    Worst customer service
    Fred D.

Terrible customer service. Placed mobile order and app says to use drive through have screenshots. They refuse you service unless I went inside. Go inside the location is crowded with others waiting for their order. No mind about social distancing and keeping space between themselves. Overhear that the Mac and cheese is gone, person at the window says that she's giving them "extra gravy"!? Finally get to the counter and the person tells me that they can't fill my order and won't offer substitution for something that I paid extra to have in my order. Ask for refund which I'm told to cancel on the app. No such option on the app. Have to Google the customer service number myself. And ask them to cancel my order and inform them that the location is full and people aren't covered or respecting social distancing guidelines. A person was actually sitting on the dirty floor waiting.

Consistency!! I have yet to patronize a KFC restaurant which serves bad tasting chicken. This branch in Central Point, Oregon was a welcome sight. After a very long drive and late at night, we walked in. I thought the chicken would taste old and dry because of the late hour. Happily, I was wrong. Both the Crispy and the Original chicken were Yummy!!! Service was good and quick. Dining area was mostly clean. Conveniently located off the Interstate 5 Freeway. I would definitely dine at this KFC again.

This is the type of thing that they are putting out! I will never eat anything there again!

Great experience at this KFC! The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what I was craving. Staff was friendly and service was quick.

On a weekday morning right during opening, as soon as I opened the front door, I could smell funky blue cheese wafting through the entire shop. Rogue Creamery doesn't make many types of cheese - just a couple of blues and cheddar, nestled in a single refrigerated display case, but they also offer other cheeses from several different outside suppliers. To complete a cheese plate, they also sell an assortment of charcuterie items like jams and honeys, and plenty of items in the fridge. Of course, since we were traveling, we couldn't exactly buy much, so we went with one of their famous grilled cheeses: Classic Rogue Grilled Cheese ($8) - This sandwich includes a drizzle of honey on both faces of bread followed by a sprinkle of blue cheese. and then a veritable mound of cheddar, which is then sandwiched together and pressed in a panini press. The amount of cheese included creates an awesome cheese stretch. The sandwich is rich and fatty, and the bread, cheese, and honey blends creates a somewhat salty, funky and sweet bite. While the bread is toasted, I don't believed it's buttered, so it isn't that crisp. I'd like to see some additional crunchy elements in the sandwich - perhaps some toasted nuts? I dislike blue cheese immensely, but it's surprisingly mild and sweet in this sandwich, being blended and balanced with the cheddar. Would I get this sandwich again? Probably not, due to the blue cheese, but it was great to try! Rogue Creamery Rogue Gold Pepper Spread Spicy, 8oz ($7.25) - This seems to be Rogue Creamery's version of pimento cheese, colored orange by addition of plenty of red colored piquillo peppers. That adds a delightful mild spiciness along with a flavor that is kind of fruity and very peppery, different from pimentos. The cheese is high quality and there isn't any liquid precipitating out of the spread. It's easy to spread while still having plenty of soft cheese shreds. It's a great replacement for pimento cheese and I ate most of it spread on biscuits and baguette slices. (5/5) PS: Make sure to look at the best buy dates. The first couple of containers in the front looked kind of funky with oils/liquids precipitating out of the cheese. Turns out those were expiring/best by the day I went. Further back there were much fresher looking ones packed the previous day, which is what I chose to buy. Note: Do not follow google directions for parking - instead, the parking lot is a little bit to the South, right in front of a wine tasting bar and bakery. Bathrooms - Single unisex

In N Out always pleases everybody, and me too! We get there no prob and find parking easy. We all go in cause we'll dine inside. Order was taken super efficient as usual. I'm paying, so I just put in the order, rather than have each one of the crew do it separate. I pretty much know what they like by this point. The one other girl on the crew wants a double double lettuce wrapped, I think that's called "protein style". Basically it double doubles for the rest of the crew, animal style of course and extra grilled onions. Plus an order of fries for everybody. The cashier repeats the order and I confirm and pay with the credit card. Food is up in not too long and it takes two of us to carry it back to the table. It's all hot and tasty as usual. That's why I like In N Out, it's the same wherever you go!

Rather than 'shrinkflation', I think it would be smart to re-price their burgers and fries to meet their costs but If customers go there to eat dinner and don't get enough food, it makes them not want to come back again.

Here I believe it's of love and passion for their business plus the high quality of ingredients used. The menu alone is well thought out. They have their top specialties, half or whole sandwiches, tots, fries, soups and if that doesn't make your mouth water you can create your own cheese melt or customize yours with add ons. I opted for my standard go to, grilled cheese with tomatoes and my side was fries. Can I tell you that this makes my mouth water reflecting on how crispy the bread, gooey the cheese, french fries dipped in the special sauce (yum), not to mention the grilled cheese chip which was first to go. An absolute go to if you're in the area.

Personally I had never heard of them, but she told me that they're know to make gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches and that's when I knew we had to stop by. My coworker ordered the standard with a side of tots and a drink. I ended up asking the nice lady at the counter what she recommend for someone who was allergic to pork and was told about their turkey melt which is like the standard, but has a garlic mayo, grilled onions and mushrooms, and oven roasted turkey (my mouth is watering again) and I topped it off with a side of tots and melted cheese. As you can see from my picture we're lucky I was even able to remember to snap one before I devoured the whole thing. I do have a question about this food truck. I had asked if they were open on weekends and was told that they in fact were, but I can't seem to find their hours/location for Saturday and Sunday. Does anyone know?
