Worsttttttt everything; Service, food, people, & it's dirty. Wait forever for food then it's disgusting. Ordered, waited for 20 minutes THEN was told waiting for tenders that JUST were dropped. Only thing I ordered were wraps. Nothing else. The employees walk around like they have nothing to do with no care in the world. If they had less personal conversations then they do they might get more accomplished. It's absolutely BS. I commented on the Taco Bell side too. This place is horrible. 2 times in less than 6 weeks they didn't have chicken or sides. I'm not sure if they just didn't want to cook the chicken or if really out. Only side was mac n cheese. For last 3 years, I cannot remember when I was able to go thru drive and not wait an extremely long time. I work crazy long hours and have kids so order food frequently for family. I live less than 2 miles from here and now go to other side of city to order KFC. I don't know how this place is still open. They can't be meeting the franchise requirements. As said in my Taco Bell review. All of staff needs to be retrained so they can keep food in stock and operate so when people go to this restaurant, they leave with what they wanted, warm food, in quick time. I personally don't want to drive 15 mins to the next one. I'd like to know who owns it so I could send message. I'd visit it often if food and service improved. read more

The chicken sandwich is usually pretty good. But, the chicken was thinner and there were no pickles on either sandwich. Very disappointing.

Ordered Festive Feast tonight and when I got home only half of the chicken(no thighs) and no dipping sauces,this is the last time I will be going to this KFC. read more

My family and I go to this combined restaurant, since it is right down the road. We will not be going here anymore. We will be taking the extra 15-20min drive out to Horseheads for taco bell and Popeyes instead. The first time we went here we ordered the 5$ chalupa box and a quesadilla meal. The Chalupa box is supposed to have a beef chalupa, beef 5 layer burrito, nacho chips and a drink. It came with all bean no beef, and a taco instead of the nachos and the quesadilla meal was not cut up. We thought they messed up due to it being busy. Giving them the benefit of the doubt we went back a second time after a month or so. We ordered the 5$ Chalupa box again and the 5 piece chicken tenders meal. There is only bean again and we got a fill up box instead of the 5 piece meal. This time there were only 3 cars including ourselves in the drive through. We were not happy with both of our experiences and will be driving the extra time to get our food correct. read more

I'm puzzled as to why, with the fast food industry able to thrive during Covid, that the quality of the food is going down and the prices are going up. I rarely get to enjoy KFC, but since I had business in the area, I decided to treat my son and myself. The biscuits are now barely larger than a half dollar, the potatoes were watery and the gravy tasted strange. Worst of all, the main attraction, the chicken tasted like nearly rancid old grease, having been used over too many times. I've been eating KFC for over 40 years! I threw it all away and prayed that what I had ingested wouldn't give make me sick...too bad I couldn't ask to get my money back since I had driven all the way home with it 25 minutes away. $20 for two small meals that were inedible! The one upside was that the girl taking orders at the window was pleasant and patient. read more

Worlds longest wait. In line for , very odd combo of kfc and taco bell in one location, once we got to the window the food was ready immediately and they did our order well. They just need to figure out a new system for speeding things up. read more

I have been here numerous time, the only reason we go back is because if you want KFC there are no others. WE NEED OTHER LOCATIONS!! The drive thru is horrible. They do not ever get your order right. Not one time have we gotten home and had the order be correct. We have even been shorted pieces of chicken in the bucket meals. How hard is it to count out pieces of chicken? The employees at the drive thru are typically younger kids and they are super rude. I understand they have the market due to no other locations but I am sure that is the only reason they are still in business. read more

I wished their were more KFC in our area. The drive thru was a 14 minute wait. They need to be more prepared during 4-7pm. Managers are not good at Managing. The owner of this Franchise needs to be there for all day all week. Get there employees moving. read more

OK, this place is just around the corner from me practically but I dont go there... last went there around 2016 or so... One time I went and they did not have any extra crispy chicken at all and this was around dinner time... how could a fast food restaurant not have any crispy chicken.. this was told to me AFTER I paid... I asked for my money back and came home and had a PBJ.... the last time I went, I got grilled chicken. etc... came home with the bag... the chicken was so hard I could not eat it... the biscuit looked like it was thrown into the bag and the other stuff, well, I ended up throwing it out...
