Usually this KFC location is on top of their game. I ordered their $11 box feast and I only got their fries and tender. Its appaling

Great staff who work hard to keep a clean and friendly restaurant. I am here now and I woman just left who threw an atomic fit over a missing item in her bag and then proceeded to berate the staff for anything and everything she thought was wrong behind the counter. A worker was reading a manual about her job and the customer insisted that she do that in the back room on her break time. These poor workers that have to deal with that kind of nonsense for a job that doesn't pay enough for them to deal with being berated while working hard. The line was long but everyone was nice and patiently waiting for their order. The cashier was nice and did her best to speed things up. The food smells delicious . Every time we order something it comes wrong or cold or just don't get here it's absolutely ridiculous nuggets with no sauce drinks with no straws wrong and missing items all on this order alone the accuracy of this store is beyond belief it don't matter if you go in the store,go through the drive through,or order on the app the food is always terrible and disappointing. Then the customer support is no help either we spent approximately $80 and they offer a $10 refund on food we threw out I can't say anything good about this experience I'm 100% done with kfc!!! My Wife and I placed an order on the KFC website for delivery @4:45pm et, an hour later no order. Called the store they don't have the order. It was supposed to be a delivery. Call the 800 number to find out that there is a glitch in the system. Yet they took the money from my wife's account 55.96? She has to wait about 72 hours to get her money back. Yet no compensation or the company doing the right thing. It will be a cold day in hell before we order from them again. To the manager or lady I spoke to I Deeply and Truly apologize for yelling at you. You are not responsible for the stupidity of the corporate employees. Especially for the tech team. They could have put a notice on the web site that there are some glitches or technical difficulties. read more

Ordered food for the family on Uber eats. Waited over an hour while the order status said "preparing". When I finally called asking about my order they said they hadn't seen it yet and would start it now. I said no cancel my order and do not charge me. Unacceptable to be that clueless when you are a restaurant that offers delivery service such as Uber eats. I will not ever order here again. read more

Meh, I've experienced better--but not by much when it comes to KFC. The KFCs in the Brockton area are not really that great when it comes down to it. This location used to be the best of the worst but lately, the few times I've gone anyway, they can't seem to get my order right. I order the crispy chicken wrap thingy WITHOUT tomatoes. Simple request, right? Wrong. Almost every single time I've gone there my wrap has come out with tomatoes! It wouldn't be so terrible if the tomatoes on the wrap were slices that could be plucked off easily, but instead I get the chopped up tiny itty bitty pieces! I guess things could be worse but when it comes to simple fast food--simple is how you want it to be. read more

OMG. Don't eat this food! I've been eating KFC for 40 years - all over the place. Used to live next door to one, and ate there frequently, it was delicious. Now, we are on Social Security, so getting take out is a once every couple of months. We ordered and left the restaurant to eat at home at out leisure. To begin with they forgot our corn. OK, so be it. It was the worst meal I've had in a long time, but I have to say the chicken was what I expected. At least they are still getting that right. The potato wedges were so overcooked, they were inedible. The grave tasted like brown flour and water, terrible. But it was the mashed potatoes were the thing that will keep me from ever going back there. They seemed to be some sort frozen fake - not even like dried potato flakes. The real deal breaker was what we found the next day when we took them out of the fridge for lunch. The potato lump was floating in a sea of oil. If you can't even use margarine in mashed potatoes, just close up shop. The people will put you out of business soon enough. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY (I forgot to mention how much the prices have gone up. Almost $50 for a regular bucket of chicken an a couple of sides.) read more

i've been wanting to tell k. f. c . how disappointed i am with the quality and deceit of their products and advertising like picturing overloaded buckets of chicken and when you buy them they are half full....also, it seems that the containers of mashed potatoes and gravy are smaller and not even filled near the top.....i also paid good money for an original chicken breast and ended-up with a pile of bones and gristle and fat and coating and small pieces of dark meat....what a rip-off.....the drinks are all ice and probably watered down too.......in other words, you seem to care about how much money you can screw people out of to line your pockets with bills.....is this the new america that people want? never again will i buy at k.f.c. read more

Awful awful awful. The chicken wasn't extra crispy as we asked for. It was pretty rubbery. There was white "stuff" inside the chicken when we pulled it apart. We ordered coleslaw and we didn't get it. It really was gross. read more

This is the WORST kfc i have EVER been too. The people who work there are disgusting & rude. My husband and I went there a few days back & we ended up ordering and of course they "ran out of chicken" so we literally had two choices to pick from. The kfc famous bowl or just a chicken thigh. so we ended up getting both. My husband and i watched these people make our food with NO GLOVES!!!! how the heck are you going to make someones food with no gloves. I myself work in the restaurant business & i know for a fact you CANNOT make someones food if you do not have gloves on. That is so unsanitary. The whole restaurant is extremely unsanitary, i really don't know how they have not been shut down yet, because its that bad. There restaurant when we walked in was freezing. i swear i was sitting outside ordering my food, it was that cold & when i brought it up they just looked at us and laughed, like whats so funny?!?! ALSO... They tried pushing chicken on us like a lot of chicken. they said if we bought chicken they would give it to us 50% off. we said no and also asked why they were selling it for that cheap and again she laughed and couldn't tell us why. So my question is why can't you give me a reason why your trying to push me to buy massive amounts of chicken for so cheap! this restaurant has nothing but ignorant people working there & i really think they need NEW management someone who is going to actually take there job seriously and actually provide GREAT customer service! read more
