The food was delicious, no complaints at all. The place is pretty spacious but not enough seating. The service was pleasant and quick but only issue was that even doe there's a lot of parking, it's super tough such that it's in such busy location. I order two burgers , fries and 2 drinks and my entire order was incorrect I went back to have it fixed. After the first mess up the order still wrong . I told the employee my order does not have pepper jack cheese and still missing jalapeño,he proceeded to touch my burger and lift the bacon up to show me that there is cheese but why is pepper jack cheese yellow. I asked if he can remake the burger since he touched it he said no he has gloves on he was not making my food. He was on the register touching the register and everything else . This was my 4th or 5th time eating at holy cow at jfk!!! It's always amazing!!! The staff is friendly! The service is wonderful and the ambiance and atmosphere of this restaurant is chill. It's lots of space and tables, the restaurant is clean and the food is ALWAYS fresh hot and tasty!!! Yesterday I ordered the chicken slider lunch special!! It was soooooo delicious the spicy mayo sauce is good but I like the mambo sauce!! The drinks are great my favorite is the Shirley temple!! Vegans - don't waste your time here. The first time I went, I ordered the vegan impossible burger and fries. I was told everything is vegan. The fries tasted amazing, but then I find out that the fries are in fact not vegan. Seems their customer service representative lied to me in person to make a sale. I called days later to place another order and they said the fries weren't available. I asked about the other vegan options and was rudely told "the fries weren't vegan either". Open till late very good food I was tired after a flight and I really missed the burgers so I passed by ordered a cheeseburger with fries, it was a very good burger and it was a good sized portion, service was very good the man working was very quick with the two orders he had and he was kind especially for a night shift worker. Service is sub par , after paying nearly 20 dollars the cashier says be didn't have enough change to give me back and proceeded to try to make me accept that . The shop was in a busy busy area just outside the airport. We must have caught them changing shifts because they were more folks in the back then up front. The help was very friendly and attentive. I was feeling generous so I gave them 2 stars for fast service, then again I had no comparison since it wasn't busy when I came here at 9pm Friday night, there was no line.  Parking lot was busy, seems like this JFK parking lot is always busy.  I had the "Classic Burger" Single $8 and "Sweet Potato tots" $6.  Let me start with the burger, personally I think burgers taste their best when they're fresh from just getting cooked, as soon as I was handed my order I immediately started eating while it's at its best.  The beef patty was warm but not hot like it was fresh of the frying pan, already disappointed at this point, the buns I thought was too think, too much buns, all together, the burger didn't come close to my expectations, the flavor just wasn't there.  The sweet potato tots was a good portion, after the first 3-4 tots I thought I liked it, after a few more, I thought I should have passed on the tots, didn't like it, will not order it again if I ever get desperate enough to come back to this establishment.  For $15 and change, I didn't think it was worth the meal.  My friend ordered the "N.Y.C. Though the food is good, I'm rating it 2 stars for poor service. I placed my order online and selected the curbside option. When I arrived and after waiting 10 minutes past the time it said it would be ready, I called to inform them I'm waiting outside in the car. The gentleman said it was ready and hung up. So I called back to ask if there is a designated spot for curbside pickups and if so, I'll move to that location. A woman answered and said there's no more curbside pickup. So I asked if she would like me to come in and pickup the order---there was a pause, she asked for the make and model of my car and came out. She nastily said no more curbside pickups and walked away disgruntled with a scowl on her face. I told her that she shouldn't be upset with me when all I did was select an option available to me online. How was I suppose to know that it's no longer available. She was very unprofessional and rude. I Will not go back there. By the way, the receipt attached to the bag said curbside pickup with the make and model of my car and my telephone number. ok so here we go again, I know I said I would never revisit this location obviously I lied I noticed they started selling milkshakes so I wanted to give it a try. when placing the order the cashier quickly tells you to leave a review this put me off because I haven't even received the item purchased so what review could I honestly leave at this point, so this was off putting, you want customers to leave a genuine review on the product that they enjoyed or didn't enjoy but it shouldn't be a forced issue I sat and witnessed her do it to the other patrons visiting the store. now I will say the establishment definitely handled the odor issue from my last visit so I have to point that out the store was clean, and no unbearable odor. now the wait for the milkshake was quit long and when I finally received the product it was literally milk nothing frozen about it pure milk I was taken back and quickly asked for a refund the cashier seemed to think the drink was made ok but other patrons had to tell her the consistency was completely off she gestured for the chef and he asked if he could remake the drink I declined seeing how I was running late for work and explained I could not wait any longer just issue the refund he asked again but my response stayed firm no if this was the product you so confidently gave out then I don't want to wait for another I'm sorry just give the refund after back and forth they finally did, Idk if i will revisit this location again when you have places like shake shack and wendy's so close in proximity you would think they would try to give better quality service read more
