Ordered wings extra crispy. They came just about raw. Had to air fry them for almost 10 minutes to get them to crisp. I called to complain and the first so called manager came in and said she would refund my money. Put me on hold and then the big man who thinks he knows everything came on the line and tried to tell me they cook them different but they weren't raw. I told him they are red in the middle - should I bring them back and watch you eat them and get sick. Smart A said sure he would eat them. Great customer service. Americans like their food cooked. When the pizza arrived it had neither extra sauce or cheese and it had onions on the whole thing. I called the store and was told that I was wrong. I have been getting food from Season's Pizza since I was about 12 years old, I'm 36 now, & the food is just as good or even better. The wings are definitely bigger than they were when I was younger, so they are definitely jumbo size. The mild sauce tastes like a perfect combination of buttery and spicy that soaks into the extra crispy wings and absorbs that rich flavor! The Bleu cheese is the perfect dipping sauce for the wings. It gives a coating of coolness on the palette and an extra boost of flavor mixed with creaminess! The only thing missing that I believe should always be included with wings especially when buying a party tray is celery. It's even better when you also get carrots. It's not absolutely required, but a nice addition when restaurants add the celery and carrots so I would've liked to have those included. The tiramisu was a little different than usual. I ordered from this Seasons for the last time tonight. My girlfriend and I ordered a Stromboli, an order of baked ziti and some garlic bread to share. The driver got there, and handed me the bags, and I discovered that we were missing the Stromboli. I chased him out to the parking lot and found him parked in a handicapped spot. Issue number 1. He said he would return with the Boli so I decided to wait to open my baked ziti so we could eat together. About fifteen minutes later, he returned and handed me the Stromboli. I opened my baked ziti and found that instead of pasta, my order was made with fries. Now, it was almost 9 o'clock. Their hours are listed until 10:30. I tried to call the store. I heard someone pick up, and then hangup immediately. I thought, maybe it was an accident. So I called back. Picked up and hung up. Called again. Picked up and hung up. I know this was what was happening because I could hear the background noise of the kitchen etc. each time the phone was picked up. So after 5 more attempts to call, I decided to take my fries to the store. I arrived and asked for a manager. There was an assistant manager working the register who told me he could help me. I explained it all to him: the missing 'Boli and the fries. I told him about the pick up and hang up and his response to that was "well, these people are crazy." I handed him my receipt and asked for my money back. He started to refund me for the ziti. I told him that I didnt want to be refunded for the dish, I wanted to be refunded for the whole meal. He said he would have to get the manager for that. So the assistant manager returns and starts dishing out cash from the register (we paid by card) he handed me my full refund, and the manager arrived and asked if I wanted the card refunded and I said no, and left. I never got an "I'm sorry about that" i never got an offer to remake anything or asked if there was a way to make it right. Unbelievably crappy customer service. Avoid at all costs. read more

I really love ordering from here. Very few mistakes. Great salads!!! Ordered an antipasto salad tonight. Ordered the olives on the side for my mother. They make me sick. When it came, the olives had been ground into a baby food almost paste. And was all over and mixed in. I called up and told them what had happened and that my order said, olives on the side. I was willing to return the current salad in exchange for a new one. I didn't want to sound like a lying Karen. The woman on the phone was more than nice and very understanding. Seasons pizza makes me even happier when there's a deal because you know....We asians like a good deal. The Cyberbogo is only available on mondays and for pick up. So that was a bit of a let down. They had an XL cheese pizza with two toppings for $10. I went with mozzarella and basil (like their margherita pizza, only cheaper). I also got a large The Works. I like the flavor of the pizza a lot. The only thing keeping them from 5/5 is that they were EXTREMELY stingy with the basil. 5/8 slices had 5 pieces of basil strips, the other 3 slices were blank. Was a bit bummed honestly cuz I liked them. The Works pizza was LOADED (so happy!) Overall: VERY tasty pizza, good deal on it. Just skimped out on toppings. read more

Two Thumbs Down for dining in. It is apparent that Seasons has become a take out restaurant. We are regular take out customers, at least twice a month, but decided to have dinner there this evening. We started with a draft beer, one of the reasons to have dinner at a restaurant right? The pour was very light - maybe 10 oz and the keg was flat. Still charged $4.50. Fish and Chips? Skip it. The pasta dish was heavily oversalted. The experience was disappointing but no reason to short tip the server. Two of us for dinner was $49. Season's Pizza is a chain spread across Delaware and I have eaten at several. While they all have the same recipe there are some mild differences. I stopped by this Season's and got some take out pizza and nachos. I found that I like the pizza from this Season's more then some of the others. The Season's here chops their vegetable ingredients a little larger so the bite of pizza you get with some onions and mushrooms has a little more bulk of toppings to it then other places. The remainder of the pizza is the same with its good sauce and well made crust. read more

I ordered via a third party (DoorDash) and waited an hour an a half for my pizza to arrive; I've done it this way before. But after so long, I got curious, open the app, it says Order Complete. It most certainly was not as I had never received my pizza. I tried to file a complaint with the third party (DoorDash) and was told that since the store delivers its own orders that I would need to call them. I did, was put on hold and then hung up on. I called back and was told to contact the third party (DoorDash). They refused to issue a refund as well as refused to send out a new pizza. By far one of the worst meals I've had in a long time. I ordered a BBQ wrap that was supposed to come with lettuce, tomato and blue cheese. It was just burnt boneless wings tossed on a wrap.
