They put too damn much gravy on the potatoes that I got yesterday for a second I just thought it was gravy only and They didn't even give me mashed potatoes . but once I mixed it around..the lil container wasn't even filled to the top or close to it btw..I finally found the mashed potatoes..same with the bowl as well...that shit was smothered in gravy..who ever is serving, lay off on the gravy y'all damn lol read more

I have been to this KFC a couple of times recently. One time i walked in and ordered to go. 2nd time drive thru. Both times my orders were correct. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Food? Tasted like most other KFC restaurant's. I will definitely go back. read more

Came in as a group of 4, was vEry skeptical with the current review but still decided to give it a try. It was one of the best experiences we've had at a fast food restaurant. The caShier was very nice, kind, and quick. She didn't show any sign of annoyance even though we ordered quite a bit, after the order came out, she even walked out to us to ask if we needed anything else. The restaurant Here Is perfectly fine, clean and quick! However I did have a problem with first of all the cashier had an attitude with us when we asked for regular not crispy chicken she asked us "are you sure you want that" and then second of all behind the counter we witnessed her eating the food from behind the counter, fingers in and out of her mouth which is truly unsatisfying, and she seems to play in her hair quite a bit, with no hair nets what so ever. I recently visited this location and was very disappointed. When they are preparing my food they were not using gloves they were just grabbing the food bare hands I told the employee what was their policy and she told me that they were supposed to use gloves but that they were too lazy and didn't want to have to wash their hands and use gloves. We use to eat here often. 2 days ago I ordered the boneless chicken for take out. In the very recent past it was always white meat. Now it is both white & dark. It tastes awful. Non of us could eat it. This was not a good change. read more

Horrible drive thru customer service. When I got home I found pieces of hair mixed with the chicken and biscuits were all raw. Manager Elena was very rude told me to take the remaining food back and the would make me fresh food(I told her no due to it having hair the first time) and maybe I would get a refund. I asked her for the corporate # and she said 1800kfc.......I drive back to KFC and Manager Elena is no longer on duty Drive thru Manager said she went home for the day. Terrible customer service. Asked manager (Robert) why this DHS KFC does not have the finger looking good dipping sauce and was told it was an "optional" item for them to order or not.
