It was an easy pick up process at the Ann Arbor warehouse with clear directions. Note that they offer pick up all throughout MI and as far as KZOO, Grand Rapids, and Bay City! Some things to consider: *The timing -- you have until the Monday of, for pick up on the following Friday. For instance, I placed my order today (5/8) for pick up on 5/15. *The meat comes frozen! So if you're planning a meal, be sure to buffer in some thaw time.

Not only was the manager just plain rude comma she contradicted herself several times making the Assertion that there was no dairy present in her kitchen.While also saying she changes tools in between dairy and non dairy products ,which is weird for a vegan kitchen. Left feeling like these people didn't know anything about the kitchen they were running.We called the health department and were surprised to find that.These folks don't even have a license.
