Dan had the approval in is hands and went over the stipulations. $3000 down and insurance before the car leaves lot. I transferred money accordingly but was told it would be available Wednesday or Thursday. I relayed this to Dan and he told me no problem he'd pull it around back. This morning, Dan texts me and asks me about insurance and I advised him I was at work. His reply was ok, send it as soon as you can to make picking up the car easier. Well, I got a text from Lynn that the car was unavailable. Upon calling her from the number she texted me from, she acted shocked. told me they sold the car and just said I apologize for the miscommunication, but that's why you were given the paper to get insurance. BEWARE!!!!!!! They are horrible!!! They bank on you being desperate and in need! They are dishonest especially the owner . I purchased a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport which was at the Berlin location however they made me go to the Delran location to complete paperwork! Sure they pretend to be very nice while doing the deal. However, I hadn't driven my car off the lot when several issues were immediately noticed! 1) The car was disgustingly dirty inside and out 2) There was animal hair all over the inside of the car and smelled as if the animal lived and urinated on the vehicle. 3) Tire light was on due to a nail in the tire. 4) no gas, 5) touch screen / blue tooth not working 6) no keyfob 7) they couldn't find the keys when I arrived. I was given a 10 dollar gas card by Louis who apologized for the car having issues and not being ready. He then told me go to Sams for the tire issue!!! I paid for a car wash which cleaned the outside however the inside was disgusting. BTW I am highly allergic to animal hair!!! i immediately called Jay in Delran who did my paperwork to complain. He profusely apologized saying he would make sure I get a free oil change! Never happened. When I shut the car off once arriving home, it would not start. I again called Jay. He sent Evan their Master Mechanic who is very nice and he determined that something was loose on the battery. He also took my matts to have Omar clean the excessive dog hair they were covered in and admitted the car smelled. He also was made aware of the touch screen issue and said make sure I let Jay know and I did verbally. The car was purchased September 5, 2024. All of this happened day 1!!! Day 2 as I drove on Rte 42 to work, the car began shaking anytime I approached 60mph. I immediately let Jay know who gave a bunch of lip service and empty promises. I was given a 60 day dealer warranty and I also had a manufacturer warranty. Instead of fixing the issue, they did nothing! In October of 2024 I put the issues in writing in an email with some pictures to Jay. Nothing happened! I went to the Berlin office complaining again about these isdue at the end of October. Patrick assured me he would handle it and to not deal with Jay or Delran again! He bragged that he gets stuff done! He does NOT! In November I went to get an oil change and was told that my transmission was leaking. I immediately texted Patrick telling him this issue. Again, nothing was done! I paid for the repair with AJ Auto!!! I had knee surgery and was out of commission for awhile. Fast forward, I contacted Patrick again asking that the car finally be fixed only to be told oh now you are over the allowed mileage for the warranty and have to pay out of pocket. Then he said the owner Yaser is saying you owe 1000.00 . BTW my paperwork that they signed shows they received 2500.00 cash! They also told the finance company the same thing. They are liars!!! Evan drove my car on Tuesday July 22, 2025 to diagnose the issue finally ( so I thought) he stated that he believes its a suspension issue and possibly a control arm issue. He told the new GM that I have definitely been dealing with this issue and the touchscreen issue from day 1. The new GM Tom was trying to finally help me when again the owner Yaser told hm they won't fix it eventhough they were made aware several times of these issues day 1. So instead of fixing the car , they have forced me to report them to the state, lemon law, BBB, FTC , NJ Attorney general, NJ consumer affairs division and file a law suit in Camden county. The owner is not honorable at all! He is intentionally deceptive and purchases damaged cars patching them up enough to put on the lot. Trying to get them to fix anything even with a warranty after leaving the lot proves useless. They need to be shut down! DO NOT trust or believe them! DO NOT buy here! If you choose to buy here put ALL communication in writing because they WILL try to lie and pretend that you never told them of issues. Thankfully, I have proof of everything! read more

I went to Keystone to have my car inspected. They told me I needed $400 worth of improvements before they could pass the car. I told them no thank you I will take it somewhere else. I went to my Mechanic (which I should have done first, but I didn't-stupid me) and he said my car was completely fine. It did not need what they told me it did and it passed no problem. They took off my valve covers which are aluminum to check my tire pressure and when I got the car back they had put them on so tight (seems they used lock tyte). My husband had to cut them off. Six months ago.... I purchased a RAV4 (August 2021). I "still have not received my registration or my title" Every single time I called to follow-up I spoke to Matthew (my salesman). He said he was "inquiring and that they were backed up due to Covid". Today, I spent one hour trying to get through to the DMV myself. They told me that according to their records, Keystone Auto Brodheadsville "never made one inquiry regarding my registration or title". Had they made an inquiry within 90 days from the sales date, they would've issued me a new title and registration for free. But now, I have to pay an additional $58 and a notary fee in order to get my documents. What a bunch of liars!! Additionally.... There was a "banging sound" coming from the rear end of the vehicle and I had to come back to their service department "5 times!!" before they finally figured it out. DO NOT SHOP THERE!! They have 2 stars for a reason-- BELIEVE those 2 Stars!!!! read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! Just got a car from them. As soon as we got it home and took it to our mechanic the check engine light turned on and there is a long list of thing that are wrong. The mechanics are open the side door completely need to be replaced. They told us that the fixed all the leaks for us but the van still leaks. Like bad.... when we called them and asked them to help us with the repairs that they told us they already did (but they didn't) The guy just said good luck with that and hung up. I don't think they deserve 1 Star. I bought my car from them, because they are family owned. I could've gone to one of the big dealerships, but I chose them because I believe in supporting small businesses. Whatever they asked for the car, is what I paid. I don't even have this car for 7 months and I already spent $6,000 on fixing it. Transmission went, it overheats constantly, calibers had to be replaced!! I could go on and on! Our mechanic is baffled. They sold me a lemon and they knew it all along. At the time I bought the car, they told me it's a reliable car. Their mechanics always check all the cars before they sell it. I guess they missed this one. I called them few times. The owner(the father) resolves situation by threatening customers. After providing little to no information about the vehicle when asked I was then told "are you going to let me speak" after which I was provided more nonsense about how the vehicle had been there for three weeks, yet just went in to service this morning, so he has no clue about it. Be careful with Keystone Used Auto Sales in Brodeheadsville, PA. I just bought a truck with a manual transmission, test drove it once in the morning for about 8 miles and then once again 3 hours later on the same test route. After being there for about 5 hrs I then drove it 2 hours back to Delaware. After the tranny warms up, the transmission problem shows up. The synchronizer for 5th gear and reverse is gone and it grinds gears going into 5th after about 20 minutes. After taking it to the local transmission shop the next morning for a repair quote, I politely asked Keystone for some help on the repair. I offered to pay for a remanufactured tranny if their garage would install it at no cost. They said they would get back to me, never did. I called them the next afternoon and they said that they aren't going to help out. BEWARE, take the junkers for a long test drive before buying! read more

Bought a car from them on August 2021. Still am waiting for my title. My registration has expired 60 days. They had 20 days to send it to the DMV. It never got there till october2021. Called them and called them out on it and told this was normal. I calledDMV. Said I could file a complaint with the office of attorney general. Still no title. No registration. I would not recommend them. We bought a car & the salesman gave false information regarding the warranty 100%. I still have the window sticker that states it had a dealer warranty plus Proguard protection that we paid $1,250 for. We literally had the car for 48 hours & the transmission totally failed. We had to have it towed to a garage. Keystone was notified & they refused to help with anything. I paid $667 for the warranted car to get it fixed. I spoke to service manager & the actual salesman afterwards (and held my tongue) and neither cared. Very POOR business. read more

Never buy or trust a vehicle or a salesman here. They make things look and sound great, may even show you a repair list to justify pricing. That fact is they haven't fixed everything, and don't really care what is wrong with it. I've heard horror stories from here, like seats not being attached after sale. But now I'm living one with my Silverado I paid 25k for. My transmission went week 1, covered by a limited warranty. My manifold went month 1, Matt said they'd take care of it if there was any problems, failed to mention it'd still cost $900. Tires haven't held air, ever, because the rims are rotted on the inside, something they probably knew about being it had "new tires" on their repair list. My paint is rotting away, my calipers are locking and I was just told my another dealer when I went to try to trade it for a less problematic truck that my best bet is to go fishing a low tide and let high tide take the truck. All this after owning a 03 Ram from the same place that had a bad heating core that would cost thousands to replace. I traded that back for something I was told was in amazing shape with low miles for the year and with all the repair work done. They resold that Ram to my neighbor who stopped by and had to ask why he had no heat and if it was a problem before. Me and my wife went to look at a few vehicles here. We delt with Matt q, and let me tell you what, he knows how to make you feel like an idiot. We test drove 4 vehicles, (one the check engine light came on halfway thru test drive, the next the transmission felt like it was going to drop onto the street every time you went into 3rd gear, and the last 2 had popping sounds when making turns and going over bumps) and whenever we would ask him a question about why this was happening he would belittle us and his answers would be so condescending. He told us he's owned 30 trucks in his life and that every ford he's owned made this sound, every dodge he's owned make popping sounds when you drive, and that every Chevy he's owned has shook when you go over 50 mph. He said that's what trucks do, followed by making us feel bad for even asking. Long story short we got outta there as fast as possible. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Easiest most straight forward and honest car buying experience I have ever had. Matt was our salesman and never pressured us or tried giving us the typical sales bs. He made the entire process very stress free. This is a review on the dealer not the vehicle but I will also mention that the vehicle condition was spotless and mechanically flawless and this is coming from an 11 year technician so I can be very critical.
