This location is in a plaza, so there is plenty of parking - some days it is easier than others to find a close spot. We went on a weekend, and were seated immediately. I liked that the menu offers a brief description for each option, and because of this, I went with the ribeye; it is supposed to be their most tender and flavorful because of the marbling. I ordered it medium plus (somewhere between medium and medium well). Each steak comes with 2 sides. There are standard sides or you can choose to upgrade to premium sides for about $3 more. I chose mac and cheese (premium side) and a salad. The salad came out first which I was thankful for because I was hungry. It wasn't much and the toppings were weak, so I regretted not getting a different side with more substance. The steak came out after about 15-20 minutes. The food looked good, but after having my first bite, I was a bit disappointed. In general it wasn't bad, but for a $30 meal, I expected a bit better. Only giving it 4 stars because the food was not cooked right the first time but they made it right. Have come here often and first time it was not perfect. However, the state was fantastic. Made us whole new meals. Place was very clean. However, front of house was too busy talking and not sitting when tables were empty. 5 employees hanging out up front. Pick two: choices of salads and choices of soups....have to say it was a tough choice so many good combo variations! Got the Caesar salad with fresh grated Parmesan cheese (lactose intolerant) oops forgot to ask them to hold the cheese but so far no issues which means it is really good cheese! High quality! Salad was served ice cold which I love! The French onion soup, oh my God. Rich, depth of flavor in the broth. Perfect gooey cheese. Soaked bread underneath and it was loaded with onions. I'm already craving more! I'm a really good cook and French onion soup is one of my specialties. I've never found a chef that could make their soup better than mine.....until today. Kudos to you chef! I tip my bakers cap to you. Their bread, of course, is always fresh and yummy. Now the best part..... all this for $8.49 Deliciously filling and doesn't break the bank. Wasn't busy when we got there but filled up quickly by the time we were served our meals. Waitress was great! Friendly, checked on us a few times and very attentive. Wife had Flo's fillet with baked potato and salad; medium and cooked perfectly. I had the porterhouse, medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. Side of a very flavorful rice and Caesar salad. Noticed a few both cushions needing replacement. I assume sagging from the volume of business and maybe age. Large parking lot but parking close to the restaurant has never happened for us. I'm usually pleased with going here. I have been going there since it 1st opened. I had an issue with 1 server in the past. I got over it ( she didn't). Disappointed today ( Sunday) a day I don't normally go there! Not busy, left because I waited 15 minutes and still didn't have a server at my table. The hostesses seemed upset because I knew where I wanted to sit. Explained to me no 1 had that section. So, I waited for the server I requested ( no show) !! Isn't the customer to be treated with a little respect. 2 many times this hasn't been the case . However, I must say as often as I go there I am treated well. Service took forever Ordered the Parmesan mushrooms appetizer ad I do at all Longhorns as excellent... these were dinky and 1/4 size of regular portobellos mushrooms... assume they used the ones these serve as a side with a steak... Then ordered the 9 oz fillet and baked potato, crispy Brussels sprouts ... Again Brussels sprouts 1/2 size of side I got before... looks like Biden inflation hit my mushrooms, now the Brussels sprouts, baked potato was normal size... then this dinky flat alleged 9 oz fillet was ordered med and came well down, dry and 31 bucks wasted... A chain steakhouse but a decent place for what it is. It was mobbed as usual, so the call ahead was helpful to reduce the wait time from 30 min to 5 min. They attract quite a crowd here. I got the Tonion as an appetizer. We also had bread and butter. It was good but a little more greasy than I personally like. I ordered the chop steak with a loaded baked potato and a side of broccoli. It was tender and very good. The waiter was very attentive and professional. Cleanliness and comfort are just right. LUNCH ONLY! I have been to Longhorn a few times for dinner over the past few years and never have been impressed. I just think the meat quality isn't that great for the prices and the sides are just ok. So I would give 2 stars for dinner. Having said that, I OFTEN stop for their lunch specials. My favorite special is the soup (french onion soup with no bread, with a half of grilled chicken strawberry salad. (Fresh, crisp field greens/ or romaine lettuce, with grapes, strawberries, mandarin oranges, candied pecans, red onions and feta cheese on the side). I love their white balsamic vinaigrette as well. All for $8.99. Sometimes I get the soup and 1/3 lb cheese/ hamburger which is well flavored and tasty with fresh lettuce, tomatoes for $7.99. Heather is an awesome bartender/server and takes care of everyone in her area and at the bar during lunch. So I will continue to go for lunch and recommend it !! read more

Just another update -- still awful. The manager they have now looks like he's a zombie, they seem to have a turnaround of management and staff - I'm not surprised. We were lied to about wait times. You know, bc it's all about computers now, and they can't override things like that. Yet we're not the only ones that got lied to -we spoke to others. And then we did not desire the bread - but when I just desired the whipped butter for the broccoli bc they like to season everything with black pepper etc - I got two different types of butter none of which were the one they give with the bread. If I knew that - I would have just got the bread for the butter. Waited so long for our waitress that we ended up getting the butter at some point from a waiter (we do know that is always nice). Him and Shelly are the only ones that seriously 1. Know what they're doing 2. Don't cop an attitude. It seems that these restaurants are struggling for staff. And many are - I get that. But most adapt to it, without the attitude. The hostess giving me the attitude back with her dark wavy hair and she was short - was my last straw. We've given them more than enough chances and the amount of money they receive from us weekly is a lot. But we are done giving chances. Food is subpar for the prices (which I know is inflation) but do realize without customers you wouldn't have anything. I'll support family business before I ever go back to these chains that don't care about anything. Went for dinner on a Friday night. We ordered the Texas Tonions as an appetizer and the sides we got with our order were pretty good. We got the corn on the cob, broccoli, and Mac & cheese for sides. I asked for my steak to be cooked to a medium-rare, however, I got a rare steak instead. The inside doesn't even look cooked to a rare even. It was completely uncooked on the inside and bloody red. I would've given a 1 star but the hosts were very nice. I can't say the same for our server. She was not attentive and restaurant did not look busy. She took more than 10 minutes to swipe my card. I normally tip at least 20%, but this was undeserving of a tip. Not sure if I will be back. read more

Curbside is Hit or miss especially on a busy night. You will find people park in curbside spots to eat inside leaving no way to let them Know you're there for your order. Inconsiderate patrons and not really the restaurants fault. Some nights it's great food. Other nights overcooked or just not on par. Asked for a medium well steak tonight and received a dry overcooked well done sirloin. I think they treat the diners better. Check your bag because they will forget items like bread or a side order. We stopped in here after leaving Boston area and it is really an enjoyable & affordable steak place! Feels like a decent chain restaurant. Food was all Good, I enjoyed the Steak and Lobster and the Wife liked her burger. I could see this as a nice place to stop in on a regular.
