Terrible place, will never go there again, they tried to give me food that was on the counter that someone didn't pick up, the first guy reopens the counter bag of food takes the bucket out adds to fresh pieces of chick the rebags and tries to give it to me, once I confront him of what he did he talks to the lady in charge, then she goes to the back and with the same bucket she just puts the same chicken in a new bucket, the gives me the bucket, by this time I'm like fuck this place, I get home which is a 30 second bike ride and half the chicken cold and didn't get my complete order instead I get 2 wings that were not part of the order, guess she thought I was homeless or something and figured someones left overs are good enough, fuck that local KFC the manager and that crew...FUCK YOU!!!! Don't come here unless you have precious time to spare. Other cars are rolling up getting their items before me even though I ordered through drive through before them and I was told to wait in the front of the store for my order. After the guy goes in and out 3 x's I had to ask about my order and it finally comes. And I called it, he forgets my drink. Literally, I waited 35 minutes for a 4 piece chicken tender combo. I don't know if they're understaffed or what... but this is ridiculous. The guy was apologetic, but even that wasn't enough to compensate this wait time. So much for this being called " fast food." So i haven't been back to this KFC since my last post in 2017. I had a coupon so i figured I'd give them a try again. Big mistake. We got there around 8:15, almost 2 hours before they close. I asked for extra crispy on 2 orders of the 9 piece double may deal. She said they didn't have any extra crispy it would have to be original. I said ok as I didn't have any other options. I asked the girl at the window why they didn't have anymore extra crispy and she said "IT TAKES TOO LONG TO COOK". I would have waited as that is what the family likes most. She didn't even give me that option to wait for extra crispy. We got home and looked at the chicken. One bucket was over cooked and had hella small pieces. The drum stick looked like it was part of a wing. It was pretty ridiculous that they would even give a customer chicken that looked like this. Not sure if I'll ever go back to this KFC. Do not go to this KFC unless you want to pay for what you didn't order. I went and not only did this lady give me attitude but also messed up my order. When I pulled up through the drive through I said my order which was 2 #7 but just to swap out one of the coleslaw for another mashed potato in one of the order. She said something and I couldn't understand so I asked her to repeat herself and she raised her voice and gave me attitude. Then she asked if we wanted chocolate or vanilla? Not sure for what maybe she's giving us something complimentary? So I say chocolate. We get to the window and the price is almost $50 for 2 $16 meals. She didn't repeat the meal just took my card and handed me the food. I checked my receipt because she wouldn't repeat the order and got upset when I asked. She charged me for a chocolate cake. I asked her to refund it for me because I didn't ask for no cake. She sticks her hand out and motions to put the cake in her hand then proceeds to stick her hand out and say "card". How rude. She's upset she had to fix her own mistake. Not to mention she messed up both of the orders by giving us 4 orders of mashed potatoes and not a single coleslaw. At least a few times a month and I normally don't leave a lot of reviews but my store normally does a good job with there food and service, but I wanted to leave a big shout out to one particular employee by the name of Jonas he's always makes sure My order is correct and if I ever have a problem he has gone out of his way to resolve it,so I really appreciate the effort he makes to have a smile and make my visit to get food just a bit better! Today is Friday. It's been a very long week for my family & I decided that tonight would be a good day to just buy some wings for dinner on my way home. I go through the drive thru & order three 8 piece wings. I pay for the wings & the cashier at the window says, "Go ahead & pull up to the front. The wings are just getting out of the fryer right now. They're fresh!" I pull to the front of the building & have to wait 15 mins for the wings. Why does this KFC never have wings ready? It always happens. Also, I NEVER got a receipt for todays order. I thought maybe the receipt would be in the bag & it wasn't. Also... the cashier lied about the wings being ready. They weren't ready. This KFC really needs some good management & knows how to really manage a franchise. This KFC is real need of some corporate help. read more

Incompetence in action. I went here at 6 PM on a Tuesday. Their advertising flyer hits the local newspapers on Tuesday, and KFC's national marketing people send out a mass email on Tuesday as well, advertising a "Tuesday only special" -- 4 legs and 4 thighs for $10. I tried to order that special on their app, but it wasn't available there. I tried to order it on their website, too, but again, it wasn't available. So I printed out the morning email ad and went to this restaurant, arriving at PM. There were two people ahead of me at the ordering counter, but I wasn't able to place my order and pay for it until 6:24 PM. Then I waited. And waited. And waited. It was more than 30 minutes before I received my order. Others who had ordered before me were still waiting -- one for something as simple as a "classic chicken sandwich." Perple who came in after I ordered were being told it would take an hour for them to receive any food. I cannot understand why, at a major national chain, that sells basically one product, there is not enough food cooked and prepared to handle the dinner hour rush on a day when most of their advertising drops. Haven't been to a KFC in forever. Grandson suggested we eat here because he wanted chicken strips. Ok found one kinda near the outlets. Came in and loved the interior design with cool pictures of The Original Celebrity Chef. Ordered the chicken strips and potato wedges. The chicken strips were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The potato wedges were crispy and delicious. I will definitely come back to THIS location in the near future. Everytime I come to this KFC it's always something. The employees are always rude. They are always out of food. They machines don't work. One day they only accept cash the next they only accept card. Right now they are only accepting cash in the drive through. The employee taking orders for drive through a young girl Julia was taking my order and i'm telling her i wanted a meal with two sides and she says "Okay it'll be $14 dollars" I ask can I pick the sides? And she says "If you want"..... like uhm you didn't even ask you were just going to pick the sides for me?? Don't know what her deal was or all the employees everytime I come here. My order was to go. My order was cold and the mash potato and gravy tasted spoiled. I trashed the mash to avoid getting sick to my stomach. Then to make things worse I only received 1 thigh and drum stick. It was supposed to be 2 thighs and a drum stick. The meat was overcooked and had a leathery texture. This is totally unacceptable. This was a very disappointing visit to KFC. I hadn't been to KFC in years, but my kids wanted chicken strips. I received 16 chicken strips that look to have been sitting for a while, biscuits were old as well (and I was missing 1), and I didn't get gravy for one order of mashed potatoes. I tried to call but no one would answer the phone and I didn't want to waste gas to drive back. Perhaps this location doesn't get a lot of business, but that shouldn't mean serving food that has been sitting too long. Probably needs a quality control visit. I think giving a two-star rating is generous. My experience was more of a one half-star. The evening started with a visit to the drive thru. Once we pulled around to the mic, a gentleman greeted us by saying, "the drive thru is closed, but you're welcome to come in to the counter if you want to." This place is ran by a bunch of unprofessional girls cursing up a storm. I went in 3/11/2023 at 2:00 pm.. the only one that was actually doing his job was the boy. Fine, I let those last 5 experiences slide but tonight I threw in the towel. Tried going for grilled chicken and you guessed it....none available. Asked for mashed potatoes side....not available. Asked for Mac n cheese side and a corn side instead. Got a big family of 6 so I didn't bother to stand there and check everything on the spot and of course when I get home and open the sides, they gave me 2 sauerkraut sides instead. At this point I'm biting my tongue but I let it slide still, I'm hungry. We go for the box of biscuits and open them. About 5 of them are cooked and baked fine but underneath them are 3 completely uncooked biscuits. Basically they were molded dough still. We tried to pull them apart and instead of being soft and flaky like a biscuit, they stretched and were pliable like dough because, well, basically it was freaking dough still. That was it for me. That's absolutely unacceptable. I'm an easy going person and I would probably let this fly if I lived in another cheap state but living in the Bay Area where the cost of everything is high, I'll be damned if I'm going to spend my hard earned money for uncooked food and food items that I didn't ask for. I'm chalking this up as another location (along with the McDonald's right next to it in the same plaza) that I refuse to go to anymore as a result of terrible customer service and quality. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced and the most inexperienced, untrained, rude and unprofessional staff I've dealt with. I decided to give this place a try as I noticed they redid the whole building and looked newer. I ordered ahead of time online so I could visit the restaurant and do a quick pick up inside so I wouldn't wait in the drive thru. I received the mobile order notification that my order was ready and they have parking locations that specifically say to park there and head inside for mobile order pick up. I parked and headed inside but both of the doors were locked. They literally have signs on their doors that say if you're there for mobile order or door dash that the doors will open so you can come inside and grab your order. I waited 10 minutes at the door and no one came to unlock it. I made eye contact with 3 separate employees and they just ran to the back behind where they store the cooked chicken and never came to assist me. I noticed they were talking about me because a different employee would peek their head around to look at me and then go back to talking. I was in shock seeing this happen and I even pulled on the door to show them I was trying to go in and still was completely ignored. After 10 minutes of standing at the entrance being stared at I was fed up so I had to line up behind 3 cars in the drive thru and even right when you enter the drive thru line they have a big sign that says Mobile Orders pick up inside. I told the employee I was there for a mobile order and they just said pull up to the window. They didn't acknowledge me or mention anything of me standing at the door. What's even worse is the employee who stared at me directly and didn't answer me stood behind the employee who handed me my food and just looked at me again. I was so frustrated I didn't say a word to any of them and I left. Hopefully management sees this and trains their employees to be respectful and teaches them how to answer a door. I don't understand why the door is locked in the first place if there are so many other dashers and mobile orders there. While I was standing there waiting I noticed 3 people try to go in and order but the door was locked so they just drive away.
