All I ordered was a 8 piece meal. The chicken had no flavor lacking spices and the biscuits were as hard as toast. Save your money.

I would give these people ZERO stars, if I could. How are these people still open? First of all: They say they close at 10 every night on their front doors. What they don't tell you is that that's a lie. They close their doors to walk in's on or before 8:30 (but don't post that the last 1.5+ hours are drive in only) and shut down completely by 9:30(i.e: literally wont take orders OR just "run out of" food by then). We went in last night and the car before us tried to order food and the RUDE guy on the speakerphone kept saying "I ONLY HAVE 6 PIECES OF THAT" (this was before 9:00pm) So when we pulled up and asked if they were running out of chicken the guy responded "UHhhhh NO! We close at 10, not 9." we were perplexed but just shrugged and ordered, mostly because we were trapped between two cars in front and behind us and my pleas to go to Popeyes were futile. Then we pull up to the window and the gentleman at the register was even more catty than I am, which is an accomplishment. We finally get home.. we had NO biscuits in our bag and for 25 dollars I WANT MY BISCUITS.. and all of the chicken had the skin ripped off? WHAT THE HELL. Ugh. gross.. I wont be going back and suggest if you go there (just dont) try going during a dayshift... the night shift is a hot mess. read more

This location definitely doesn't deserve any stars, in fact, negative 5 stars would be more fitting. It took 15 minutes to order, not wait to order...it took that long for them to take my order: 16 piece crispy chicken, 1 pot pie, a polar swirl...I was told they were missing 2 breasts in crispy and asked if I was willing to take original? I said that was fine, was told it would be a few minutes for the pot pie to come out. When at the window, the young man asked me what my order was? Really? We just talked about it? He said that he was out of the cookie dough for the polar swirl but has everything else, I changed it to something else. He then said after I heard him swearing to the guys filling the orders, he said that they handed out my order and asked me to pull up to the front and wait 10 minutes. Honestly, the poor guy looked stressed and incredibly upset all the while the other staff members were slowly looking through the bags of food and up at the screen. I'm not sure they know how to read the monitor and not sure they cared to hustle and try to resolve the problem. It was chaotic! The poor guy at the window looked like he was left to run the place for the first time and had no clue what to do. After another 5-10 minutes of this fiasco he apologized again by saying "I keep asking them to update me on the chicken but they won't do anything". I told him not to worry about it because I would be pulling around to get my money back. I went into the restaurant and waited for the female at the register to help the person in front of me. It took 5 minutes for that order to be taken, after the customer was forced to modify her order since it would be 10 minutes for the wings and they were out of macaroni. She also proceeded to tell others waiting for their order that's she was sorry but it would be 6 minutes for their chicken. Finally it was my turn...I told her I was the customer who's order was mistakenly given away and that I wanted my money back. Her response, "you got your swirl though", I said yes and asked her to go ahead and deduct that. While she slowly worked on reversing my charges I decide to ask the incredibly calm and unapologetic female who the manager was. To my surprise her response was that it was her. Seriously?!!! I couldn't believe my ears and asked her if she could see what a circus this was, I told her that I wanted a refund due to the fact that I saw her staff pawing through multiple food boxes while swearing and throwing things around, I felt sick to my stomach. Everything looked filthy, the staff, the counters, floors...all I could think of were rats and roaches. The manager's only response was that they only had 2 fryers and not 4...who cares! Really?!! She refunded my money minus the polar swirl...how tacky and not customer service oriented, the ice cream was melted and she still charged me. I had no words...so frustrated that I refused to argue that they should refund everything since the ice cream melted because of their mistake. The woman behind me left and didn't bother ordering. I WILL NEVER RETURN, do yourself a favor and don't bother going to this location. What a joke, they have the blind leading the blind and on top of that, everyone in that restaurant and drive thru heard "FUCK!" every other word and the manager never addressed this. Wow! Every review wants to give zero stars. Me, too! I am a high school science teacher. I went in to ask for a donation of sporks for an evolution lab. I ordered food for my husband and I, so as not to appear to be just asking for a hand out. I asked if the manager was available. They said she she was busy (there were 3 customers in the store, including myself). I explained what I needed and she went over and asked the manager. I heard the manager tell her "no way." The clerk came back and said sorry but she said no. So, I asked for the corporate number figuring I could contact them with a donation letter and tax ID. Come on, I asked for 50 sporks not their secret recipe. I waited and finally the manager came over. She says "can I help you ma'am?" "Is there a problem" again, I explain I am a teacher and we are working on a lab and we needs sporks. I say I understand if you don't have the authority to make that decision so I need the corp. number. She gives me an 800 number. Which I call while I am waiting for my food. It's a customer satisfaction number. I have to ask again for the corporate number. I called that number after leaving the store. It was not KFC. Anyway, I get home and have 2 pieces of chicken in my 3 piece meal, one side not 2, no butter/honey and guess what? NO SPORK! read more

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. They are always out of chicken, so something that is supposed to be "fast food" ends up taking 20+ minutes to get. The potato wedges always taste like they scraped them from the bottom of the fryer and they are days old (which wouldn't surprise me if it was the case). It's worth your time to drive further and go to the KFC on Lone Tree instead. read more

Terribly run store! Ordered the new fish and chips thru the drive thru. Told they are cooked to order and takes 6 minutes. Not in a huge hurry so said ok, asked to pull into parking lot and they would bring out to me. Well, 20 minutes later I see 3 bozo employees exit side door and head to dumpster enclosure out back...what the hell, they are smoking back there. So inside and ask where my order is and its sitting on the back counter getting cold!!! PATHETIC! Felt sorry for the two young men working their butts off inside. Reporting to the owner. Not that he probably cares, this place always appears to be unsupervised. read more

Every time I come here it's a minimum of 15 minute wait in drive thru. There was a time where I was just chilling in the drive thru with my car off, yes, it was that slow. It took a total of 25 minutes of waiting in my car to serve my order and the 3 cars ahead of me. I handed them my coupon, they handed me my food and I just left. Why would I pay for it if I had to wait and give up 25 minutes of my time for a $5 fillup? read more

Would not recommend this place at all. The place was dirty. Old food on the tables, floors and windows. It was 11:00 and it should of been cleaned? They had no napkins so they used paper towels from the bathroom. They had no clean trays. The guy said they were all dirty. If the place was dirty what did the kitchen look like. I will say, the guy behind the counter was nice. I would tell people not to go there until they get there act together. Tool 20 minutes to get our food. read more

This restaurant is horrible I wouldn't recommend this at all first they mess up my meal then when I call to talk to the manager they never could answer or there line never works so I don't recommended it . I gve this a one star. They owe me food from my service . read more

Ordered a Chicken Little for the first time. Received a piece of chicken sandwiched between half of a hot dog bun with no pickle and something that looked like mayo but there was so little of it I couldn't tell exactly what it was. Great job guys! No interest in trying it again. read more

I used to manage KFC restaurants this manager should be embarrassed. Majority of the food is old unless you wait 10 to 15 minutes.

Inedible! I visited this KFC Franchise on 5/15/2014 for a 7 piece assorted grilled and original piece meal with two orders of Cole Slaw. After waiting ten minutes, I got the meal and left. The chicken was over cooked, and appeared to have been in their trays for hours. The meat was shriveled and dry - almost like jerky. I received two orders of mashed potatoes rather than the Cole slaw. I couldn't do anything, since it was take out. The longest I had the chicken before I ate it was 20 minutes. Too soon to say that it dried out in my possession. I could have accepted one over cooked old chicken, but seven dried out chicken is too much. I do not recommend this KFC. unless you ask them to cook it in your presence. Don't rely on the staff to circulate their cooked batches. They must throw all the chicken together and not care whether the freshly cooked chicken chicken is selected before the older cooked chicken. The chicken is definitely not as pictured on their posters and on corporate advertising. Moist and Juicy - NOT! Tender and tasty - NOT. Very laid back - Poor customer service. read more
