They always mess something up never want to fix it never apologize. 9 times out of 10 their drinks need to be refilled. Honestly what a joke of a fast food place. I usually don't have high hopes for fast food in general but this was just stupidity. This establishments hours clearly says they are opened until 10:30pm. I went to get dinner at 830 and by the 20 minutes that I waited for my food the lady was already locking up the restaurant and after she did that I continued to wait another 7 minutes on the food. The food here is just not fresh and delicious anymore. I used to love KFC chicken but the last few times I got it, The chicken was soggy, the bread was hard. Also, the prices are a bit over the top. This chicken must have been special, it had 3 wings and only 1 leg. Must be hard to count to 2... It has been a long time since I personally visited a KFC. The last time before this was back in the early 90's back when I was living in Massachusetts. I was not hungry but the wife wanted a bite. So after pulling out of IKEA Canton we stopped and ordered. She went with the 2piece classic crispy with mac and cheese and potato wedges. While driving back home she goes, oops this is bad chicken. So finally we get home to Belleville and she opens up the box and cries, they messed up my order!!! They gave me coleslaw instead of mac cheese. At this juncture the box immediately went in the trash. A loss of $6.99. Ohh and the drive-thru was slowwwww. The cute looking blonde in the gray jeep before us didn't order that much to make the drive thru that slow!! I've tried this place again! Chicken was very greasy and you could taste the grease was o l d. The drive thru very dirty on the outside. Especially the entire window frame was filthy! Owners and managers need to go on the outside and see what patrons see. Having to go back to correct my order I went inside. Employees barely looked at me let alone smiled.
