We were on some down time for our little weekend vacation and decided to try the Crispy Chicken Sandwich KFC has to offer. Both drive thru and the main restaurant were open. The wait was a bit longer than normal for the drive through like others have mentioned in the their reviews but it wasn't terrible. I did get out of our truck and go inside to use the bathroom while we sat there. That is kind of a good indication as to how long we waited. We both got the regular crispy chicken sandwich. It was ok. I'm not a white meat fan but as we all know KFC does a decent job with theirs. It was ok. Not great just a decent sandwich. These fried chicken sandwiches are still pretty popular at a lot of different places. As to KFC, I've had better and am willing to pay more at a different place for better. read more

Got in the drive through line with 2 cars in front of us, waited 15 minutes before reaching the speaker to order and once we did he told us to wait. 10 minutes of waiting at the speaker to order, and once we got to the window to pick up our food, we watched him make and hand our drinks to us without gloves on and waited for another 25 minutes at the window before he opened it and said "we are just getting to your order, there's been a lot of deliveries, sorry. Do you want some drinks?" Completely unaware of the fact he'd already given us our drinks prior. When we first pulled up to the window we saw one man, Richard, working the drive thru and one girl making all the food with the manager standing in the corner with her arms crossed. During the 25 minutes we waited for our food at the window, not one, not two, but three additional employees came back to the floor, restocking and assisting. WTF! This was the worst management and service I've experienced receiving fast food, and I always have low expectations because it is fast food. They are lazy, unprofessional and clearly have no idea how to appropriately prioritize work loads. read more

Every single time I go to this kfc they mess up my order and leave things out. My boyfriend went in to tell them they forgot parts of our order and they were rude to him and still didn't correct it the second time. First off, who ever heard of a restaurant that serves sandwiches but they don't have mustard for them? Secondly, we're staying at a local hotel and they did not include silverware to eat with. Lastly, we ordered a side order of potato wedges and didn't get them. On top of it all, we went the next day to advise the manager of all of this and I had to ask for an apology. That should've been the first thing out of his mouth. He offered to "replace" what we didn't get, that is IT. When I said "no thanks", he just stood there and offered nothing. I then said "I would think that you would at least refund us for what we didn't receive". He offered to refund only for the potato wedges, not the stuff we couldn't eat because of the lack of silverware. Twas a couple of days before Christmas. The time was 9:17 pm. ALL of the floor's were wet. Puddles of water under most of the table;s and throughout the guest area. I was very, very, very careful as I walked with a cane. The rest of my family was very careful too. Unbelievable - getting ready to close so soon (closing time is 10:00 pm. why are they getting ready to close now. 3 meals my wife did choose but finding a table without water under it was a real chore. So we began to eat the chicken but to our despair as all of it was under-cooked as there was raw and red veins close to the bone. Complain, we went to the counter. To stand there for 6 minutes we did. The employee's in back talking they were and service we did not get. More and more customer's came in but full meal's. we overhead, they did not get as "were out" of this and that. The low people on the totem pole I do not blame as they were only, quite probably, following the instruction(s) or lack thereof.by a shift manager. Let's see. Dangerous floor. Under-cooked meal's, (all three), little customer service in the beginning and no customer service thereafter. New customer's that could not get all the food they wanted.
