He walks to the grill area and says "is this order ready because he is waiting in the lobby". He comes back over and begins serving other patrons again. Finally after 30 minutes of him checking the orders, running to the grill, etc. I am the only person in the store. I ask how much longer. He says "what's the name again"? I tell him and he walks to the sitting orders and picks it up and says "that's my fault". Should have asked for a refund right there but I was too irked and just wanted to get out of there. When I get home and because my sandwich was sitting on its side for so long, the bread was completely soaked and just fell off. I had to eat my chicken sub with a fork.
