KFC isn't what it used to be, then again a lot of restaurants aren't what they use to be. Quantity seems to matter over Quality. Ordered the 2pc Meal Deal original, but I received the crispy instead. Biscuit could have been a lot softer. Kid loves KFC chicken and this usually the go to spot on hand since it is done the street from us. Nothing spectacular, just hits the spot for her for tummy. We were extremely disappointed today. We have always enjoyed KFC chicken, as well as their sides. We went through the drive-Through this afternoon. ordered.an 8 piece nugget meal. There were only 6 nuggets, but two lumps of crispy breading (counting as the 7th and 8th nuggets). The chicken nuggets I had were dry and hard to chew.. I will opt for chick filA the next time. The only reason for two stars is because at least the biscuit was good. They didn't put any butter in the box though. The chicken was greasy and barely had any breading. My chicken leg looked like someone already took a bite out of it. The mashed potatoes were grainy and had no flavor. It's so disappointing. I really used to like KFC. read more

I never eat here, but often stop at the drive thru to get something for my hubby. The people at the ordering kiosk are articulate and polite. They read back my order and give me a total without any troule understanding them. At the window they're polite and always cheerful. And my food is delivered promptly. My hubby loves the classic chicken sandwich he says it's always hot and crispy. Well done KFC! read more

First of all one and all dark meat they didn't have it second wanted half crispy half original she said she do it I asked her if she could put it in two separate containers but the original little one and the crispy in the other I sent my daughter because I'm disabled my daughter came home with a bucket I thought OK maybe she put a divider between the two nope she gave me all original so I sent my daughter back they don't listen they don't care! We ordered a pick up order on the mobile app at about 5 pm. The app stated order would be done at 5:22pm. We live about 15 miles away so great gives us time to get there. Arrived at 5:32 ( I looked at the clock when I got out of the car) went inside. Several other people were in the lobby waiting on their orders. Nobody at the counter, nobody stepped up at all to help me. After about 5 minutes the gentleman ahead of me asked about his mobile order. He was told they were working on it. I asked is there an order for Bailey. The lady said no, haven't gotten to it yet. Ok fine you are busy I will wait. The gentleman's order got done. Two other people that had been waiting got done. Three people that came in after me got done. Still standing there. At about 6pm a younger guys asked who are you waiting for? I said Bailey, oh that's been done. Look it is a KFC and if you need a rating on the food you best go eat somewhere that has placemats you can color... BUSY, BUSY place... After stopping several times I can say both the drive thru and counter can be very backed up. I even did the on line order twice and STILL had to wait due to the number of customers ahead of me. Service WITH A SMILE.... One young lady, as busy as she always is, extends a hearty hello and APOLOGY for the wait.... Placed an order through DoorDash. Ordered a two piece meal for my girlfriend. Ordered a three piece meal for myself. Both orders were missing the drinks. My three piece was supposed to be two thighs and a drumstick. I got two wings and a drumstick. My girlfriend was supposed to get one thigh and a drumstick. She got one wing and a chicken tender. I'm going to be up front with you: weird fast food concoctions are my favorite thing - even better than luxury dining for me, no lie. So naturally when I heard of this gift from the Gods called "The Cheeto Sandwich" I knew I could not miss it. Needless to say, it did not disappoint. Chicken was of very good quality, bun was nice, and Cheetos were not soggy in the slightest. The dessert biscuits were the type of satisfying, comfort food style dessert that just make you smile from ear to ear. All employees were very friendly, and this was all for around only 10 bucks. Will definitely be going back here to try their next blessed creation, the Cheeto popcorn chicken. read more

this place really sucks the staff were jerk and so disrespectful and rude. I was in the drive thru and when I asked for my order they got it wrong and when I asked for a refund they laughed and they were very rude when I told the manager. I used to love KFC, but now the chicken is too young to eat. The pieces are very small. You'd think they could live at least to adulthood before they get the ax. All other servings have become smaller too. The one by I57 needs to be cleaned more often. read more

Nothing special. Just the usual KFC fair. Grilled chicken is not as juicy. They stopped serving popcorn chicken unlike the other KFCs.
