One of the small things I always looked forward to was the sugar cookie that traditionally came with it -- something that made loyal customers feel appreciated. Today, I picked up my usual order and noticed the sugar cookie was missing. When I politely asked about it, the manager, Ms. Rodriguez, bluntly and rudely told me, "Now you have to pay for it," with absolutely no courtesy, explanation, or appreciation for someone who has supported this location for over a year. It wasn't even about the cookie -- it was the dismissive attitude, poor customer service, and complete lack of care toward a repeat customer. A simple explanation or a little kindness would have gone a long way. Instead, I left feeling brushed off and disrespected. Customer loyalty clearly means very little here.
