Although it straight up looks like a dive / hole in the wall, the staff was super friendly and there were people coming in and out as we waited for our order. A lot of interesting choices. Jamaican beef patty with cheese was surprisingly quite good. The chicken itself was made really well. Crispy outside juicy inside. Good seasoning. Curly fries were made well. We asked for cheese on it and that was the only downside we found. Cheese wasn't heated up so it was like lukewarm cheez whiz on top of what probably was at one point crispy hot curly fries. Mashed potatoes were ok. It wasn't anything special. It was a lot of food at an affordable price. Would be interested in trying some of the fried fish options someday. Pretty solid place for fried chicken!

The box combos are where the value really shines. You get a great deal on a satisfying meal where everything works together. The chicken is always reliably good, and that signature sauce, a creamy, tangy, slightly peppery blend is what ties it all together. It's delicious for dipping not just the chicken, but also the fries and that excellent, soft Texas toast. The fries themselves hit that sweet spot of being crispy without being greasy. A word to the wise: the lines can get seriously long, as it's a hugely popular spot. The absolute best move is to order ahead through their app to skip the wait, which makes grabbing a quick and easy meal a total breeze. Overall, it's a consistently good, decently-priced meal for when a fried chicken craving strikes. Just a heads-up that all that fried goodness, while tasty, can sometimes feel a bit heavy on the stomach, but for most it's a small price to pay for that specific comfort food fix.

This location has awesome staff. They remind me of Chik-Fil-A because they're so customer focused. They greet you and they are very friendly. Compare this to Shake Shack or Chipotle, where the staff is usually have conversations and banter behind the line... while making it seem like customers are an inconvenience. Cane's is the best fast food in my opinion. It's my go-to place for chicken fingers. I always order extra sauce and extra fries.

Tastes watered down. REGARDLESS, ALL THE STARS IN THE WORLD for their drinks. The peach shaken ice tea and raspberry rose teas have every complex note they describe. I'm jaded by all the fruity drinks/tea blends out there that are just too sweet and artificial. Nan's makes it perfectly. The white peach actually shines through, which is rare in my experience. The raspberry is REAL. Speaking as someone who enjoys artificial raspberry flavors of jam donuts and bottled ice tea...idk if Nan's makes it for real, but, if so, you can taste it! You still taste the tea, the fruits, the florals, it's not watered down, and best of all--not overtly sweet. Their fruit drinks have the perfect balance. It's genuinely refreshing and delicious. I find myself craving their teas all the time!!

As first-timers, we were treated with such warmth and patience by the staff - no pressure, no rush, just genuine hospitality that made us feel right at home. We started by sharing the hatch chili farro bowl with roasted cauliflower and hominy, fragrant ginger carrots, and lemon mustard salmon. The tomato harissa sauce and zhoug were absolutely incredible - seriously, these sauces are to die for! Everything was perfectly seasoned and the flavors were so well-balanced. Pictures are not perfect, but the lighting was so warm and comfortable, you will have to excuse them! Halfway through our meal, I spotted they had coconut carrot soup with chickpeas and ginger on the menu and literally ran back to order a cup. We ended up sharing that too, and it was such a smart move - the soup was aromatic and comforting with just the right amount of spice from the ginger. To drink, we had fresh lemonade and iced tea (both perfectly refreshing), and couldn't resist finishing with their banana pudding, which was the perfect sweet ending to an amazing meal. What really stood out beyond the exceptional food was how accommodating and friendly the service was. They made splitting dishes feel completely natural and were so welcoming when I dashed back for that soup! The attention to flavor and seasoning here is remarkable - every single component of our meal was thoughtfully prepared. We're already planning our next visit. Nan's Kitchen has absolutely earned a permanent spot on our regular rotation! Highly recommend for anyone looking for fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared food with service that makes you feel like family.

This was marinated and spiced in-house. It had good strong flavor, with a hint of ginger that stood out. I think it's ginger, at least. Enjoyable, not dry at all. I would get it again. Chicken cheese patties - they were dry and not that cheesy at all. This saddens me as the place prior to them opening served the best chicken cheese patties in the area. Chicharron - Kind of over cooked and dry. The skin is definitely crispy - almost to a fault as most were too hard to enjoyably bite into. The dryness was the worse. Plaintains were okay, tasted more like potatoes but I think thats how they are supposed to taste anyways. Service was good. Checkout was easy with tap-to-pay. The place looks clean and had 2 or 3 small tables inside.

I usually go to KFC a block away for a meal. I wanted the chicken fingers and I ordered the 4 piece combo to dine in. Service was quick and was packed to go? Receipt clearly says dine in? The counter guy , He unpacks and puts on a tray. Chicken tenders were moist, juicy, cooked perfect and breading perfect... issue was bland taste to chicken? Needs spices of offer a spiced version? Fries were ok, but many small dinky fries? The guy gave me ketchup packs which were Heinz . I also got ketchup at the self serve by the drinks self serve. The self serve ketchup tasted different and not Heinz ? The Canes sauce... they serve only one with the meal. They charge 49 cents it appears for additional sauce. The hey are stingy with the sauce vs. unlimited at Chik fil a ? One sauce not enough for 4 pieces for me.... The interior and vibe , music is attractive and appealing to the young crowd vs family or senior dining at Chik Fila . Very good chicken and 4 pieces meal priced reasonable . The Cole slaw was excellent and a high light. The bread toasted looked a 1/2 of a hot dog roll? It was only toasted on one side? No garlic toast flavors at all? It was a decent meal and welcome alternative to KFC or Chik Fil A who is closed Sundays and prices high? Canes I didn't see a shake drink Offering or a desert , or ice cream option unless I missed it ... I would like a great salad with one or two of these chicken tenders cut up on it.

The only thing you can get here are chicken fingers/tenders, then likely a drink and fries and/or texas toast. The toast is more like a toasted hotdog bun but its so yummy when it comes out fresh at the restaurant. This place is very closely located to Dave's Hot chicken and also Chik Fil A, and is a worthy try if you haven't had them yet. The only thing to note is that their signature sauce is a little bit more tangy, and I personally prefer Dave's sauce over this one. It's all good though, as you can also just use plain ketchup. They also have teas that are popular, but we stay away from those due to the high sugar/calories haha. We've sometimes ordered the tenders platter as it is cost effective and you get a ton of tenders (like 25 or so) that comes in a foil tray. We're looking forward to returning here again.

The inside has a lot of character. When I came in there was no one making the front. We ordered online and the order was ready when I pulled into this location. It took someone about 5 minutes to even show, and they immediately started ringing up people in the order line rather than address those waiting to pick up. Another 2 minutes later. Someone else shows up, fetches the bag behind the counter with minimal interaction. The chicken was still warm, but was overcooked. The reaper ranch was light on the ranch and was hot but lacking any real flavor other than the burn. The daves sauce was overly sweet, and the French fries topped with Mac and cheese were good but really lacking in toppings. It was like a tablespoon of Mac n cheese to a handful of fries and two chicken nuggets on top. At the price we paid, the quality does not justify the price point. It's expensive small chicken tenders with lacking sauce and indifferent staff. When your menu is limited, you need to execute properly and this location is not executing. Not sure if it's true across the brand, but there's many chicken tender spots to try and this one missed the mark
