To me kfc has some of the best chicken tenders in the game. I like mine with the honey mustard or sweet and sour sauce. There French fries are on point , they have to be some of my favorite fries in the game. Went into the store and ordered an 8 piece family meal. Receipt says 8 piece. Worker called out 8 piece when it was ready. Got home and there were only 6 pieces of chicken in the bucket! Wtf?! I checked in the bag to be sure my order was correct, but who counts the pieces of chicken in the bucket?! Well I ordered through Uber Eats for pickup.... This restaurant because it didn't want to honor the meal purchased. Said they didn't receive the order. As long as you're ordering for delivery everything is fine but for pickup there is a problem. They lack customer service... I going to report them to corporate. read more

This KFC location is my first choice when in the mood to treat myself to an occasional piece of unhealthy fried chicken. Never had any issues with the quality of the chicken. When I'm eating healthy, I will opt for their grilled chicken which is sometimes dry, but good. Albeit the corn on the cob can be hit or miss from appearing to have been sitting in the warmer longer than it should. Disappointed in the chain changing their wings. The breaded wings they offer now suck. Interesting that others have had a bad experience. I always keep my receipt just in case. read more

This is one of the better KFC's in the area. The food is always fresh, but the wait can be atrocious whether inside or the drive thru. They have pretty good deals like the $5 fill up boxes and the $10 and $20 buckets. If you can wait, this is the place for KFC in this area. read more

Love that fried chicken but this place is in the HOOD! Thick ass bullet proof windows between you and the cashier and there's a swivel box when they give you your order. I felt like I was in a bodega or liquor store in Brownsville. Verdict - Ain't that bad during the day when there's light. There's plenty of warehouse and trucker type of guys that come in here during the day but I can't imagine what this place turns into at night. read more

I should have gone to Popeyes or cooked the chicken myself. I stopped here as I was lazy. What a mistake. Long line in drive thru. Long line inside lobby. Its a Friday nite and only one cashier open. The chicken was not yummy but yucky. It was not cooked thru-out not even the wing pieces. I also found it way to salty and oily for my taste. Biscuits lacked flavour and were doughy. Majority of the employees here are so rude and give an impression that they don't even want to be there.. If you're so unhappy with your job, then leave.. I was there the other day .. We didn't finish completing our order and added an additional mash bowl towards the end and the girl that took our order made it seem like we made her day harder or as if that was too much work for her to do.. I would understand if our order was completed and then we ask at the window for something else.. But that wasn't the case. The employees are rude and make you feel uncomfortable. Number of visits: Three times. KFC offers one of my favorite chicken and probably my favorite mashed potato coming from a fast food restaurant. I've been coming to this location for such reasons, and also because it's one of the few places within a few blocks to eat out around here. This particular location is about average as you can get, and there's nothing wrong with that. It gets the job done. I ate in during all my visits. The customers and employees are separated by a wall of glass, which isn't comforting, but the safety of the employees is important. Maybe there was one instance when I saw that the small dining area, which consists of six tables, was unclean, and I had to deal with it. I ordered the $5 meal 3 piece chicken tender combo (the #6) which comes with mashed potato and gravy, a biscuit, a cookie, and a drink (3 / 5). It's more bang for your buck. I can't rate it four star food because the quality is quite average, so I think three is a fair assessment. The chicken tenders sometimes felt like they were cooked a while ago, but they were still satisfactory. I noticed that the ladies gave me extra pieces, so I'm grateful for that. If they did it on purpose, then how nice of them! But I'll give this place three out of five stars. Will I return? If I ever was craving KFC, no doubt! read more

I'm starting to think it's this area. And it makes me sad because a restaurant is in a certain shouldn't matter! MANAGEMENT should always want their store to stand out...in a good way! Well, like other stores on this street/neighborhood/area, the dining room was HORRIBLE. The customer service was cool; young lady was very helpful and semi-friendly. But when we asked for a rag to HELP HER wipe down this dining room, she kept taking orders. More and more people piled in but no where to sit. Finally, a group of kids left a semi-clean table and we just sat there. No one ever came out to clean the dining room. This stuff makes me so sad. I come here quite frequently, I would rate my experience on average a 3/5. Lines are long, food is fresh, a regular enjoyable experience. Met a cashier at this location named Marko, had a long conversation about martial arts and apparently he works here to pay off training. I handed him a book on Brazilian jiu-jitsu to help out.
