This location is so disappointing all around. I went through the drive thru and ordered a chicken tender share meal. It was suppose to come with six tenders and fries. I asked if I could get mashed potatoes instead and the girl said "no". Then she immediately said I guess so with an attitude. When I pulled up to the window I gave her a $20 bill and she only gave me 5 dollars and some change back. I know this meal didn't cost over $14! If it did, it's a total rip off!!! Of course, they didn't give me a receipt. When I got into the tender container there were 5 rather than 6 tenders and one was tiny. They can't count to 6? I'm disappointed in both the amount of food, the cost, and the attitude I got from the employee. I will not visit this location (10 mins from home) again. read more

This place has soured me on KFC for good. I didn't really mind the very long line but when they got my order wrong and gave me an extra large corn instead of coke slaw that was the last straw. The chicken was not that great either. Mashed potatoes terrible and the Mac and cheese was like eating a pile of disgusting rubber! If you value your tastebuds stay far far away from this place. I don't think we've ever had a good experience here. Have gone through the drive through many time with long waits and receiving other people's food. This time we went in and ordered. The guy in front of us had his order messed up. When he brought it back, we saw the worker take a piece of the chicken he brought back and put it back in the chicken tray they server people from. We ordered and were given my food, but my wife's meal wasn't even in there. It was just 3 tacos, but it took an additional 10 minutes as we had to remind 3 different people. The woman in line behind us ordered 10 tacos and got them while we were still waiting. We were going to respond to the survey in the receipt, but the survey url is supposed to be on the back of the receipt, but the back was blank. Neither the staff nor the managers seem to care about the customer service. read more

I ordered a sandwich combo and wings, everything was far from fresh as if it's been sitting there forever. Even my drink from the machine was warm even though I told them no ice, I still figured the drink would have a little chill to it, nope. Food was so bad I had to the throw it away, and that's saying a lot because I'm cheap and hate wasting my money. read more

They need to retrain their staff because they're always forgetting something. I can say, though, the speed of their drive thru isn't bad.

Much better location than the one on Ford road. Employees are more professional and focused and the quality of the food is much higher.

Ugh. Got off the highway on the way home from vacation to grab a quick lunch. Went through the drive-thru. Could not understand the man in the drive thru at all!!! He did not speak clearly. Also, I find it inappropriate for a food service worker to be wearing their pants halfway down their butt. Apparently his manager doesn't see things my way. Ordered an extra side of mashed potatoes and they forgot them so we had to go back. For $2.29 I got a tiny bowl of mostly gravy. Literally my potatoes were floating in the gravy. 3 bites of gravy with a little amount of potatoes for $2.29. This is not the case at my local kfc at all. I guess the one good thing that came out of this is that I appreciate the kfc in my town so much more now!! This one sucked. read more

We used this KFC for over 15 years without anything but occassional minor complaint (when Drive-By order was incorrect). Sadly it has declined progressively over the last 16 to 24 months. The increasing issue was incorrect Drive-By orders. The food was always good. Order mistakes became so common (and its too difficult to run inventory in a auto for a bucket with sides family order) we began visiting less & only when we could go inside (8-months ago). It finally reached the point where we will not be using this store (Taco Bell/KFC 021521) ever again. The food was horrible! This is a first for us after many years of KFC chicken in five different states. Our Canton business associates and friends had given up on the store two years ago over frequently of order errors and their complaint that complaints to management prove useless. We simply dropped from once a week to once a month (when we had time to go into the store to make our takeout order. This week's, our last, order was uneatable. When we got home, the chicken did not look right at all. It was a very dull brown and the Original style looked like cheap crispy fried. The meat was rubbery and dry. We ended up throwing it out. The chicken had been under the lights for a few HOURS! It was far, far below KFC standards. AVOID THIS KFC. I doubt it will remain in business much longer. read more

The worst location....ordered potato wedges, received potato wedge chips...took a bite of chicken.....tasted like it's been sitting for awhile...waited in drive-thru line for at least 20 mins...did not eat a morsel of my order...wasted time and money....never again. I wish i could give zero but i obviously can't. The people there are so rude like dude it's your job to serve me why you actin like what you doing is just to sit there and look pretty? They messed up my order and when i asked for macaroni instead of coleslaw they said they couldn't do it because of the "company" like ik yo bitch ass is lyin because clearly the menu states coleslaw OR macaroni. Food took forever, didn't alert that there was gonna be a long wait, didn't close box, gravy was spilling over.

I was asked to pull up after ordering through the drive-through and that they will deliver my food. I waited 15 mins in the parking lot and still nothing. I had to walk in and ask for my order from a very rude employee. Never going back here again. read more

For the most part food is good, service fair but I get the $5 fill up because you get a larger mashed potatoes and gravy but the last two times I've received the small individual size. Disappointed!! Love their mashed potatoes and gravy!! Have the stopped using the larger size?? read more

I very much so believe that KFC is franchising out their stores to whom ever wants to buy one and this Hussain person probably truly owns it, as the recipe for the breading for this chicken is AWFUL! I grew up on Kentucky Fried Chicken and this crap he is selling is not the original recipe! My husband loves chicken and keeps having me try it time after time and each time hoping it gets better, well it never does, its TERRIBLE! I have advised KFC corporate of this, who's knows if they will do anything about it. I guess their wraps are okay because there is no breading on the pieces of chicken. But I mainly speak of the lack of using the original recipe breading. I also from this same store have received under cooked chicken where the breading near the meat was raw. So bottom line is the owner of this store has no want or desire to keep with the American way of the Kentucky Fried Chicken. Probably costs him a couple more dollars to do so, so he changed it to be Hussain's crappy chicken not the American loved Kentucky Fried Chicken! I will never eat from Hussain's Crappy Chicken again! read more
