back with a lower trade value than I ever expected so I questioned why. He says do you know that your truck was stolen before? Obviously I didn't and now I'm pissed. This happened twice cause I seen another truck and inquired about it and same exact scenario. I then contact keystone about the issue. I received 2 different replies from the dealership, one stating that should've been brought to my attention at settlement and I replied I can assure you I would've never bought the truck if it was and the second thing I was told by my salesman is we never give out that info, it's on our website. Wtf, if it's on your website and so is the price why did I need a salesman, I thought they were there to tell the buyer about the vehicle. I'm then put into contact with the manager Clint Castellar that listens to my issue and seemed very understanding and tells me this should never have happened and he's going to do something to make it right and he'll call me back Monday of the following week. Monday comes around no call, Tuesday comes, no call wednesday I make 2 calls back and leave a message and get no call back (wow you're doing great at helping the situation). I then send an email after another 2-3 days of no reply I send a semi nasty email asking for a reply. I get some Bs reply that they are looking but not having any luck at finding anything. Fast forward 4 months later still waiting and can't even get a reply by email. Terrible customer service when they're the ones that "assured" me they understood and were going to do something. I don't like to let bad reviews but when someone says they'll help then can't even have the decency to reply to emails or phone calls because they know they did wrong, it's highly frustrating. read more

Beware of Keystone Ford Quick Lane change they are as dirty as possible I want to get my oil changed last week and they were the last people underneath my hood of my car noticed my windshield washer fluid wasn't filled because barely any came out I thought that was a little odd considering I just got an oil change I looked underneath the hood and it looks like they took a pair of pliers to the nozzle of the windshield washer fluid they will rip you off so they can make a couple extra bucks do not go to this company beware of them read more

My truck broke down 4000 miles after purchasing it. I took my truck to Buchanan auto. They shipped my truck to keystone for repairs. It took this dealer's 1.5 months to fix my car. I was going to purchase a new f150 from keystone but I noticed my door was smashed in on my current truck that they are repairing. Stacey with service told me to shove it, he is not fixing my vehicle. I will not be purchasing my new fleet from Ford this year. Worst dealership iv ever had an experience with. read more

Last summer, we weren't actively looking for a vehicle, but kept our eyes open for a good deal. My car was approaching 10 years old, warranty about expired, and starting to have a few issues. It was the first car I'd purchased, paid for it all on my own, and I was proud of it. But, it was getting to be time for an upgrade. We'd found a used car we liked on Keystone Ford's website. It wasn't a Ford, but they sell any brand of used car. We went over to have a look. Of course, we were promptly greeted by a salesperson. We took it for a test drive, looked it over through and through, and went inside for a chat. Our sales guy was very friendly and personable. He worked to build a relationship other than just salesman and buyers. Taking some time to think about it, we returned a couple of days later having decided to purchase. The purchasing process was fairly easy, although I stress about everything so I can't say it was stress-free. We met with a financing guy there at Keystone who advised us pretty well about financing options. I felt he was trying to sell us more than we needed, but that's his job. Can't fault someone for doing their job. We'd decided to trade in my old car to help towards the down payment of the one we were purchasing, and that process took awhile. It was indeed an older car that didn't cost that much new, but it had extremely low miles on it. They offered too little. That haggling process took awhile, getting them to go up on the trade-in price. They didn't budge on bringing the price of the car we were buying down, and we told them, reduce that cost or up the trade-in or we're done. They ended up giving more for trade-in, which pleased us well enough. On the day we picked up the car, there were a few minor things that needed to be done to it, but we scheduled to bring it back for those. That work was done to our satisfaction. Our salesman called us multiple times after our purchase to make sure we were happy, and to offer his services if we had any issues with the car. The overall experience was good, I'd buy from them again. It's not exceptional, and they will try to up-sell you on things during the purchasing process, but that's to be expected. I have a family member who bought a new Ford from them and was satisfied as well, and uses them for service of his Ford. Again, satisfied. Keystone has good customer service and tries very hard to make you feel welcome and appreciated during the buying process. read more

Went there, the car of interest had a transmission seal leak, had rear shocks needed and to top it off the sales person that we dealt with went to his so called man upstairs with our findings , he said price stands not fixing anything. Here to find out, they inspected it before putting in on their lot, the sales person also witness what we found wrong. Now you cannot let a car pass inspection with bad shocks let alone the transmission leak. They need to be spot check this Dealer and Garage. Don't buy there folks! read more

You must have patience if you buy something here. I financed through my credit union, I had to call 3 times to get the correct information to wire the money to them. The money was wired on Thursday and I told my sales person I would be there Friday at 5 pm. When I arrived at 5:06 pm the truck had just been sent to detailing, I had to wait an hour to sign my paperwork and to add to that, about 15-20 minutes after leaving we realized they hadn't even given me a full tank of gas. Definitely missed out on a loyal, return customer new to the area. read more

The service garage staff is always friendly and helpful, the shuttle service is very convenient, and they do a great job on my car. We would consider this one of our most pleasurable automotive buying experiences. We hadn't planned on buying anything the day we pulled in to the lot, but Shana was very knowledgeable of the vehicle we where considering and was not a "pushy" sales person. We drove off that day with a brand new Edge. The whole staff was very friendly and was able to answer all of our questions without any hesitation. We will defiantly share our buying experience with others. We look forward to building a long time customer service relationship. Don't buy a car here. I have had nothing but issues with the brand new 2012 Ford Focus I bought from the beginning. Ford knew that there were issues with the transmission in this car when they sold it to me, but never mentioned it. I brought it in when it was shuddering and slipping gears very badly and they told me I was "imagining things". They have since replaced the transmission fluid and seals 3 times in a car they claim has nothing wrong with it. Ford has also extended the warranty on the transmissions of this car, which my lawyer says is an admission of guilt. I'm scared to drive it too far. I can't trade it in, as there's no value In it if I go anywhere else. I could forgive a manufactures flaw, but this dealership, a place who advertises itself as a "dealership for the people", has made me feel like crap about this whole process. It's almost like they are treating me as if a bad car is MY FAULT somehow. I have to have my husband call because they thought I, being a woman, didn't know what would be wrong with my car. These people are all about the sale, so just know that going in. Prices are decent if you tell them you will go elsewhere and seriously haggle them down like we did, but buyer beware. Research current issues with Fords BEFORE you go, because if you get a crap model they want to keep you in it. They aren't about to take back and resell a car they know is crap. So now I'm out $21k plus the interest on my loan and I'm stuck for another 2 years. read more

Took my truck in for warranty service. The first time I had taken a vehicle here for warranty service was horrible. They didn't fix what was wrong with it, and couldn't give me any answers to why the vehicle was having the problems that it was. I decided to come back another time because it was local and I could get a ride here. After dropping my vehicle off and they refused me a ride because their drivers were all retired people and they had no one on staff that was willing to give me a ride home I had my father come and pick me up. On the way in I noticed a used vehicle I in the parking lot that I thought I might be interested in. as I walked around it two dealers came out and ask if they can help me. I said yes I'm interested in this vehicle and I walked around it and decided to look underneath of it. They brought the keys I open the hood I checked it out and told them I'd be back to look at it when I came back to pick up my truck in about 4 hours. I noticed a few oil leaks around the engine when I looked under the hood and mentioned it to the one dealer. When I came back to pick up my truck from the service department the two dealers were standing there waiting for me. They wanted to talk about the truck that I inquired about earlier. I told them yes that's fine please let me take care of my bill for the warranty copay and I'll be right with you. We went inside they showed me some papers about the vehicle that I would have been interested in and I told him okay let me take it for a test drive. I waited 20 minutes while they look for the keys. Then the one dealer came over to me and said we found the keys but we can't find the vehicle. Another 20 minutes passed by. Boat dealers came over at this point and said they couldn't find the vehicle they think they had sent it to the other shop around the corner. The non-Ford certified shop that they send all of their used vehicles too. They told me to come back a couple days later and then I could check out the vehicle. I told them it's now or never if you want to show this vehicle to me I have a busy week schedule and I won't be able to make it back in. 20 minutes later they brought a vehicle up and we went to the other shop to take a look at the first vehicle. Mind you it's been an hour since I picked up my vehicle paid the tab and got the keys and I'm still waiting to look at this vehicle, and they were fully aware that I was coming back for hours later. When we got to the other shop I went to look at the vehicle and I pop the hood they had sprayed some sort of armor all or detailing jail underneath of every surface under the hood so not only if there were only leaks I couldn't see him the oil because they were there has been covered up. a service manager of sorts came out of the garage and said there were no oil leaks. I must go seeing something that wasn't an oil leak dripping on the ground then. So I took two steps back and I pointed at the ground and said what's that he said oh that's nothing that's just the detailing liquid that we use. At this point I was starting to get frustrated, hopped in the vehicle drove it back to the Ford dealer told him what I thought of them and left I bought a lot of vehicles over the years new and used, but that seemwd like a seriously shady way to try to cover up something that I noticed on the vehicle and so unprofessional the way I was handled as a paying customer and has a warranty customer as well. Stay away from Keystone Ford, there not a good place to deal with and I believe they have shady practices in my opinion. read more

pre-owned / financial department was very rude, also make sure you get pictures of the inside/ outside of autos (all angles) before driving 3 hours to look because they are very good at not telling the truth with features & conditions of their own vehicles ! i made a better score on a van elsewhere and that was newer and less miles , yep clean too and i did not have to take out a major loan to pay for it !! word of advice open a door for a lady , is also a plus when trying to make a sale and not setting her out at a table while you go behind close doors to make bogus profit deal with your financial advisor , off a dirty cover up job!! o yes I ALSO FORGOT MY COAT WHICH WAS A GIFT FROM MY DAUGHTER , ON THE CHAIR IN THEIR DEALERSHIP, CALLED THE NEXT DAY TO SEE IF I COULD PAY TO HAVE IT SHIPPED BACK AND I WAS AGAIN GREETED WITH RUDENESS AS SAY NO COAT HERE AND HE ( JIMMY) HUNG UP ! read more

I purchased a 2012 Ford Escape late last year. The process was pretty quick and straight forward. The salesman I worked with was polite. My only issue was, I only received one key. The salesman told me there were two keys and one appeared to have been misplaced. I stayed in touch with him for weeks after the purchase until he finally said they couldn't find it and there was nothing they could do about it. All they had to tell me in the beginning is that they didn't have it. He could have at least offered to get me a second one considering I spent over 20 grand on it. You do get your first oil change free though. read more

Nov I took my 2011 Explorer to Keystone Ford for an oil in the intake and an intermittent navigation problem, (wrong streets, sometimes in an open field). They fixed the oil problem and said they looked at the navigation as a curt-icy. Charged me a $100 deductible for the service. Dec same problem, they installed new maps and updated SYNC, I told them I don't think it will be fixed, it was lost with the old maps it didn't need new one, charged me $141 for memory chip, software it now covered under warranty. Charged me $131 to install it, it is a memory chip like your digital camera, which way does it go, which way does it go. Jan same problem, guess you didn't fix it, refreshed the system, no charge and no paperwork. Feb same problem, they ordered a GPS module and replaced it in Mar, charged me $85 for the part stating it was cheaper than paying another deductible. Ford Extended Service agreed with me and offered a Ref. No to identify the problem and have Keystone file for reimbursement. Talked to Stacy, he wouldn't even take the Ref No. to get my money back. Called Clayton Black last week, Stacy was off and promised to get back to me by Tue 28 Apr. Stacy called Mon stating he'd work with me if I wanted it the problem checked again, yes still have the problem. Ford Extended Service still has no record of the navigation problems on my car. Almost $500 and still have the problem and it should have been covered under warranty. read more
