It's been years since I have been to a Togo's but I received a birthday coupon and went to use it. I was there about 11:45 and was greeted by a very sweet lady. I go to this TOGO'S on a semi-regular basis. The food is really good and service is pretty good. I really only order one sandwich. The French Dip. On more than a couple of occasions the au jus is not included. I know I should inspect before I leave but thought it was automatically included. I've had to remind them a couple of times. Sometimes I forget. It's really one of the reasons I order that sandwich. Your au jus is everything and so good. Do I need to ask for it? Been a long time since I've been to this Togos. Was craving a Pepper Jack Melt. Ordered a large 32. Got home and the sandwich was missing pepperoncini's. Hardly any meat for a large. A large pastrami should have meat all the way through. Both halves only filled with 2/3 meat. Last 2-3 bites just bread. Hopefully they make changes. I won't be coming back to this store. I never have a problem with the service what I have a problem is that anytime I order on the phone I never, never get what I ask for. Today I wanted a pastrami with mayo mustard tomato. We came in around 8:15pm and had a large order. Janine and Maliyah had the best customer service ever. It was pretty late and we wanted hot sandwiches with slightly complicated instructions. Both ladies jumped in and had the best attitudes and were extremely friendly. I don't usually leave reviews but both these women were exceptional. Very unprofessional staff. Used an old grocery bag from God knows where to pack my food. The bag was dirty, had holes in it and when asked to change the bag, one of the girls started laughing. When asked what's funny she kept laughing. I went inside at around 1:10, the girl who took my order made me repeat it so many times. If you are new, take a order one thing at a time. Even after writing it down she kept asking. I kept my patience and repeat it as many times as I had too. Than works in a online order customer who's order apparently didn't go through and this girl decides to leave my order and starts cheating with her, I still kept my cool. By the time my order was done it was 1:50pm. My order had 2 full salads, 1 wrap, 1 half salad and sandwich. I still didn't say anything but quietly took my food and left but when I saw the bag and it grossed me out and I had to get it changed. That's when that brat started laughing and I lost my cool. She had an attitude from the start, she was the one who was at the register. I would not recommend this togo to anyone. The bag that my food was in didn't have a togo logo when I pointed that out , she said if was at the bottom of some bin. Yea probably more like a trash bin. Than she goes and just throws my food in 2 bags and hands it more. The other worker who was there, turns to another customer and says thanks for your patience. No one said thank you to me for my patience when I waited over 30 minutes and when I lost my cool, what are you guys trying to say. The workers are very unprofessional, very very professional. Well, I can't say I'm surprised by this experience, but since the owner so kindly responded to my review last time, I thought I'd update. I placed an order at 6:10 pm for delivery by DoorDash today. 3 sandwiches, 1 salad and a bag of chips. Delivery arrival was projected at 26-36 minutes (so between 6:36 and 6:46 pm). By 6:25 pm my Dasher was waiting to pick up my order. It is now 6:52 pm, and he is STILL waiting. My criticism of this Togo's location remains the same. read more

I visited TOGO'S ANTIOCH when I was absolutely starving...this could have had an affect on my taste buds and judgement. That said, it was DELICIOUS!!! I went for a #24 turkey n avocado - "Togo' Way" with everything on it. Loved it! Way better than similar sandwiches from Ike's/JJ and don't even bring up Subway (yuck!)
