Several people have commented on the rudeness of the staff. My son and I went there this evening. Though the staff was normal, I do think that they may be having to inhale too much fuel exhaust from the vehicles in the drive thru. As soon we were in line, I covered my nose and told my son that I didn't think we would be able to eat inside the restaurant. He agreed. The scent was strong. YUCK. MOLDY FOOD. I will admit I cut her off and swore and told her to not tell me I was lying (not being too pleased that I had just thrown up multiple times and felt disgusting). After that I did not swear again and returned to being calm but Christy on the other hand started yelling at me and asking me why I was so upset. She told me I had to bring the biscuit in and she would examine it and then could refund me for my food. I'm not driving 30 minutes back to KFC with a moldy biscuit so I can get a refund when I did nothing wrong except make the decision to purchase this food. I told her I could send her a picture and she said "how are you going to do that, you have my cell phone number?". I told her I would email it to her.
