My husband so likes their cheeseburgers with all of their toppings on it. All of the toppings are free too, they don't nickel and dime you for your toppings. I have only had a veggie burger and that's not as good or special as a burger from here, but I still don't eat any red meat at all. Their patties are not frozen and fresh. It's a good burger for the price here. Their small or regular fries are decent size, the large is a lot of starchy potatoes. The Cajun style is more flavorful for sure. read more

There are basically only two things that could negatively impact a review - taste and/or service. When all you have is primarily burgers and fries (with a couple of minor exceptions) it shouldn't be that difficult to get the order right. We ordered 3 burgers - 2 with everything and one with only a couple of items. All three were a bust. We don't eat out that often but the burgers have always been a draw. The online system whether through the official site or a third party app is not great. The official website doesn't allow you to prepay with a debit card, only cash/card on arrival (sucks for if I need someone to pick up my food and I don't have cash on me). Also, last time I tried ordering a timed order, I placed the order about half an hour in advance and called the location to confirm it was enough of a heads up. I arrive and I'm the only one in the lobby and yet they still gave me my food 10 minutes later than i wanted it. Now for the real problem I've had; I ordered three burgers and two fries using the Doordash app. They gave the driver two bags and the labels said everything was there. When the driver arrived with my food, I took the food, check it - and realized there was a missing "Little Cheeseburger". I called Five Guy's and an extremely sarcastic kid picked up and when I explained I'm missing food he goes, "Oh, gosh! Man, that really sucks" and as I awkwardly try to come up with a response he tells me, "If you want a refund, you have to call Doordash". and so I asked if they could give me a credit for my next order since it's their fault for not packaging the food correctly and he tells me no, then sarcastically goes "sorry about that my guy" and hung up. I tried going through Doordash for a refund and they said they won't refund it either. So now I just payed $5.49 (+tax) for nothing. This restaurant was nice and empty so the manager was juggling an array of things, but it scared me to order. because I wasn't sure how clean or safe it was to order not that it was dirty but that they seem to have a few task at hand. So with uncertainty, I asked a guy what he thought ,and he said he think it's safe I then ordered in doubt ,and when complete I pleaded with the black shirt to wash his hands, as I now seen him going in for new gloves to start helping his line he did that urgently with no complaints and suddenly all my doubt were at rest. I had been craving a chocolate shake for a while so I ordered 2 chocolates shakes online at FIVE GUYS. I was so disappointed with the shakes my husband brought home. The total for the two shakes was almost $10.00 and not as good as McDonald's or similar priced shakes. I thought for the price they charge the shakes would at least be good. Don't waste your money! The worst place ever. First off we called them to place a order while we were driving there and the man kept putting us on hold just to end up hanging up. This happened 5 times. I started going to Five Guys awhile back. Bonus of this locale is they are every bit as good and I do not have to drive too far to get my fix. This is also where I found out that as good as their burgers are (and they are damn good), the bacon cheese dogs might just be even better. Gasp! If you cannot get past the burgers to sample this delight, you are doing yourself a big disservice. A great big kosher dog is cut in half, grilled, topped with melty cheese and crispy bacon and then put on a nice bun. From there you can fix it up just like the burgers, again all the toppings you like for free. Mmmmmm free. Yes the fact I top my kosher dog with a ton of bacon is a bit ironic but damn its tasty. If you are like me you will top this baby with extra mustard, grilled onion, raw onion, pickles, tomatoes and jalapeno peppers. If would probably be food nirvana if they would offer up some sauerkraut, I'll bet. Not that I am complaining, I love it well enough as it is. The texture is great, you have some crisp, some soft, its juicy and the mustard adds the necessary sauciness. I love how cutting it in half not only makes the dog have crunchy edges but creates that magic bun/meat/cheese/toppings ratio. Every bite offers a sample of all the tastiness, magic! A 5 Guys Burgers and Fries finally made it to Canton! YEY!! My wife & I went there tonight for dinner, and it was packed!! Although packed, they zipped through the line, a system I noticed at the 5 guys downtown. They definately have the market on Hamburgers, forget McDonalds and Burger King. This burger is old school, hand pressed, seasoned and awesome. I ordered the Hamburger with fried onions, mushrooms and jalapenos along with an order of regular size cajun fries. My wife order the Hamburger with Lettuce, Tomatoes, Pickles, Onions and fried mushrooms and an order of regular fries. Keep in mind at 5 guys, a Hamburger = 2 patties, Little Hamburger = 1 patty, and the regular fries and plenty.... They put the burgers in the bottom of the bag, put a cup of fries in the bag and pour a ton more over the top. Plus, they have all you can eat roasted peanuts for free if you'd like.... On top of that, all the toppings are no additional cost... For $20, we both had a filling meal and were th stuffed. It was fresh, hot and quick and we were in an out in about 40 minutes at peak time... Rating wise, I went 5 outta 5 stars, my wife a 4 outta 5, which equals a 4.5. Hello all, Well, Canton, Michigan just got its first "FIVE GUYS BURGERS & Fries" restaurant just recently opened up here in our town! We had heard about it from other people but just last weekend decided to try it! OH MY GOODNESS...the burgers are A+ excellent tasting! They're soooo yummy and flavorful! I would say that the cheeseburger that I had was very juicy and cooked to perfection and it was not greasy at all! The "large" fries would be enough for about 3 people or 4 I would say; but hubby and I ate them all by ourselves...LOL The only thing we didn't really like was that although there was some seating inside of the restaurant, it was very very loud and congested in there. You cannot go in and enjoy yourself, it's much more of a "pick 'em up and bring 'em home" kind of a place! So that's what we did! Another good thing about this "chain restaurant" is that you do get to order your burger exactly how you want it and with whatever you want on it! You get all of the condiments for the burgers and they are free! I got grilled onions on my cheeseburger and it was juicy and mouthwateringly delicious! My husband got: pickles, ketchup, mustard, onions/grilled, and a few other items on his "little cheeseburgers". He got 2 of those and I got one regular sized burger (which comes with 2 meat patties on it, by the way)! If you are in a hurry and don't know where to go and you feel like doing "take out"...this is the place to go! Alright, here we go... I have been eating at this location for 3 years now and the food is good. Probably the best fast food in the area. Service is fast and, in my experience, if you order and eat in the store you get what you ordered (and if they miss something, it's pretty easily fixed). I'm going with a harsher rating because of this: My issue is with online ordering at this location. I've ordered online for pickup about a dozen times over the years and I wish I were joking when I said that every time I order online for pickup, something in my order is wrong. Tonight, 3 of my 7 toppings were missing! They got the mayo, ketchup, pickles, and tomatoes, but somehow left off the mustard, raw onion, and grilled onion. So, online order at your own risk! Five guys is a really solid place to snag a burger while you wait for traffic to become less crazy on Ford Road for a few hours. The prices are nice and the staff seems chill as well. The burgers are really tasty but watch out for getting too many toppings or you'll get extremely messy real fast. They're advertising order online; park near the front door, call when you arrive for curb side pick-up. I call. First time they hung up. I call back, they say can you come in and pick up your order? Ugh no, I ordered curbside pickup. Well, we only have 4 people working. It will be a few minutes. (Then don't advertise you offer curbside pickup.) We didn't bring any PPE to go inside. I have a child with me. 30 minutes later still no food. I'd leave but I already paid for $13 for a shake and a cheeseburger. 35 minutes later, I see an employee walk out and she says, you'll need to go inside. REALLY???? Not happening. This location is pretty much like the others I have been in. THe ordering is easy-hamburgers, hotdogs, veggie burgers, and lots of fries. I love the fries because they are hot, salty, greasy, and limp. It's the only time that word is a positive attribute! The hamburgers are ok. The staff was giving it the old college try and trying to work up some energy, only to have it killed by the last guy to give me my hamburger. He was a downer! The bag gets really greasy fast, so don't hold it against your clothes or you will be throwing them in the wash when you get home!
