Based on the interaction we had with the owner, it genuinely felt like we were being made to wait because she was upset with us and wanted to make it clear she didn't want our business. If you don't want children at your establishment, that should be made clear to customers before they order. Families shouldn't have to find out after the fact by being spoken to disrespectfully and told never to return. Needless to say, we won't be back, apparently exactly as the owner wanted.

I really liked the bun and how nicely toasted it was, but unfortunately, the burger was overly salty for my taste. I wish there was less salt so I could actually taste more of the blue cheese and the other flavors. I found myself drinking a lot throughout the meal because of it. I also ordered the cheese fries. I loved the texture of the fries, but again, they were a little too salty for me. Next time, I'd probably order them without the cheese. There were things I liked, especially the service, bun, and fries themselves. I'll give this place another try down the line and order something different, but I probably won't be rushing back anytime soon.

Hm. This really wasn't as bad as some Yelpers indicate. This was the first time I had ever visited Togo's, so please understand that when reading this review. I walked in the other day to a fairly busy lunch crowd. I didn't have to wait too long in line, though I did have some trouble hearing and seeing who kept asking for the next person in line. Maybe they need a number calling system over a loud speaker? Anyway, I ordered turkey and avocado on honey wheat bread based on the easily available nutritional information at the ordering counter. I did think the sandwich was a little skimpy on the turkey, which made the turkey-to-avocado lean way too much toward the avocado. I was definitely pleased that I got to watch them scoop actual avocado onto the sandwich. Two. Huge. Scoops. Of. Avocado. I love avocado, but it was a bit much, based on the size of the sandwich (6") and the amount of turkey included. The other confusing thing about the ordering process was when and where to pay. My sandwich was done, and the person who make it left it on the counter in front of me. It seems that I could have easily left with my sandwich without paying. Of course, I would never do that, but it wasn't clear if I had to go somewhere else. Eventually, a different person asked me what I had ordered and then rang me up. I think I paid around $5.75? Would I return? Yes, if I were in the area and it was more convenient for me to get a sandwich there than where I would normally go. read more

We have ordered catering before from varies locations but this location was a whole new experience because 1. They have very friendly staff to greet you with smile, 2. I was happy to be here because it felt like this place cared I was there and these are couple reason I am writing this review. This place offered excellent customer care and customer service. The staff member helped me was very friendly and understood my order at first attempt. I didn't have to repeat a single word. We ordered over in some hundred dollars of food for catering. After the order was completed they said we will get a follow up call the following day for delivery. We received a call today morning at 10am and 30 mins later the delivery man showed up. He was professional, on time for delivery just little before our meeting ended. He setup all the food and sorted the veg and non veg dishes on to separate tables. I couldn't ask for much. This delivery man knew what he was doing. I didn't have to tell him anything besides showing him the location of setup. Overall, it was very pleasant service, food tasted really good, I don't think we had any left over. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY........ Yes we will order again and recommend to all! read more

Best Togo's of all!! The service is always excellent, everyone who works there is always so nice and smiling, even when the line is out the door at rush hour. They are fast and efficient - my orders have always been right.. It's clean and it shows that they work hard. All their sandwiches are piled high with meat and toasted well. They're not, you know, Ike's from down the street, but 5 for a sandwich and drink, their value is really excellent. My personal favorite is their Italian, which is piled high with every kind of meat imaginable, served with yellow pepperoncinis. Toast it for hearty, filling bliss. All in all I recommend this place to anyone looking for a sandwich that actually has some meat in it and wants it done properly with a smile. This togos is one of the best I've been into.. These are good clean, healthy sandwiches if you are not interested in creamy condiment madness. Togo's is also a spacious and bright venue with large windows- perfect for inhaling your sub and Warriors game on the TV. Different sizes for varying appetites are available- 3" being the smallest. There's the Viva Veggie Sandwich and Wrap for you vegetarians too. I always enjoy my roast beef sandwich on a wheat roll Togo's Way- which is the basic ingredients of lettuce, tomato, Red onions, pickle , pepperoncini's , salt and pepper It can get crowded at lunch time. Good place.Good service. Good staff. My favourite togos in town, Friendly,Genrous staff. when I am craving a sandwich I go out of my way to come to this location. I have yet to have a sloppy sandwich served to me outside of this one establishment. Regardless If iorder a 17,16,10 or 9 the friendly fellas behind the counter always pack as much mean n toppings as they can into my large sandwiches. The bread is never tough like ye olde togo's bread of yore. The Brocolli soup and salds are also made well here and I have never been charged extra for the chilli. In my opinion this togos is five star. I been going to this togos at least twice a month, but never came across the reviews that had been given to this togos. every time i went there, the staff and their service was appreciable. They all are very pleasant. sometimes I ordered my sandwichs over the phone and they always make it so good. The good part of their service is that they can deliver your order upon request. Their manager is vary pleasant and a kind man. overall, i believe that they deserve five stars for their services. read more

Of all the Togo's I've been too, this is the best one.Love this Togos! The staff is always incredibly nice and always happy. They always make my sandwich perfectly and quickly! Super clean and open. I always leave with a massive sandwich in hand and in a good mood! There bathrooms are clean, there's outside seating is just perfect. It's just a really nice place.One thing I don't really like about it is the sour dough bread. It's a bit on the thick side. So I usually get the wheat instead. One of my favorite place for Lunch. The staff is very attentive, Very clean. This place make a big comeback after new management. I used to come here couple of years ago and give up after getting bad customer service at couple of occasion. I am glad I give it a second try. Totally different experience. Went into the Hillcrest Togo's for dinner earlier, the lead/manager whose name is Jackie was very rude to her fellow employee Jessica giving the excuse that she was new and untrained. I've eaten at a lot of Togo's and this location has always been my favorite. The service is always excellent here. It is always clean and no matter who makes the sandwich the quality is always consistent. I will continue to patronize this location, as long as they are open and serving sandwiches. This is not a preference--it is a religious requirement. This is the second time there has been an issue with this item. On a previous occasion, I was at least contacted in advance and informed that the item was unavailable. However, this time I was able to place an order for Halal pepperoni as listed on your website, and instead of notifying me that it was unavailable, the store sent pork pepperoni. This is entirely different from what I ordered and directly conflicts with my religious beliefs. I am not able to consume--or even handle--pork. I immediately contacted the store and was told by a representative that your location no longer offers Halal pepperoni. If that is the case, it raises several concerns: Why is Halal pepperoni still listed on your website? Why was I not contacted when the item was unavailable? Why was pork substituted without my knowledge or consent? Listing a Halal product but substituting it with pork is unacceptable and misleading. I also requested a refund from the store and was denied, despite receiving an order that did not match what I purchased. I would like this matter addressed and a refund issued. Additionally, I strongly recommend correcting your online menu immediately to prevent this situation from happening to others. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I will be pursuing further action if this matter is not resolved appropriately.
