Stopped by to eat inside today, since they've renovated and under new management I must say it's a step up. The food was really good, restaurant clean, and the new manager was personable and great. Very happy! We've had very bad experiences in the past and were scared to go back but it's totally different now. Good job! read more

This location is hit or miss on the BEST of days. C19 has nothing to do with my review. Saturday evening. One of the busiest days of the week. I had worked for KFC in management YEARS ago (as well as Arby's, Subway, and Häagen-Dazs). I understand the actual rushed atmosphere and the need to ensure my basic stock is filled, and product is available in a reasonable time frame. I understand fully how C19 has effected supply chains and staffing. This particular visit was a final straw for myself and my family. A fairly simple and frequent order turned into a fiasco. After giving my order for a $20 fill up, extra crispy and one Taco Bell combo, I then waited over 20 minutes behind the two cars in front of me. I get it. They were busy. I have no idea what the people before me ordered, or what issues they had. When I did reach the window, I handed over my card to pay. After a minute, a woman I assume was either a shift manager, or store manager. Her exact words: Hey! Mama! We don't got any extra crispy! I asked her "None? Not even partial?" She answered: Well, I could charge you and then you have to wait about seven minutes for it. I was absolutely not going to make the people stacked behind me wait another 10 minutes while I waited for this crew to get caught up. I shook my head and shrugged, telling her I'd take regular. She asked: All of it? I didn't speak, just nodded. As I waited for the near silent young man at the window to give me the drink for the Taco Bell combo, he handed back my card and tried to hand me a small cup filled with the wrong drink. I corrected him on the type, and asked if the combo isn't supposed to come with a large drink. He shrugged and looked at me blankly, grabbing another small cup. His answer? "We don't got none." What? So instead of offering the larger cup for the lack of the size I paid for, which is what I'd done in a pinch before, he filled the small cup and handed it out the window while looking anywhere but at me. No, I didn't drop the cup. I held out my hand for my card, and when he finally handed it back, I wrapped the receipt around it. Yes, I've called the never helpful "Customer Service" lines. I've also emailed. No response as of yet. Getting my full order (although not the actual order I'd made), I took it home and finally fed my family. Time waiting in drive through? Near 30 minutes. The food was accurate, and mediocre. I know. I'm asking for a lot. *insert sarcastic eye roll* Quickly, what advice would I give to this location's management (or even district supervisory staff)? 1. Ensure stock orders are placed properly. We are over one year into C19. The supply chain is back up and running for "essential" businesses. (I.E. Fast Food Restaurant suppliers.) 2. Keep your fryers going to ensure there is an adequate amount of fresh product. That means keeping an eye on the customers lining up and attempt to anticipate what you're going to need. Extra Crispy Chicken is NEVER going to sit long, unless your stocking it above and beyond within 30 minutes of closing. 3. Make sure your staff (and yourself) have a plan for when stock or product becomes low or non existent. A small offer of an upgraded drink could have gone a long way in smoothing this entire mistake of a visit over enough that I'd have had to rethink having to leave this review. It's actually pretty sad. This location is in a GREAT spot. Heavy traffic, both car and foot. A good mix of business and residential property tightly packed around it. Too bad. Maybe someday someone will get ahold of this store and bring it up to expected standards. If you haven't already, check the other reviews. This place is PATHETIC! The owner needs to know that his store is being run awful. Never heard of a kfc running out of mashed potatoes or coleslaw in my life but this place is frequently out of product, when there even open which lately has been few and far between. read more

Horrible. I ordered the four piece original meal. I got three tiny legs and a small thigh. Crispy not original. And the coating was burnt. $14. They also had no one dollar bills so I had to search my car for change. Never again. read more

The KFC Taco Bell on Rt 125, Plaistow we ordered take out to bring home to the family. Food was disgusting. Skimpy, overcooked, Dry and tough. Chicken tenders were thin and extremely tough and more like dehydrated beef jerky, The potatoes were poorly made flavorless instant. The gravy was thinly and sparingly brushed on top center of the instant potatoes. and the biscuits were dry and hard as rocks like they had been left out for days. We ordered and paid for Toasted cheddar chalupas and when we got them home, we saw that they gave us the regular chalupas in the bag. So disappointed and the food even made me sick. We will never go there again Waste of money. read more

The worst place to ever get a quick bite. Why is all the food salty and why do I never get any SAUCE and why do they keep messing up. All I did was just ordered popcorn chicken and fries.. really not that difficult yet.. I am missing and item lol I tried to give this place another chance and look... it still didnt turn out right.I definitely do not recommend this place what so ever. This place by far has the trashiest workers. I went today for a DoorDash and there was a huge line. There was no worker at the front but many by the drive thru fooling around laughing with each other. One of the boys working told another boy to help the front because he saw all of us and instead of coming he rolls his eyes and walked away. After a few the same boy came back swearing then once it was finally my turn he told me "you should call the customer" very confused I said "for what" and he told me they're out of chicken and will be for the day. I'm not one to post reviews but I talked my boyfriend into a walk to the farmers market in Haverhill on a hot morning, on our way back he wanted a cold drink so I said I'm pretty positive the Taco Bell has slushees so we stopped in, and the machine was broken down of course, lol not a big deal things happen, but Patrick the man behind the counter gave my bf a free drink for the trouble! I don't eat fried foods, but the people I was with wanted to go in. I ordered the white chicken breast with potatoes, coleslaw and biscuit. There was more fried skin than chicken. And I had to work hard to even find it. The biscuit was hard as a brick. The potatoes and cole slaw were fine. The bathrooms were a mess, while counter people hung around like they had nothing to do. Weird people were coming and going in this restaurant. We're never going back. Not that I wanted to go in the first place. Save your money and go some place clean and reputable. read more

Food is okay if you don't mind waiting 20 minutes for the cashier to come back so that you can place you order. The employees were complaining about the manager not having enough employees on duty. Waited a long time for my food. They ran out of coleslaw and other items. Several customers left after waiting too long and the food they wanted not being available. The dining area is dirty. Some guy was loitering and talking loudly to the workers causing more trouble. Very stressful inside and at times scary. DO NOT GO INSIDE. read more

It's absolutely disgusting in here, unreal how there is no supervision and all of the areas surrounding the counters are filthy, the tables are filthy, the soda machine area is repugnant, there is trash all over the counters and floors. First off you will never find a restaurant colder than this one. Wear a winter coat year round. If you want a chicken pot pie plan on calling ahead as it's a 90 minute process and this location rarely has one. Okay food but bad customer service. First of all they stopped carrying a two-piece dark meal with a biscuit and choice of a side. I ordered it a la carte so okay, I'm happy. I'm waiting for it and there were very few customers. I noticed my order said regular. I wanted extra crispy. I asked the cashier why he didn't ask me and he said, "The manager told us not to; the customer should order what they want." Huh? How long does it take to ask? I just shook my head and said tell the manager the sidewalk needs to be shoveled. He tells some guy and HE says it was. Now I had just walked in and it surely wasn't. would like to do negative stars. 280 Main st Haverhill is the worst KFC I have ever went to. last year I went in on the way to a Kentucky derby party and asked for two buckets of chicken. I was told I was only allowed to purchase one .this year I thought ahead and ordered online 2 orders of 36 piece nuggets when I arrived to pick up my order. there was only one box I asked the employee about the second order of nuggets which I had paid for, and she said yeah, all in the box I asked if she was telling me that both orders of 36 nuggets was in one box, and she said yeah, so I arrive at the derby party in the box is open opened only to find 36 nuggets proceeded to call the store for the next hour. Nobody ever answered went the next day and was told would have to come back after 12 to speak to the manager .go back at 12 only to be told that since the order was placed online I would have to call the number on the site . proceeded to call the number on the site multiple times during the day only to hear the recording say that they were not excepting calls. tried the online chat option only to get the same auto response that my order is ready. This is by far the worst service I have ever encountered and it's not even the $21 that I was out. It was the horrible customer Service I will never go back there and I will advise family and friends to never go either read more

Been waiting for 15 minutes for my food & we can see the whole kitchen and it seems as if nobody is doing anything. I haven't seen anyone before me get their orders yet either & now the workers are coming around asking for everyone receipts before their computer just crashes and they don't have anyone's order. They are also all out of cookies & pies and don't tell people after they already got their order. Finally got it & was wrong but I gave up. After 40 minutes got my food from a worker who had just started his shift and he felt bad and tried to help everyone around when the others just did nothing still. read more

There were 2 people in front of me at the register ordering together and I was behind them. That was it. I stood there for 10 minutes while the "person" behind the register socialized with the 2 in front of me, occasionally taking a piece of their order. I finally had enough and stormed out. I agree with a previous reviewer, they need some adult supervision in that place. I wont be back. My wife called the main office to file a complaint but I doubt it'll help. read more
