I ordered the $20 fill up half original and half extra crispy. I also asked for some honey sauce for my biscuits. What I recieved was 8 pieces of dried out refried chicken with most of the breading falling off. The chicken didn't even taste like KFC'S chicken it was truly bad. The gravy that came with the mashed potatoes was very dark and had some things floating through it. I saved the 4 remaining pieces because we ended up trashing our dinner. Bless these guys! This place just can't seem to get it together. First, don't even think about going here unless you have hours to spare. I promise you will be sitting in the drive through for no less than 30 minutes. Also, the last time I went, the boy working the drive through had his pants pulled so far down, it was actually vulgar. We get the window; the total is 19.24 and we hand the cashier $20. She came back and said do you have .24 cents. We looked and didn't. She said "we ain't got no change". My husband ordered chicken fingers today. I asked for Nashville Hot. When he got home with they were regular. After driving back 13.1 miles, the person who identified himself as "manager" had the nerve to say it would be $2.00 extra. He had to ask for a whole new order which the "manager" reluctantly did. KFC is great. I really like this place. Being that this one is in Conyers makes it a little harder for me to get out here as often as I'd like. The Hot Wings are probably my favorite style wings of KFC although I do remember their Honey BBQ wings which I loved and wish they had again. Clean, spacious, reasonable prices, friendly service makes me want to return again and again. I will go with my gut on this one and give them a 4 stars for now. Today is my birthday and I asked for my husband to get KFC for our family and to get my grandson a 2 piece box so he could get a cookie and the special Mountain Dew. We have never had such bad service from KFC in Conyers, GA...EVER !! We have lived in Conyers for over 34 years and the KFC has always been in same location and had good food. They were out of the special Mountain Dew, they left out my grandson's cookie....we paid $7 for that box for nothing...he could have just ate with us. I am embarrassed for the way we treat each other. I went to this KFC on July 5th at 11:18am. I wanted 6 original wings and 4 legs for my eldery mom's lunch and dinner. Elijah told me I couldn't have 6 wings. He said I could have 4. I asked if I could have two 3-piece meals because I still wasn't understanding why I could only have 4 wings. A lady chimed in to say they only had 4 wings available. She sounded very frustrated with me. I asked if I could wait for more wings to be made. She said "We're not dropping anymore right now." I asked when would they make more. She responded when we get ready, in about an hour or so. I was so shocked!!! There were cars behind me at 11:18am and there were no more wings. As I checked my order to make sure I had what I ordered including the jalapeños, the lady wanted to know why I was sitting there in the line. I said, "I'm just making sure my order is correct and that I have the jalapeños." She responds, "They're in the box!". We need to get that line moving. This KFC is the absolute worse. Their drive thru has a recording that says that they are closed and then someone comes on to take your order, but they actually do not take your order. I waited in the drive thru line for approximately 15 minutes. I drive up to the window to be greeted by the cashier with the wrong order. They state that the order had not been placed and that all they had was crispy chicken. I ordered a 8 piece grilled family meal. I was told that at 9pm on a Friday night that there grilled chicked oven was being cleaned. I got a lot of attitude from the staff. They are very unprofessional. I wish I could give this KFC no stars. I've been to this KFC and everytime I go there is something wrong. First,if you go in store you will see many unsanitary habits of the staff. They send you around the corner to wait for your food after you've paid if you go through the drive thru. After a long 30 minute wait, you have to go in and get your food yourself because they've forgotten about you. They don't give you receipts, therefore when your order is jacked up you have no proof that you even ordered anything. They don't give you napkins, eating utensils, or a bag to carry your food. The sweet corn is always dry and has a taste as if someone microwaved it several times. Don't ask for packs of honey because they are too lazy to wash off packs were some honey has spewed on them. I ordered 2 grilled chicken $5 meals through the drive thru and heard it repeated as what I ordered. When I got home I noticed that it wasn't grilled and immediately called since I was too far to return. I was told by a manager that they would put me on the books to replace both meals. When I went into the KFC the next evening to get the two replacement meals, I was told they would only give me one. What kind of store policy is that? We'll jack up your meals, not give any receipts, but only replace one thing. The replacement was a skimpy thigh and leg chicken that look like it had been sitting for two weeks. Poor customer service all around. I've stopped going to this KFC.
