I got my order delivered to me tonight, I will never order from this location again. Where to start let's see when the ubereats driver arrived to pick up my order 30 minutes after the order was sent in to the store it was not even ready when he arrived he had to wait 15 minutes more, than I received my order missing things I requested in bold print on my order ticket. Here is where I am angry I ordered the 8 piece filler up meal deal extra crispy I got 3 thighs, I breast that was almost all skin the ribs were there but no meat just the meat by the cartaledge , one thighs was not even a whole thigh the wings were hard as a rock. I ordered a side of Mac and cheese and a corn the corn tasted bland and was mushy. The gravy for the potatoes was soupy like brown water trust me I love kfc and I never have a complaint until tonight. I tried calling and got hung up on when I asked for a manager. I showed my friend the breast piece and he said he knows exactly what this location did they cut the breast in half to get 2 pieces out of one to keep food costs down. read more

Worst crew i've ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. Three people that ordered after me got their meal before I did. When I ask why people weren't served in the order orders were taken. The Manager (I think) smirked at my complaint. This is the second time in a row i've encountered problems at this location. These people aren't smart enough to read all the bad reviews and correct the problems. Stay away if you want to keep your blood pressure down. At around 9pm I drove through the KFC on Ford Rd in Canton. They are open til 10p. I ordered a $5 fill up. It was the chicken breast. I had to verify my order w the girl 3 times. I also got Cole slaw and iced tea. The food was warm enough but I had no napkin or fork. Do we have to ask for the bare necessities now? A friend of mine and I wanted to grab some food from this location and found ourselves unable to. It was around 9PM and the sign on the door said the lobby didn't close until 10 or 10:30, yet the only door into the place was locked and there wasn't a sign or anything stating as to why. We tried to get in a couple times but weren't able to, and the lady standing in front of the counter (not an employee!) saw us and just shook her head. No employee ever acknowledged us. The drive thru was extremely backed up when we got back into my car, so we decided to go elsewhere. As a food service employee myself, I always try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but there's no reason that there shouldn't have at least been a sign on the door as to why the lobby was closed down over an hour early and we should have been addressed by an employee. We didn't get a chance to try the food, but based on other reviews here, I'm glad we were spared the heartache and waste of money. read more

OK, for fast food fried chicken, I hate to admit that I like it anyway! Especially with the new boneless chicken. It's not like eating a chicken finger or a breast strip. You can get either white or dark meat, and its tender, moist, and fried deliciousness! I'm not sure how they do it, but it's like they "beamed" the bones right out somehow, and left all of the rest of the goodness. My experience today at the Ford Rd. KFC reminded me why I haven't been to one in years until recently. I waited and waited for someone to take my order. First I heard a lady then a man. He didn't understand me, asking if I wanted a large drink when I asked him if they had unsweetened iced tea. I also asked for coleslaw with my order. I didn't get it. The chicken tenders were colder than the mashed potatoes, just barely warm. Everything else was okay but there was no sauce or honey. Maybe I missed a sign saying that I had to ask. Went in there couple nights ago and it was 8 o'clock just before eight and they closed at 10 and they told me everything was cooked order they only had like two pieces of chicken up I sat there and watched 25 cars pull out of there and only watched 3 to 5 cars maybe stay if that I don't even know I think was maybe three very poor management reason why am writing this today because I wanted to go to Kentucky fried chicken today but I don't think I want to go anymore because of the way I got treated that night in the way everybody was squealing your tires when you're leaving there I'm sure there was plenty of other mad people also so if that's experience you want then this is the Kentucky fried chicken you want to go to read more

If food poising and diarrhea are what you are looking for the this KFC is the place. I have never written a review before and rarely complain. However when the coleslaw smells like spoiled milk and the Chicken made both my wife and I pray to the porcelain god. I had to report it. I attempted to contact the store at 734-981-4090 no one answered. I called and left a complaint at KFC Headquarters on 05/26/09 which was the same day of this horrific experience. Two days later on 05/28/09 a person with broken English named Hussain called me claiming to be the owner of KFC at 41670 Ford Road Canton MI 48187. He stated: "Because I was the only one reporting this issue it is hard to believe the food was as bad as I described it". I told him I kept the spoiled food and the receipt because I was thinking about calling the Wayne County Health Department. Further because the bill was only $15.75 I told him that: "My complaint is not about the money just the safety of the public at large." I ended the call because Hussain just blames his customers. Honestly, I dont know why this branch is still open. Went there today with a friend, and ordered 2 #5s, which is a thigh and leg fill up box, both original. As if the wait wasnt bad enough, my order was missing the biscuit and they gave my friend a crispy chicken breast. It was just bad all around! This place is a joke! And while we were eating, somebody kept sneezing in the back, behind the counter. That wasnt very appetizing, so we just left. Terrible. Service. We had to wait over 45 minutes for our order, and when we finally got it, it was missing some key things. Forks and napkins were not included and not to mention there was a hair in my mac and cheese!! Don't you think the cooks should be required to wear hair nets or at least hats?!
