My chicken strips were dry (seemed like day old chicken that's been reheated). I've eaten at kfc all my life, and I know what good kfc chicken tastes like. The woman who assisted me today was quite rude and not helpful when I asked specific questions about the menu. We ordered the 24.00 fill-up meal, and didn't realize it came with 3 sides so we only asked for 2, so they randomly gave us double mashed instead of suggesting another side. 2. This meal comes with a whole chocolate cake, and we didn't notice it was missing until we unpacked the bag at home. Tonight I ordered from KFC thru Uber Eats. No driver ever picked my order up. I called the location and Shalisa was absolutely the BEST! She was kind, helpful and very accommodating. I had to go pick my order up myself and even though it was a couple mins after closing she still took awesome care of me. Food was great, customer service was phenomenal and I will definitely return. Just purchased a potato bowl and a 2 pc leg & thigh box, mac & cheese and a small potato wedges. The counter girl was very matter-o-fact, no smile.....almost rude. The chicken and mac & cheese were both obviously old and dry. The wife said the potato bowl also had dry chicken pieces. The wedges were also dry. Nothing was very hot. It seems almost everything was not fresh! If there a was a close-by Popeyes or something they would likely get ALL of my business. I used a coupon for $7.59 for breast and wings box. I get home and find out it's two thighs and a wing. They really need to pay attention to the order, the customer, and the coupon ( which they actually gave back). There is always something with this place either, they don't have it right now, or they get the order wrong, or there is barely any chicken in the famous bowls, or the popcorn chicken is just coating and no chicken, but the apple pies are always good. read more

So hubby wanted KFC for his Birthday dinner tonight. Why? I have no idea. But it was HIS Birthday and I tried to give him what he wanted. Went to the one closest to our house and found out that it was closed for remodeling so drove to this one in Happy Valley. Went in and Hubby ordered the Managers special (6 Original wings) and we were told that they only offer it once in a while. This wasn't that once apparently. So while he continued to look, I order my 3 Tenders and a small mashed potatoes and gravy. Easy right? Not so much... Hubby finally decides on a 3 piece Original, white meat meal. We get our meals and I open my box and there are Yep 3 tenders in there, except that two of them are missing their other half.. Well heck, I didn't want to come here in the first place so I said nothing to hubby. He starts in on his 3 piece chicken and he takes out the tiniest wing I have ever seen and begins eating it. Then he takes out one of the breasts and tears the soggiest skin off that I have ever seen! The grease was dripping off it and honestly the underside of the skin looked like the batting/breading hadn't been cooked at all. Oh and the Pomegranate tea was so tasteless it was pretty much colored water. In it's defense it was pretty. I think that Col. Harland Sanders would be offended at what we saw tonight and the quality or lack there of that we experienced. I only gave them one star here because it wouldn't let me leave a review with no stars. Gross. Grungy. Needs A New Manager (Evening Shift}. I used to love this KFC. I don't know what happened to the female manager. She was wonderful! But, I have been in several times in the past two weeks. Each time was an unpleasant experience. Last night, was my final visit. Prior to last night, my food was served up cold. I ordered two chicken (honey) side kicker (2 for $3) and both were not even warm. Cold buns. Cold chicken. Yuck! Then I ordered a famous bowl last night and the manager who looks like he needs to have a shower and go change-(Guy) was yelling at a male employee right in front of me. I felt so bad for the employee. If I had a manager like that I would quit. The kitchen looked filthy. The employees look like they just came out of prison (I know. I wish I didn't have to be that honest) But, the employees look grungy. It was a total turn off. I think this place needs a visit from the health department. Not coming back. I'm going across the street to Chic Fil-A. I'll pay the money for a good meal. read more

I love KFC. The grilled chicken option brought me back to my childhood weekend restaurant. But this location will never get my business. This place always closes early, they will stop cooking and will only serve the old left overs from under the heat lamps 2 hours before closing. My husband ended up bringing me home these hard leftover scrap pieces of dried out chicken not wanting to come home empty handed. If you want grilled chicken you better get there mid day. Anytime near opening they will first tell you to wait a while for it to be cooked-- 15 minutes plus... most people say no and move on to the original recipe but whenever I say "okay I'll wait" they look annoyed and up the time to 20-30 minutes. I went in an hour before closing 2 weeks ago and they told me they had already cleaned the grills... I understand the kitchen has to be cleaned but if you close at 9 or 10 you should expect to still be serving food at 9 or 10 otherwise why stay open? The youngsters working here seem to be supervised by someone equally as irresponsible who will turn out the lights inside if a car pulls into the drive thru within 20 minutes of closing. They won't say "sorry we're closed" they will literally just shut the light out and hide. I went across the street to Subway after I saw the lights go out and saw a group of teenagers in uniform leave 5 minutes before they were supposed to be closed laughing at the people who unwittingly were sitting in their lit up drive thru although no employees were still inside. It's hard to expect old school customer service anymore so my standards are pretty low with fast food but this place is not the worth the time especially for over priced over cooked chicken. read more

This review pertains to KFC. The service was efficient and the cashier was cordial despite our making several revisions to our order. The 3 of us were drawn to try the Nashville Hot Chicken. The chicken was so greasy it seemed each piece was doused with a ladle of the orange-colored fluid. If this is standard for the chain the challenge to Popeye's will flop. Something consistent with KFC has been the quality of the sides. Mashed potatoes and gravy was flavorful as always. The coleslaw was dominated by the flavor of preservative. It will be another 10 years before we try KFC again. read more

This is for the KFC side, I have yet to try the A&W side. If you go here, I don't recommend going through the drive through. I've been through 4 times and every single time they've messed up my order. Their something is missing or something is not what I ordered. EVERY time I come here it never fails that something is messed up!! I would actually stop going here if my parents didn't want KFC from time to time. Sometimes I get the wrong chicken. Sometimes they forget to give me one of my sides. Maybe I should pull out my entire meal and make sure every last bit is in before I leave. And then today I call in an order because it's what my dad wants for Father's Day. So when I call, the lady says it will be ready in 20 min. I get here expecting to maybe have to wait 5 more minutes for my order. But when I ask for it? Nope not even close to ready because for some reason their paper says it's not supposed to be ready for 20 more minutes. I don't know if it's the call center or this particular restaurant that has so many problems, but it's quite frustrating either way. And their way of fixing it? Asking if I want free fried apple pies. No, I don't want your cheap $1 add-on as a way to "fix" this. Give me a damn coupon or give me $5 off my meal or something. If I didn't order the dessert in the first place, it's because I don't want it. And I sure as heck don't want it as a last ditch effort to try to make me happy. Just learn how to get things right all around. And tell your call center that too. read more

You are that fast-food back-fill. Too late and tired to make food, you are the spot we go. I love the thighs and wings! The rest of the family can have the breasts. Sometimes the sides are even edible when we are not starving hungry. Do I wish your food was better? Yes. Will we keep going to you regardless? Yes. Two things you should be embarrassed about; 1) whenever I do a street cleanup your KFC packaging is always the most prevalent. 2) Your fake honey and butter. Not sure that you can do much about 1) (maybe put 'don't litter dumb-ass' on the packaging). Whoever invented the honey and butter at your corp should be fired for pushing it on us stupid people who keep buying your biscuits (any 'honey' and 'butter' we happen to get from you goes immediately into the garbage). It would be really cool if you could expand the menu to include some of the stuff you sell at KFC in other countries - like India.
