Called to cancel, they needed proof equipment was paid off for early buy out promise. We have email proof and provided by supervisor in email we could cancel no termination fees. Two months, no service turned off. We had moved to new place. We call back, we need proof. We did this already, but they say they don't have it but offer two months free hoping our buyer if home would want it. we say okay but if at the end of two months house hasn't sold, cancel. They did not and drafted out our account. We call back, same mess different day. We submit documentation and forward previous emails. Time went by, they tried to draft again but we removed auto draft. Sent bill with late fee. Get on phone again and here we are trying to cancel since September 2025, it's mid April 2026, still not cancelled and they refuse to give us the months back they drafted and saying they have no record of verifying our payoff of equipment or cancellation. So I will never recommend them ever because cancelling isn't option. Seeking legal action now. We have names of cancelling department, emails and proof of payoff. Do not use them.

I've worked in customer service, and it's something I care about. This guy, Jake? He doesn't have it. By the way, he had no interest in helping or staying on the phone to answer any questions. Once we said no to service, he was done. (My husband had even said we might consider activating at a later time. Definitely not, now.) He mumbled something about transferring to customer service, didn't say, "have a good day," or anything...just left. Anyway, still stuck with the annoying whistle. Great. So, I had zero expectation that Alex would help with that kind of work. But from the start, I was impressed by how Alex handled everything: (1) His pricing was clear, fair, and refreshingly reasonable--especially after a recent experience with a plumber who charged me way too much. (2) The doorbell wiring was not a straightforward job, but Alex got creative. He figured out a clever way to route the wires using an old security system, saving me the headache of more invasive installation. (3) The ceiling fan ended up being trickier than expected. I assumed a wall switch was connected to it, but it turns out it never was. Alex spent nearly two hours troubleshooting the setup, but never once complained.
