Was passing through and had to stop for a bite. The first thing I want to mention was the service. The drive thru server was the SWEETEST. She was friendly, efficient, and so polite. I got my order and continued on my three hour journey. I ordered the chicken sandwich box which included fries, eight nuggets, a chicken sandwich, and a sweet tea. I ordered this combo because I haven't had kfc nuggets in years and heard they'd changed and so had the chicken sandwich, post-chicken sandwich war era. Best. Nuggets. Ever. Unpopular opinion but.... They were better than Chick-Fil-A, who uses too much sugar in their batter. Way better than any fast food nuggets on the market right now, in general. As far as the sandwich, the bun was fresh, the chicken was hot and crispy, but what impressed me most was they didn't skimp on my favorite part of a chicken sandwich; the pickles. There was a pickle in every delicious bite!! That, combined with the fresh bun and the perfectly cooked chicken with exactly the right amount of mayo, put this sandwich as a top contender for fast food chicken sandwich choices. 10/10. Fries were also great, as well as fresh. It's rare that a fast food chain hits on all levels, but seriously, this location is the trifecta. Can't speak on ambience because I didn't go in, but I'd recommend this KFC location if you're traveling through Jefferson, Georgia. No pictures because I was driving, but the food delivered on aesthetic as well. It looked great and tasted great. Other locations could learn from visiting this one. read more

I moved from MS over twenty years ago, the entire region is filthy in the restaurants. Mom and Pops, etc. Smaller chains, let these locations run amuck, there is absolutely NO good help! Management is void. read more

Can't even put gravy on their mashed potatoes and the nuggets are tiny dried marbles. Only thing consistent with this place is it's always horrible. Management is a joke! They ruin our meal and expects us to come all the way back wasting gas when they should've done it right in the first place. The reason we're so upset is this is literally every single time! They want us to just eat the cost of our meal like it's nothing. Or waste more gas and money coming back. Here's an idea! Do it right the first time! 04/10/22 APPROX 8PM FRANCISE: The owners obviously do not care. SO I'll be calling the health department Monday morning. There's no way they're following health dept regs. This KFC should be investigated by corporate. I'll be contacting them as well. Ordered the 12 piece bucket meal mixed. I was brought taco bell instead. Had to argue for a second. Finally got my bucket n stuff. Rushed home b4 cking order since I was here so dm long. I assumed they would have it right after giving me someone else's order. What a mistake that was. I did not realize they use cheap little dinner rolls and no longer serve biscuits. I'll definitely ask corporate about that since they still show good looking biscuits on their ads. Ordered mac n chez but got corn. The corn was cold. They forgot the gravy ( maybe that was a blessing) as everything else really sucked. Mashed potato product was horrible - especially w/ no gravy. Just a glop of white splat honestly. Chicken was old looking n wet/mushy. It was all original recipe - NOT mixed as ordered. 2 breasts 2 thighs and 8 drums. WTH Mother n law is 91 and boy was she mad. She tried to give hers to the dog and I said if he gets sick she'd have to clean it up. That brought a smile to her face. She paid over $46 to pitch this garbage in the garbage. How can a place get so much wrong on 1 simple order? Is it intentional? NEVER AGAIN Please stop taking peoples money n serving this stuff. This location is a joke, I keep giving them second chances and I keep being disappointed. I get it's hard to find people willing to work, but these girls working the drive through need some serious Customer Service training and a personality adjustment!!! Ordered my meal, $5 fill up with leg and thigh. No slaw, then was told after I ordered, no green beans. Got my drink and went to sit down, was told no original recipe, so in order to get what I ordered, it was gonna take 20 minutes or so to cook the chicken. Very poorly managed restaurant. read more

Don't go in the bathrooms before you eat! I almost threw up. You'd think one of the employees loafing around the dining area would address. Water on floor, waste (yes, waste) in the sink, paper towel dispenser busted open. Dining room: water on the floor, flies and garbage on floor behind the front counter and food prep area. My Wife drove through the drive thru Sunday, 11/24/19. Rhonda was the window person and my wife ordered me he Kfc Big box with a sandwich 2 sides poppers and a drink. The did not get this right at all. Gave her a sandwich and a side and drink. When my wife tried to let them that it was wrong they argued with her and told her the items were in the box. Yes they charged it right i believe but the point is, it is not what was ordered. Multiple times they were told it was wrong and they were not helpful at all. Actually insulted my wife when she said that the order was the big box and they replied with " so you want it in a box"? In a insulting way. This place needs a whole new crew. Always has issues here. Drive thru lines take forever. And people here are rude. Needs new management and a new general manager if you ask me. read more

If it were possible to give negative stars I absolutely would. I can't understand how a fast food restaurant directly off a major highway cannot seem to function. Half the time the exterior lights aren't even on so you can't tell they're open. They're always out of something and it takes an eternity to order let alone get your order. i have had kfc wings many time and really loved them. these wings looked like they were baby chicken wings. they were so small that there was hardly any meat on them. i know they are trying to cut cost and make money. i definately will not go back. went to kroger and got wings that were the right size. read more

If possible, I'd give this restaurant less than one star. The staff is rude and act like they'd rather be shoveling manure. Countless times they are out of certain side items at any time of the day, and if you have the audacity to ask why or when they expect more, they will have no problem telling you to feel free to eat somewhere else. They serve only Pepsi products but because of allergies, I can't drink Pepsi products, If you order a combo and tell them you don't want a drink, they refuse. YOU HAVE TO TAKE A DRINK. When you ask for an extra biscuit instead--which is only seventy-nine cents, they will tell you they can't do that. Why? Because they can't. Good answer. When one of the drive-thru workers demanded I take the drink, I took the the meal and told her again I was allergic and drove off. She threw the drink at my car. I called the manager and he told me she was a good worker, and did nothing. As I said, DON'T go there. You money is better spent doing as they advise. Go somewhere else. read more

A few years ago I would have given this KFC five stars but since the one in Commerce GA closed, this one in Jefferson has gone downhill. The drive thru is slow for starters. Tonight we had chicken liver dinners to go. We went inside to order. They were obviously left over from lunch-hard, broken into crumbly pieces, just not good. Last week they did not once again have what we wanted to order. With Bojangles across the street, you would think the food would have gotten better-not worse. read more
