Cashiers at the counter have been replaced with a touch screen. Confusing and time consuming to operate to say the least (and for my order which combined some dine in chicken and some to go chicken impossible). Ahumándote would have taken under 30 seconds. I was ordering four pieces of chicken. It took about 5 minutes to order and a fry cook had to come over the counter to operate it. I offered feedback about this to the fry cook. She said a lot of customers hate it and walk out of the store but it doesn't matter because KFC isn't going to change it. They make plenty of money without those customers. I concluded that the KFC corporate leadership views loyal customers like me to be on the same level as the chickens they fry up. We exist solely to make them profits. I find it very hard to believe that this location cares about the public's safety. Went through the drive-thru today and noticed multiple team members including a manager I believe, not sure, with their masks below their nose and or under their chin. Since I had a special order that required me to wait for them to bring my order out, I had the opportunity to ask the lady who I believe was the manager to bring my food out, why multiple members were wearing their mask inappropriately. Her response was, "Oh, It's because it's very hard to breathe". I explained that we're in the middle of a global pandemic and it defeats the purpose of wearing a mask if you're not wearing it properly. 15 or so years ago, I was a regular at this place. Now I stop in a few times a year. Not only because it is the health equivalent of injecting fat directly into your belly, but because the service has been lousy. Last has unfortunately been the last straw. I stopped in around 6:40pm last night. There were a few cars in the drive, but I usually go inside anyway. I wanted to try the honey BBQ wings. When I got inside, there was a couple that was in front of me. They ordered and I walkes up and order a 3-strip meal, a popcorn chicken meal, and the wings. Then we waited. Meanwhile, someone from Door Dash or some other place came in and got food and left. A couple people came in that did that. A few minutes later the manager tells me that they don't have any wings -- this is after I had already been waiting 5-6 minutes -- so it would 10 minutes for them if that was OK. I said it was fine. I was going to my home in JC to watch the Duck game, so I had a little time. Emphasis should have been on a "little time." Over the course of the next TWENTY-THREE MINUTES (not 10), several people came in and ordered 20 piece meals and left and I me and the couple that was ahead of me waited. The manager forgot my order and the couple ahead of me. They asked us again what we ordered and eventually made it. I left the place at 7:20pm... FORTY MINUTES after I arrived and 36 minutes after I initially ordered! In the past, when they have bee THAT wrong on the timing, they would offer something to compensate my time. Believe or not, that is important to me. They offered nothing. Just gave me the bag and went on to whatever else they had going on. No apology or anything. Oh, and when I got home? No buscuits or cookies in the meals. The wings were also terrible. The sauce was old and their wings are hot wings with a BBQ, so they are spicy wings. Unlike the wings at Buffalo Wild Wings, they have pieces of bone in them. As you eat them, you are pulling out tiny pieces of bones all the time. BWW has wings with one solid bone in them which make them easy to eat. These are lousy. All in all, this place has gone massively downhill. The food quality isn't very good and there was no consideration for ridiculously slow service. Especially when the drive-thru wasn't slowed down at all -- which is where I suspect the wings all went and why mine took 23 minutes to make. They know how long it takes, so they couldn't have just forgotten that it isn't 10 to make them. Either they lied or they are incompetent. You take your pick on which one you think it is, but it isn't worth going here if you have to deal with either. I'll pass in the future as there are too many great places to eat in Eugene than to waste your time and money here. read more

Made mistake of stopping in for meal deal with original chicken, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, mac & cheese, and biscuits. Haven't been there for a long time. Not a bit better than last time. Greasy chicken, overdone, instant mashed potatoes (runny), mac and cheese must be made with Cheesewhiz, but slaw was pretty good. Just a lot of places around this area with better food and chicken. Cottage Grove KFC was better in past and a lot of the smaller places like Bailey Hill market and the convenience store in front of W. 11th Walmart have pretty good chicken. read more

As I walked into the establishment, I was immediately greeted by a very communicative and experienced member of the staff named brandy, she was very informative and did everything in her power to give me the best deal possible on my meal, which I was very thankful for. My daughter, middle school age, went to the bathroom. It was an emergency and she had to go there. I was a drive thru customer, waiting in my car. They only have two bathrooms. Yes, one is labeled male and one is labeled female; but when someone is pooping, anyone should be able to use the other. They should be Unisex bathrooms. A customer walked in even though it was locked and obviously occupied. The reason she was able to was that the bathroom uses digital codes. It doesn't let you lock it manually. But when it knows someone is inside, you won't be able to get in with the code initially. But the customer kept inputting the digital code. So the customer got in....she apologized... then went and told on her to the manager on duty, who after knowing a young girl was in there pooping, decided she also wanted to see her naked and came in, saw her, and then left. I was waiting in the car and my daughter texted me. I went inside and the manager was all smiles and said, "Your daughter's in there.". In my mind I thought, "Did you enjoy the view? Is that why your smiling?". I tried to tell her that she scared my daughter and she didn't let me talk. My daughter was frightened and continues to suffer anxiety and fear because of it. They didn't care, just said she took too long. (She was pooping.) Requests for a return call from the general manager went unanswered by phone or social media. Eugene Police said private property owners can do whatever they want, including going into a bathroom when it is being used. Just fyi to all of you... By the way, since entering public restrooms is open to the public now at this location, the secret to get inside is this ...Get the bathroom code, type it in twice, and you can come in any bathroom, even when someone is inside. read more

Went through their drive thru this evening they were quite busy. I ordered a rather large amount food with a quite a few special requests. When I got to my friend's house with the food I discovered the gravy was missing. I gave them a call a told them what problem was. I also requested they bring out the corrected stuff to my car. I'm actually dumbfounded, I got into line at 7:29, sat there until 8:14 when I got to the talk box. The girl working the talk box informed me they had closed and were no longer taking orders. I asked why she didn't have anyone come out and tell me and the 4 cars behind me that they were no longer taking orders before we sat in line for 45 minutes, her response was " you know we close at eight so why were you waiting in line for 45 minutes. I told her we got there before eight and she said "we aren't taking orders anymore." I then asked how i was supposed to get out of the line with four people behind me and she told me "wait for the people in front of you to get their food and pull through." She had an attitude about me being in line past their closing time yet let me sit out there for 45 minutes. This was my worst fast food experience. I only gave it 1 star since you can't continue with 0 stars. This past visit was the second time in a row that the side orders were incorrect. This time they shorted me 2. This was especially dissatsfying since I asked the counter person if the sides were correct after explaining that on my previous visit they were incorrect. He assured me they were. When I got home with I discovered the missing sides. This was not a drive thru order but take out from inside. The order again was for 2 of the $20.00 fillups. The manager gave me 2 of each of the missing sides and apologized. I can't really rate the food since the last 2 times I had KFC the food was cold by the time I got home to junction city. I filled out their customer satisfaction survey and on my first attempt I received a message to limit comments to 1200 characters. This field asked for details and be as specific as possible. As I was editing it to try to get down to 1200 characters the survey timed out. This further added to my dissatisfaction.
