This is the best Thai food I've ever tasted in my life! The plating presentation of my drunken noodles with chicken was molded and beautiful. The noodles were excellent, a colorful variety of vegetables were tasty and cooked to a perfect al dente. The sauce was complex and balanced. The service was professional and welcoming. We ordered a quick and dirty few things during a work week in the area. We worked the preceding 12 hours with plans to work another 12 hours the following day so we weren't exactly in a celebratory mood. Two entrees and an appetizer would suffice. Thai basil is one of my go tos so I threw in an order of that with tofu. GF ordered the classic pad thai. I had to get the vegetable dumplings. Food came in a very reasonable amount of time. The dumplings were a little looser, softer, and more flimsy than I'm used to. The filling was tasty. I, honestly, like my dumplings tighter and stiffer and would keep this in mind for future orderings to potentially pursue a different app. The thai basil, on the other hand, was absolutely fantastic. The flavor was delicious. I'm white but I eat a fair amount of hot sauce. They give you a spice level selection and I chose mild (none is also an option) and this shit still had snot dribbling down my face. I had some extra sauce so I poured it into the rice they provided and it made for a nice snack later in the week. The veggies were also plentiful. We were driving back from Watkins State Park and my husband randomly picked this spot as a lunch break. Ironically, had I used the Yelp app, I may have selected the same spot. The food here was amazing! The restaurant is brand new and spotless inside (including the restrooms). The service was very friendly and the staff was dressed in traditional Thai outfits; a nice touch. We ordered the Thai Basil Chicken and the Cashew Nut Chicken. They were able to alter spice level easily. The food came out quickly and delivered solid and delicious Thai food entrees. We were in town for the afternoon and decided to stop by this place on a very snowy cold day. The Tom kha soup was fantastic - really warmed up the insides. I also had the Thai basil fried rice (spicy level 2) which was great. I think I could have ordered another spice level up in hindsight (they go up to 5). We also had the strawberry milk tea which was absolutely delicious! Service was impeccable - we were served in no time and the waitress was very courteous and respectful at all times. My boyfriend and I actually called the restaurant on New Years Eve to see if they were open and we were pleasantly greeted on the phone by a nice lady saying they will have normal hours. We had ordered for pick up and the food was ready and on time. They had also written a cute note on the bag carrying our food. The portions are huge, they filled our to go containers to the rim. We got the spring rolls, thai tea, sea aew, tofu pad thai, and thai donuts. The spring rolls weren't crunchy but everything else was perfect. We had gotten the beef sea aew which was delicious, but if you have the money to splurge, get the duck version! The Thai donuts were also nice and soft and there's more than enough condensed milk as a dipping sauce provided. Overall, they gave great service and quality food! I would definitely be a regular customer if I lived nearby! Just a warning, I added some spiciness for my pad Thai and didn't realize the ingredient that was making it spicy was all at the top. My wife and I have visited twice and plan to return whenever we are in Elmira (usually when we are going to the Elmira Drive-in). On this visit we had Fried Tofu appetizer, Thai Basil with ground chicken and Chicken Pra Ram. Everything was delicious: The tofu was crispy on the outside and creamy in the inside, with a sweet and slightly spicy sauce. My wife ordered her Thai basil "hot" and enjoyed it, but decided she'll try "Thai hot" next time. I tried it and thought it was tasty and a good level of heat for me. I'd never had (or heard of) chicken Pra Ram and usually go with pad Thai, but wanted something a little less carby. It was delicious - nutty flavor, tender chicken and broccoli that was perfectly steamed (still good bite to it but nowhere near raw). Service had been wonderful and friendly both times we've visited. We had an earlier dinner (5 pm on a Saturday) and the place was quiet - only two other couples there. Looking forward to our next visit. read more

We found this restaurant on google and it had really good reviews, as a lover of Thai food we decided to try it, and I must say we were not disappointed! Visited this restaurant as tourists after The Corning Museum. Was fooled by all the positive reviews and drive 20+ mins from there only to be disappointed. The service staff barely engaged in any kind of talking with us, never asked if we needed napkins or anything else--just a very quiet, blank face. A subpar attempt at thai cuisine. I got beef pad see ew and my buddy got duck pad thai. Pad see ew noodles were a bit hard and the beef was tough and over cooked. seasoning and flavors were mild and subdued. My buddy said his duck meat was dry. My friend and I were visiting corning museum of glass and were craving Thai food. We looked for other options in the area but they were take out only and happened to know that this was a new restaurant. I didn't have high expectations but the experience blew me away. As soon as we entered we got some sanitizer and they were doing temperature checks (COVID time period). We sat away in a booth from others and social distancing was employed. We both looked at the menu and were craving curry. My friend ordered the green curry and I got a red curry (for once I wasn't craving noodles). The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. We had our appetizers (soup and salad) come right away. Don't be fooled by the clear soup - it was extremely flavorful, while the salad was okay. I ordered a Thai iced tea because why not? It was delicious - lot of places don't have the right ratio or the flavor can be off - but this was perfect! And then finally, our food arrived. Note when you order tofu it's not fried like other Thai places I've been (which in my opinion is a downside - I enjoy fried tofu), but the red curry was delicious. This place went above and beyond with their presentation of food also. If I'm ever around the area - I'll be back to this place. We were lucky to have stopped here!! read more

I was treated with hostility and felt unsafe here; I believe I was racially profiled. Me and my partner were falsely accused of littering in this restaurant by an employee who screamed and pointed in my face. I was shocked I was being accused of a littering after leaving my partner at the table to wash my hands. The employee never asked anyone else and i said nothing to her because of my shock. We asked if he was sure about us coming in as they close at 8:30 to which he said certainly we could come as they just take the last order at 8:15. We arrived placed all the orders before 8:15. He then dumped everything on the table as if to say finish your soup and appetizer. He then also brought us the check with 18% gratuity already applied just as we started to eat. Wonderful restaurant with tasty drinks and good food. We went here after a little Boxing Day trip to the mall to see boys in the boat. It was a little bright with tall ceilings in there but the tvs playing all kinds of undersea nature TV were beautiful. The service was fast and very kind, to run our credit card out to us across the street in the rain after we forgot it there. We went here because the two line struggle was between this and Olive Garden and Olive Garden lost and this was a great choice. read more

We love Siam Elephants! Awesome Thai food. I was so surprised to find good Thai food in this area, but I am happy to say I am a regular now. The ladies that work here are so kind and keep me coming back. Bubble tea was an excellent addition to the menu and introduced something lacking in this area. They do a great job with their boba -- go for the Taro! They have my favorite dessert, mango with sticky rice and it is amazing. If they don't have it, custard with sticky rice is great too. The Thai food here is great! I'd say it's the best Thai food you could get compared to a few of the other Asian restaurants in the area that offer Thai food. My favorites are definitely the drunken noodles and spicy basil fried rice. When they say medium spicy it's actually spicy which is wonderful. I have also tried the panang which was also very flavorful and on-par with my favorite Thai restaurants. Pad Thai is good and expected.
