    doordash order
    Aaron S.

The online system whether through the official site or a third party app is not great. The official website doesn't allow you to prepay with a debit card, only cash/card on arrival (sucks for if I need someone to pick up my food and I don't have cash on me). Also, last time I tried ordering a timed order, I placed the order about half an hour in advance and called the location to confirm it was enough of a heads up. I arrive and I'm the only one in the lobby and yet they still gave me my food 10 minutes later than i wanted it. Now for the real problem I've had; I ordered three burgers and two fries using the Doordash app. They gave the driver two bags and the labels said everything was there. When the driver arrived with my food, I took the food, check it - and realized there was a missing "Little Cheeseburger". I called Five Guy's and an extremely sarcastic kid picked up and when I explained I'm missing food he goes, "Oh, gosh! Man, that really sucks" and as I awkwardly try to come up with a response he tells me, "If you want a refund, you have to call Doordash". and so I asked if they could give me a credit for my next order since it's their fault for not packaging the food correctly and he tells me no, then sarcastically goes "sorry about that my guy" and hung up. I tried going through Doordash for a refund and they said they won't refund it either. So now I just payed $5.49 (+tax) for nothing. I give this place 3 stars because despite the cruddy customer service and inconvenient online system, the place has some of the best burgers and fries.

Hey, Five Guys...the best thing about you are the fries...so, make sure they're RIGHT

    Extra patty.

I love five guys and always have. I eat there often and it's one of my favorite burger joints! I'm a big meat guy so I ordered and extra patty this time.. costs about $2 which is a lot but when the heck I went for it. It's carry out only so I left for home and when I got there THEY HAD FORGOTTEN THE EXTRA PATTY THEY CHARGED ME FOR!! I was salty but hungry so I drove back after eating my food and when I told them what had happened and requested a refund for that patty they just instead gave me a PLAIN patty in a tray!! They refused to give me a refund and said I could just take my plain patty even though I had already eaten my burger. Overall I'm very unsatisfied with how they handled this simple mistake. Not planning on going back to this location.

    Regular Cajun Fries

Would've given them 5 stars but I couldn't even eat my side order of Cajun fries because they were baptized in seasoning.. I'm a fan of fresh seasoned fries but these were just buried in a pit of Cajun sand south of the Bayou.. My burger was good though

Employees with face mask under chins while making customers food

I will never eat from here again. The employees complete disregard the safety of the public. After ordering over $40 worth of food for my family. My wife and I were waiting for our order. During this time, were got to hear a lot choice language coming from the employees work. A lot F- bombs being used. Two of the employees were not wearing their face mask correctly, they had them tucked under their chins while they were making customs food. It is clear to me that Five Guys does not care about the health or well-being of its customers. I can only imagine what other safety measures or health matters are being completely disregard on a daily basis.

The shirt staff is doing their best as the manager trains and does orders

This restaurant was nice and empty so the manager was juggling an array of things, but it scared me to order. because I wasn't sure how clean or safe it was to order not that it was dirty but that they seem to have a few task at hand. So with uncertainty, I asked a guy what he thought ,and he said he think it's safe I then ordered in doubt ,and when complete I pleaded with the black shirt to wash his hands, as I now seen him going in for new gloves to start helping his line he did that urgently with no complaints and suddenly all my doubt were at rest. I want to thanks give guys for always keeping great standards and assuring they are followed, but for him to actually do it with grace made me blush, great job Liam

It's a national fast-casual restaurant that has spread to Michigan with this first franchise in Canton. The inside was set up like a sports bar with multiple flat screens, a self-serve tap system, and even a couple of stalls for axe throwing. You order at the service counter and take a number to a table so the workers can locate where to bring your food/drink. The menu was a bar food paradise with an emphasis on hot dogs. Ten different "Craveable Dogs" made up most of one menu screen. The second screen showed the salads, sandwiches, bowls, BBQ plates, and desserts. The last screen listed chicken wings, munchies, sides, and customer favs. I am a fan of barbeque, but something about the number of hot dog varieties drew me to order a couple of them for my meal. Most were priced between $6.95 and $7.95 each which was expensive for the local market. I picked the initial two on the list which were a Chili Cheese Dog and a Chicago Dog. The first was an all-beef frank topped with chili and cheddar cheese as described by its name. Metro Detroit is known for coney dogs. This version was like a bad marriage between a coney and a chili dog from Cincinnati. The cheddar cheese was applied in large shreds and not melted well at all. The second was only slightly better in terms of replicating a city's iconic food staple. The all-beef frank was dressed with diced onion and tomato, relish, sport peppers, and yellow mustard. No poppy seed bun was used, and there was no pickle spear included. Both are key components of a Chicago Dog. Crave Hot Dogs & BBQ is supposed to open a location in my hometown shortly. Based on what I experienced here, the food quality and prices were at a two star level. I added one star to my rating because of the spacious seating arrangement and cool features like the axe throwing and beer wall.

I got the brisket mac and cheese which had little flavor and the brisket was chewy. The mac and cheese was just okay and needed the BBQ sauce to elevate it a bit. I also got a Chicago style dog, which I didn't post a pic of because it looked bad from a presentation standpoint. If I wanna watch a game with a group of friends I would definitely consider it an option as it has a bar and TVs all around. Don't come here expecting authentic BBQ though.

First the non-negatives, which is the Coney Island & Bacon-Wrapped Hot Dogs were fine and the Fries were good. Nothing to complain about. Now the bad parts. 1) My mom said that the Pork Chops she ordered were very dry, 2) this restaurant's Cole Slaw is inedible, 3) I ordered the 21 Shrimp which I use to enjoy, but now, I cannot recommend. It seems they're using a cheaper product now. Finally the worse part. I ordered 2 pieces of Blazo's pie, Lemon Merengue and Coconut Cream. The pies tasted like they'd been sitting around for a very long time and I have very good evidence to prove that assumption. The Merengue topping looked like something that might come out of your nose. It had completely broken down into this grayish goop that was horrific to look at. I mean it wasn't even white anymore. Also, the pieces were so tiny. Now scariest thing about this pie encounter is that the young lady working there cut the pie pieces and put them in containers for me so she had to see the Merengue's condition and the portion size. If you've made it this far I'm sure you know what I'm about to say, are you ready for it, "I'll never go to this restaurant again".

The steak and cheese hoagie was seasoned well and hot so I can't say much about that other than it's good. The bread was interesting, it reminded me of the soft buns they used for sloppy joes in the best way. It was soft and almost instantly melted/broke down with the meat and cheese so that you get everything melding together. The only reason why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is that fast food places have conditioned me to expect some side like fries for $13-14. My order came out to be around $14 with the hoagie and a medium drink but no sides so that's why it's a 4 for me. I'd give it a 4.5 if I could.
