Just terrible, they don't even know how to probably flour the chicken, it's coated in flour and the skin is partially cooked on the outside and in with picture below, I don't recommend this kfc, atp just go to Popeyes or another location because they dk wtf they doing, I use to work at lees and you dump the chicken in water once then coat the famous with flour lightly so yeah just don't go here and also it took like idk a couple mins for them to even recognize that there was people at the front register for me to be able to get a pick up order!!! read more

Why do I keep trying this again? They post the chicken only prices on the family meals then surprise you with a larger amount. I have had to wait every time like they didn't expect anyone to come by either. Mediocre food ruining my memories of when KFC was quick easy and tasty yes greasy but good. This is just sad. Had not been to a KFC for years, but an ad caught my eye so gave it a shot for lunch yesterday. The store looks almost new/clean and staff friendly. Arrived about 11:45AM....got the breast meal deal and was simply delicious. The chicken piece was large...breaded and cooked well...sides good/flavorful...much better experience then the burger places or the overpriced tender places.....keep up the good work, will be back! read more

Ordered 2 breasts and 2 wings at the drive through. Got home and saw they had given us 2 horrible thighs and 2 wings , 1 of which was microscopic in size. I mean wtf? Idiots. Never again. First, let's start with management. Jean and Angel are TOTAL witches! They are the worst I have EVER worked for! The regional manager, Melissa, really needs to get involved to so this problem. Jean and Angel talk about EVERYONE... calling people stupid Chiggers, (not a word I use), and try to belittle ALL of their employees (also customers)! A gentleman that works there has a brain injury and I've heard them MULTIPLE times say things about him. Another employee has a fake eye, they also say mean things about him. I was a former employee, I quit after they posted a schedule, then tried to change it on me so another employee could go to a party WRONG! You CANT do that! I had already made other plans but instead of asking me, Angel just wrote in what hours she wanted me to work. I just quit I only seen one person wash their hands when I worked there. I dont think she'll be there much longer. She deserves SO much better than how she's treated. SO, if you want to work at a crap job with crap management, this is a place for you! As for the food, go to Lees or Remkeys! I have watched them serve food I wouldn't let my dog eat. I was told NUMEROUS times to "pull the tenders and nuggets" before they were finished cooking. This is a fairly new KFC, I always come here, but never bothered to write a review. I'm happy with this KFC, it's conveniently located to me, it's not crowded and there's no waiting time to be served. Of course one has to wait for the food to be served. read more

I'll start by saying i'm so glad that theres a KFC in this area. I know it's been here for a little bit now, but it's just so much more convenient than having to drive all the way across town when you're craving some chicken. Anyways, tonight was about my third time going through the drive thru. Every time i've been here they always get my order right, are always polite, and most of the time pretty quick (as long as theres not a lot of big orders at once). Tonight I got the $5 fill up #6 with the three piece chicken tenders, biscuit, cookie, mashed potatoes, a drink, and I got an extra side Mac n cheese (only a dollar extra). Everything was hot and fresh, minus the cookie. It was burnt and hard. I rarely go here, because I try to eat healthy and stick to a plan, but when I do it's a great cheat meal. read more

I am writing another review after my visit at KFC on Wednesday August 30th at 7:22 p.m. . I stopped in to place an order and they were short-staffed and the girl behind the counter was extremely busy. With that being said Kara was very pleasant and professional and apologetic for the wait. But that's not the reason for such a low rating. As far as her she gets 5 stars but I saw someone whom I assume was a manager using the touch screen at the drive-thru and then handling buns to make someone sandwich. I am no germaphobe but just because someone has a glove on doesn't mean they can touch everything around them and still handle someone's food. It really pisses me off. I did fill out a survey and made sure corporate knows about this. I figured if they'll do this in front of people, what will they do when we can't see them. It just makes me wonder. And it may be a while, I'm sure it will be a while before I return. read more

Great to finally have a KFC on this side of Boone County. I attended the first week and was greeted by friendly staff. My 3 piece meal arrived hot and the sides of mashed potatoes and cole slaw were on point. The oil in the chicken friers were a bit new and that provided a noticeably different taste yet still delicious. One aspect that would greatly improve that location would be the installation of a lunch buffet. Many other rural KFC's have that option and I would eat there more often. read more

Moved here last year from Texas and have been a KFC fan for a long time. Three visits here have all been disappointing. First tried the tenders...too crispy and the chicken meat was dry. Next, tried crispy chicken pieces...again too crispy and too dry. Last, tried the original recipe and found it to be tasty but the pieces were very small and the thigh pieces were very greasy. I have written off this location but may try another location. Until then, for me it Canes for fingers and Popeye's for chicken pieces. read more

I went here tonight before going to work at the airport. They were busy, it's Saturday. The girl at the front messed a few orders up. The manager called her out and treated her like a dog in front of about 25 people. The poor girl was trying to explain herself. Get better shift leaders. The food was great though! read more
