I've always been more of a Wingstop kinda girl, probably due to it being a lot more convenient. I've had 1 other experience with Buffalo Wild Wings beside this recent visit and I must say, the one thing that always remained in my memory was the MANGO HABANERO sauce. With my family and I being in need of lunch, I wanted to give BWW another try... Let me start off my confirming that the reviews at this particular BWW isn't great. Hell, I think its safer to say they are terrible. I was a little weary of dining in but I didn't want to miss out on an opportunity for their mango habanero. Our party of 4 walked in and was immediately greeted and seated. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The bar had maybe 2 patrons and 2 other booths were being occupied. Slow for what would typically be a lunch rush but it is what it is.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Lunch consisted of: *BOTTOMLESS APPS [CLASSIC: mozz sticks, onion rings, fried pickles, hatch queso, + chips & salsa] *15ct BONE IN WINGS [medium, mango habanero, honey garlic] *3pc CRISPY CHICKEN DIPPERS, served with fries *KING'S HAWAIIAN CHEESEBURGER SLIDERS [golden fire sauce on the side] Food was good. The bottomless apps weren't as beneficial for our party since the fried options got tiresome quite quickly. BUT!! We did make sure to sample a little bit of everything- hatch queso being one of the faves and the disappointment lies with the clearly canned salsa that was offered. The wings were delicious and yes!!! The mango habanera was just as amazing as i had remembered!!! The chicken tenders were a bit dry but the tasty fries kind of made up for that. I highly recommend the King's Hawaiian cheeseburger sliders- the buns were so soft and fluffy, the burger was flavorful, and this is the perfect choice for anyone dining with children. With all that said, kudos absolutely goes out to Natalia!!! You are the primary reason as to why this visit/meal was so enjoyed. Thank you for being patient, kind, hardworking, and so personable. Each and every request was met and your level of A1 customer service was so refreshing. Girl, you undoubtedly deserve a raise!! Yes, there is a wait to place and receive orders. Yes, the server takes a bit of time to make their rounds but that is expected since they are juggling quite a bit. Come here ready to be patient and be floored by the friendliness - a fair trade off if you ask me. 5/5 stars. Tony greeted us warmly at the door and promptly seated us at our table. Unfortunately, our experience declined significantly after that. We waited approximately 15 minutes without a single employee approaching our table. During that time, no one greeted us, offered drinks, introduced themselves as our server, or attempted to take our order. What was most disappointing was that the lack of service did not appear to be due to staffing shortages, as several employees were visible throughout the restaurant. In fact, two female employees seemed more focused on socializing and flirting with guests at the bar than attending to customers waiting for service. Meanwhile, our table remained completely unattended. As paying customers, we expect at least a basic level of hospitality and attentiveness. Being ignored for an extended period was both frustrating and embarrassing, especially in an establishment that prides itself on customer service. We ultimately left feeling disappointed by the lack of professionalism and concern shown toward guests. My past experiences with service here were not great but this is one of the only places open late in town so I called ahead to have my food ready by the time I arrive. The manager was kind enough to allow me to order over the phone for dine in 30 minutes before closing. Who ever she forwarded me to take my order was a bit rude because they hung up without saying bye after placing my order. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I arrived I sat at the bar which was the only area that had all the customers. The bartender moved us to a table away from the bar away from all the other customers, which made us feel left out[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I assume she didn't want us to sit at the bar because we would ask her for things she was just ready to go home once everyone at the bar leaves. Turned out working in our favor. Jane saved the day! She was our server. She was kind attentive and has a nice smile! Our order placed ended up incorrect. Over the phone, I ordered 15 traditional wings & when my wings arrived it was a huge platter of 30 wings which is waay too much but I guess they assumed I wanted to take advantage of the Wednesday special which is buy one get one half off. --Heads up if you go on Wednesday confirm with them that you do or don't want the buy one get one deal. Seems like they do it automatically. -- Jane noticed it was more than we asked for and was going to correct the problem but I just took the other half to go her kindness and willingness helped me to accept & enjoy my food & experience. Took 30 minutes to even take our drink order & tried to get the appetizer order in with them before another 15 minute wait for just the drinks... but the tables where the hostess appeared to know someone, their food magically appeared within minutes. Multiple tables sat after us & left before us. It appears if you are not ordering any alcoholic drinks, then you aren't going to even be offered refills on water. visit several Buffalo Wild Wings locations, and good service is hard to come by, but at this one, my server was excellent. She took my drink order immediately, and within minutes, I had my drinks in front of me. She made sure my lemonade was always full and checked in regularly. She also brought out my wings hot, which is not always the case. Rather decent bar food. I ordered the queso and chips and it was okay. Although I do prefer the style of queso that they serve at Chili's better. I do like that their chips are fresh. I also really enjoyed their pineapple mojitos. But the reason for the three stars is I thought that the service tonight was rather mediocre. We were there an hour before the game and stayed for the duration of the game. The service was incredibly slow when they weren't even that full today. And even if they were understaffed, you think that they would beef it up a little bit for the finals. Nevertheless, the service was incredibly slow. Two times tonight they tried to serve my husband the wrong beer. We have to correct them a couple of times. But nevertheless, I like the fact that they have a lot of TVs and we were able to view the game rather clearly. But please bump up the volume people. You have to use your phone to see a menu, place your own order, and pay. If you aren't going to provide any service why would we come in? The place was completely empty when we walked in. Only a few people eating and there was some issue with getting our party of five a booth. They were real put out to have to set a booth up for us. The person who hosts speaks extremely quietly and the music is loud as hell so good luck hearing her or anyone in your party. Also didn't really appreciate that they clearly ran out of jamming jalapeño and created some sort of mixture of Caribbean jerk and Asian zing to try to trick us into thinking it was jalapeño. Two stars is a gift. This restaurant is barely a two-star experience. They just couldn't get anything right. The restaurant was only about one quarter full. All of the food came out cold. It was obvious the food had been sitting on the counter back in the kitchen for some time. On top of that, each dish came out one at a time separated by as many as 10 minutes. The kids meal for the 8-year-old came out first. So she was finished by the time even the next meal hit the table. Then it was one meal at a time over the course of the next 20 minutes. And all were cold. I asked for an order of fries to replace all of the cold mushy fries. The server showed up seconds later with an order of warm fries, but they charged me for that order. As I said at the beginning, two stars is a gift. The dining experience was one star. Being able to get together with family for the first time in a while earned them a second star. read more
