I am completely mind blown right now. I just ordered pizza from Pizza Hut in DHS. I placed an order for delivery. Right now when I opened my pizza box I noticed an ENTIRE slice of pizza is missing. Like someone opened the box and ate it! I called pizza hut to let them know and the manager, a male that refused to give his name, was completely rude about it. I told him what happened and he said "I don't know what to tell you the pizza was complete when it left the store" I told him he better speak to his delivery driver and he straight up told me he wasn't gonna do that, that it's my problem! The pizza was good. The answering service totally sucks!!!! Calls get diverted to foreign answering service which is hard to understand with the accents . I placed an online order about three hours ago & received texted messages confirming my order and a tracker saying my order was out for delivery. 30 minutes go by and nothing was received. I called the DHS store and "the manager" answers the phone and tells me they canceled my order along with 13 other orders because the person in the morning shift didn't show up to work. I asked him why nobody reached out to notify what was happening and that my order was canceled and he was extremely rude saying "it's not my fault" and that he had nothing to do with it. I pick it up and made the mistake of not opening it to look at the pizza because I was ruched to get to a friends party. I drive at the party and am very disappointed.
