Went through the drive through at 11:30 a.m. on a Monday, specifically looking for potato wedges. All sorts of signs were displayed promising potato wedges. But, alas, I was told that they were already out of potato wedges, at 11;30 a.m. So, because I was stuck in the drivethrough, I went ahead and ordered a couple pieces of chicken, no fries. The person at the drive-up window was deeply angry at her life, her boss, the world, SOMEBODY, and treated me like me handing her money was a horrible inconvenience. Ordered fries and the new glazed chicken nuggets. I noticed the girl at the window didn't give me my change after I drove off. It was only 70 cents so no big deal, I continued eating my fries while driving down the road. A few bites in I notice a quarter in my fries. I pull the container out of the bag, and she put all my change into my food bag and the change ended up in my fries. Went to this kfc a couple weeks ago and ordered a 16 piece meal and they didn't give me any drumsticks. I was annoyed but looked past that. Went through the drive through today and was told that our Mac & cheese would take a few minutes. We sat outside the restaurant for 20 minutes waiting on Mac and cheese . A gentle man came out and told me there was 2 more minutes on the Mac and cheese but we still didn't get our food until 15 minutes after that conversation. Only to get home with our food and THERE WAS NO MAC & CHEESE in the bag I'm only giving this 2 stars because the gentleman that came out to our car was very nice . So my last visit was 8-23-23 I did an mobile app order for a 8 piece bucket extra crispy $10 is what I paid and my pick up time was 8:25pm. Got to the location...notice right off there was a few ppl sitting inside come to find out these ppl were upset and waiting on orders...one lady before me had issue with not getting g all her food so it took 2 young men to help...one of the 2 ended up giving this lady a FREE bucket of chicken and his exact words were..."he's trying to do what he can do to make it right" and then proceeded to help this lady and her young daughter to their car (flirting basically) so they guy at the register whom is now helping me told the other young guy the chicken he have was not her she didn't order that...come to find out that was my bucket he gave away for FREE...so now the guy tells me they're out of crispy chicken and they not cooking no more...fi asked for a refund...I was told to cancel order in app...when that didn't work because there was no option to do so I had to come back into the store asked one of the females on how to cancel...without moving her ass from the back she tells me she doesn't know what I need to do to cancel in the app of there's not option and continued doing what she was doing unbothered that I didn't get my food..my food was given out and now I can't get my money back. These ppl up here are so unprofessional it's f***g ridiculous First off KFC needs to fix the app if certain things are not available in store then don't make available on the app 2ND retrain these young kids..manners comes from home so that should be a given and none of them have any working here. This is an average KFC as far as KFC restaurants go. It is located within the Fox Run strip mall but it has a parking area by itself. Interior cleanliness seems okay. Service was pleasant. I brought in a coupon from the KFC mailing list; although they didn't have the fiery grilled wings, they were more than happy to substitute hot wings and give me the same discount on that. read more

I called and asked how do I get my order and they said you have to go thru the drive thru as the lobby is closed. I said can someone just hand it to me thru the door, no she said. Called the restaurant to get my refund which they said they couldn't do in their store and there is no option on the App and when i called the 1-800 number nobody picked up the phone after waiting close to a half hr. When I got home and opened up that big Box that with these little tiny pieces of chicken I mean little I mean lukewarm. I went to order an 8 piece original at 730 at night.... the close the lobby at 10 and drive thru at 11. He said that they dont have any more and it would take a lot of work to make more. Strike 1. This also led to not being the fastest crew on earth. And I had to wait on my wedges, so by the time we were done figuring out how to accommodate my order, I'm pretty sure some chicken could have been made. I would have waited for that... strike 2. I get home and my mac and cheese which I was charged for was not in the bag. (Which was supposed to be the deciding factor over royal farms) Strike 3. I dont typically leave these reviews. I've come to this KFC for years never really had a problem. They forgot some stuff you asked for but that's okay, doesn't happen all the time, but just yesterday I went with a friend, got two, five dollar fill ups and asked to pay half in cash and half on card. they gave us our card back and our food. never gave us a receipt for it so we asked for one. they kid at the drive-thru window told us the printer was not working. So not even an hour later my friend checked her bank account to make sure they didn't charge the whole meal on her card and keep the cash. Well they did. We went back up to get the 5 back that they had. We went up and asked to speak to a manager and the kid that was working the drive-thru saw us and went over to listen to our conversation with the manager. He knew exactly what he did. He did not deny it and acted like it was no big deal went to open the register and noticed he didn't take the 5 out of the register. He took it out his pocket. The manager didn't noticed it but when my friend and I first walked into the fast food place he looked like he was high on something. I'm not saying the whole place is bad just be careful with your money when ordering in there especially at the drive-thru. I was not about to let a guy take advantage of me and my friend.
