Where do I begin? The unbelievable service or the wait? By unbelievable, I mean shake my head no, unbelievable. I am not sure how many times I had to repeat that I wanted a cheeseburger with nothing on it, just cheese, but I sure did get a bacon cheeseburger. We also ordered mini corn dogs for the kids. These took a little longer than the promised five minutes, and to top it all off, the fries were cold. There service was ridiculous and the food did not taste good because of it. I waited for a drive thru order for about a half hour with at least 5 other cars, obviously because I paid, still with employees standing in the front talking amongst themselves with a completely empty lobby. This place is awful, a few months ago I went through the drive through and the young man handed me the bag and it was soaked in gravy,I had already placed it on my seat by the time I realized it. Second thing that was super unprofessional was he fixed the order before he gave me a towel to clean up the mess. There was gray all over my car lap & outside of the car. The next day I went in & spoke to the manager who seemed concerned, I told him I just wanted the inside of my car cleaned,he agreed he sent an email to the corporate office. To any potential customers reading this, Save your Money! Go to king soopers buy some tv dinners. They are way better than the drool I was served for 25$. I came here with high Hopes, because I saw all the bad reviews. And these didn't impress me at all. Everything from the chicken to the service was bad. I went through the drive thru, I ordered a 8 piece meal. Okay I recieved my order everything looked great. Except they didnt put any plates in. Why? I'm taking this food home. Just throw plates in the bag or ask the customer if they want plates. Simple. I ask for plates and the woman says okay. I sit and wait, she comes to the window a few minutes later really annoyed she says "are you missing something" with a bob and a shake of the head (bad attitude) I say "plates" she gives em to me. At home I bite into a biscuit and thus began my dismal meal. The biscuit was really old. It was hard and salty. I was disappointed because it was 11:30 [lunchtime]. I thought they're would be fresh at lunchtime but I was wrong. The chicken was bland and the skin was falling off. (Probably sitting too long) I can not get over how flavorless the chicken was. 11 herbs and spices wya tho? The mashed potatos were just terrible adding to the already terrible meal. My daughters fiancé went in for dinner after picking his mom up from work. I'm sure after a long and stressful day, stopping for takeout rather than cooking, you would think would be the norm. In addition to running out of certain menu items and crappy food, this is what really got me: I ordered a kids meal at full price for my toddler. Upon getting the meal, there was no prize included. I went to the counter and looked at the menu, which clearly stated that a prize was included. I spoke to the manager on duty who informed me that "This store doesn't do prizes." Now, I can understand being served incorrect food, or a rude employee, but this is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. Goods are being advertised, money is being taken for those goods, and then those goods are being KNOWINGLY withheld with NO notice to the customer. Is is legal to take money for goods and services knowing they won't be provided? Isn't that, in effect, theft? Is that something the KFC corporation is ok with? Apparently so. At the very least, cover up the menu so "Prize" is no longer listed, AND lower the cost of the meal. Better yet, how about the cheap-ass people who run this store just provide the prizes, instead of not ordering them in an attempt to milk (steal) a tiny bit more profit from everyone ordering a kids meal. Only AFTER bringing it to their attention was I offered something in it's place, which was ice cream for my child. I wanted to try the new chicken sandwiches and order the crunchy and the nashville sandwiches. What I received is not the chicken I saw on social media but two chicken fingers in a bun. Not even pickles. Obviously they ran out of sandwich and decided to rob me instead of tell me they were out. Additional the two sandwiches were dry and disgusting. The fries tasted awful as well. I was sick in the morning and had a bad bowel movement, I'm guessing from the sandwiches. So at least in the future when I'm backed up, I'll know who to turn to. read more

Waited a good 5 minutes before greeted. A guy took our order, all we asked for was a couple burgers and drinks. Waited 25 minutes without receiving anything, went to the counter to ask why it was taking so long; however nobody was up there, had to yell for someone. A female manager came up and said what do you expect me to do, then proceeded to say they only had two people working (on a Saturday lunch). I let her know that isn't the customers issue...by the way no word on the food or it even being made. I asked for the GM number in which she refused to provide and when I asked for a refund to leave after 35+ minutes she walked off. Walked off with no food, no refund. This was the worst customer service and poorly managed KFC, or fast food restaurant I've ever experienced. read more

I picked up a 12 piece chicken meal here today, only to get home and discover they forgot to include the 6 biscuits that I paid for and should have received with my meal. So I had to go all the way back. When I walked in the same girl was working, obviously. She asked me what I was doing there again. I replied and told her I never got the biscuits with my meal. She said that she forgot them. No apology. I told her I'd like my biscuits and something else to make up for the hassle. She gave me a dirty look and gave me the biscuits. I asked what she was going to do to make up for her mistake. I mean come on, it's not like your jobs hard. She told me she gave me 1 extra biscuit and that I shouldn't disrespect her because she didn't do anything wrong. I corrected her and said that she did do my order wrong, which I why I had to drive all the way back. I reminded her that the customer is always right. And in this case, it's true. I then proceeded to ask for the number to corporate. She was very rude and told me she wouldn't give it to me and asked why I wanted it. Order a meal that came with 2 large sides one of the sides was in abnormal large container the other was split into 3 small, also had an additional large side that we didn't receive at told the employee and she refused to give it to is told us it was included in the three small ones we already received. She turned around and walked off had to help ourselves over the to the sauces on the other side of the counter! We we got home we had 9 of the 12 piece tenders if that's what you want to call them. I was upset to find that my (already paid for) food was being held on the other side of the window while the man working the window sorted out his login information for about 5 minutes. Multiple people inside were being served their food as I was just waiting at the drive thru window with cars piling up behind me. I have only been there twice. Both times they are not organized nor do they do have enough prepared sides and food when people come in. Tonight I decided to disregard all the awful experiences I have had with this KFC and put up with the frustrations it creates because I love the chicken.....nope....NEVER again. I sat in the drive-up line for 10 minutes while they took one order, let the car pull up, fill it, and then take the next order. When it was finally my turn, when I ordered simply chicken and potato wedges, I was told in a mousy, confused voice that "they didn't have that". I could not extract exactly what the problem was and could not get out of line due to the three cars behind me and the one in front. I was then told that they were out of chicken and that it would be 2 minutes. I called out to the other cars that they only have dark meat . I was then told I COULD NOT ORDER CHICKEN BECAUSE I WAS BEING TOO RUDE!!!!!!!! Yes I was angry, but I was NOT rude, and was not being abusive. I pulled up to the window and met LILY- who first would not tell me who she was, and then decided to lie to me. Fortunately Juan, the manager, came up to see why the car line was so long and I was able to learn her name. I shared my complaint with Juan, received a lukewarm response at best and left, vowing not to ever return. I understand not having chicken at 9:30 at night, and KFC not wanting to cook a lot more. I DO NOT understand not being able to get white meat at 6:30pm....DINNER TIME!!! I have never received worse customer service. The management at this place is horrific. My father completely disrespected purely because English isn't his first language. And they tried to scam him of his money. There was a deal on the menu for 20 piece wing deal for ten dollars. He ordered 40 pieces. But the total they gave him was more than what it was suppose to be by five dollars. He asked them why he didn't get his full change and the associates completely ignored him. After he called them countless times they replied by saying that the deal on the menu was only a coupon price......... Which makes no sense..... A coupon price on the menu .. Yeah..... My dad then stated that that didnt make sense and nowhere on the menu does it state that a coupon is necessary for the purchase. He was so infuriated that he asked for the manager. The manager came and he had the audacity to state that it was "IMPOSSIBLE TO OPEN THE CASH REGISTER" and handed him a crumpled dollar bill from his own pocket.!!!!!!!!!! My dad asked what that was and the manager proceeded to go to his employees and asked if they had more money in their pocket, trying to humiliate my father even more. Eventually the manager opened the cash register and gave him dollar bills one by one in a tossing manner. After this incident my dad asked for the stores number so that he could write a complaint and the manager stated that therewasno such thing. I know this story sounds like a fairy tale. "Lemonade" canister dispensed water with no "Out of Order" sign posted. Coleslaw had NO dressing on it at all - just shredded cabbage & carrots, no seasoning.
