I ordered door dash from this location tonight (8/8/25) and it took nearly half an hour for the staff to give my dasher the food. By the time they got it and got it to me (about a ten minute drive), my food was cold, I meant there was no warmth to it at all, and I had food missing. The nuggets were nowhere to be found despite the fact that they included the sauce. The frosty was completely melted, and must have been when it was given to my door dasher because there wasn't even a small bit that was frozen still. I've been to this location before and they seemingly closed early without notice, or either they just ignored their drive thru alarm for a solid seven minutes before I finally decided to leave. I should have known better, but at least I can warn others. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

I've eaten here for a few months as my job takes me by this place. 4 out of 5 days a week there's a manure truck parked in THIER parking lot. It makes the whole place smell horrible. Why would they allow this? And what makes this nasty situation worse, is there is a giant truck stop behind the store with plenty of parking for a big truck. Ridiculous. read more

Lunch break run! Came here while they were doing construction, so only the drive-thru was open. The people here are really nice and try to get you in and out. It's refreshing. The young man that helped me at the window was swift and got me to the pick-up line without any stress. The woman at the pick-up window was also very nice and patient. Even when I asked for ketchup at the last minute, she slipped in a quick "have a nice day!" :) Would I recommend? Yes. Will I be back? Most likely. read more

We stopped for Frosty's at 9:30 - sign says dining room is open until 10:00 - both doors were locked with workers inside working drive thru. Why close the dining room early? We left rather than give our money to this business. read more

Really sucks when you use your one lunch break at 11:00 pm to come to a Wendy's that says it closes at midnight just to arrive to a restaurant that clearly has about 4 or 5 people inside and when you get to the drive thru they tell you to "come back during normal business hours". Just be open when you say you're going to be open. Ridiculous. read more

Yes I know - I know. It's my fault for not checking the contents of the bag and making sure I was given a receipt. This is ALL MY FAULT. I understand. However, what is NOT my fault is the crappy little "burgers" I was given that are nothing like the pictures whatsoever. The cold little dingle berries as I will forever refer to them as. Absolutely disgusting. I remember Wendy's from a long time ago - crushing the competition w/ large juicy burgers. awesome frosty's etc. Now it's absolute crap - plain and simple crap. The menu has pictures for a reason - that is to show you what your ordering - you are not delivering what your representing. I believe something should be done about that as it is obvious false advertising. Here is what is going to happen: I will return and order again and request my receipt and ck the order before leaving the counter you smartasses. I will then request the item I ordered from the visual menu - to replace the dingle berries you plopped into my sack. I feel the need to stick up for this Wendy's as we had an excellent time here on our way back from Atlanta to Charlotte. My husband and I were hungry on our drive home and wanted something quick. We had recently gone to Delaware and had a horrible experience with a Wendy's there so we were kind of hesitant to come here. We tend to order off the dollar menu, so nothing too complicated, however when I order my baked potato I prefer 2 packets of butter instead of 1 sour cream and 1 butter. Like I said, not really too complicated, but is about 95% of the time an ignored request. I placed the order at the drive thru, in a relatively quick manner, rattling off chicken nuggets with bbq sauce, 2 JBCs and my baked potato. Without missing a beat the girl at the window just said ok, and my total. We were very skeptical because I usually have to repeat something along the way but we said ok and went to the window to grab our food. We were handed the food upon driving around and I checked the bag to make sure we had at least 4 items. We were just going to eat in the parking lot anyways, so if there was a mistake we could just run in. Long story short, the food was hot and delicious and everything was correct. The entire transaction took maybe 2 minutes and we enjoyed everything! read more

This Wendys is located conveniently right off the highway and next to tractor trailer parking. However it is extremely slow service which is horrible considering the location. I stopped into this store two days in a row for lunch. Monday, May 11th at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 12th at 11:50 a.m.. I ordered the samething both days, one meal (tripple cheese, med fri & med Hi-C), to eat in dinning room and a second meal, (single cheese, med fri & med coke) to bring home for my wife's lunch. The meat was fresh and hot, made the exact way I ordered it. So perfect in fact I submitted the online survey for the $2 off coupon on my next visit. Both times the food was good, the staff was engaging and helpful, the dining room was clean and the mens room was also clean. Plenty of parking. Sonya or Sandra was the woman who took my order and actually seemed happy, glad to be at work and happy to be helpful. read more

Coming home from Atlanta, I had a craving for Wendy's cheese fries. I told my boyfriend to stop at the Wendy's off 85 even though he wanted to stop elsewhere. We pulled up at the drive thru and attempted to order a pretzel burger combo substitute cheese fries. The girl taking our order must have been high because she was painfully slow and could not get our simple order right. She was ringing each item up separately. We asked her to make it a combo and she ignored our request. After trying to get our order right three times she started to get an attitude and told us to pull around. We told her we were not done ordering yet and then she very rudely spat "Well go ahead and order then". At that point we replied we were coming inside the restaurant. The girl who greeted us at the counter had a smirk on her face, leading us to believe she was the one who had taken our order at the drive thru. We asked for the manager and she called over her manager Sandy. She seemed to be smiling like she was in on a joke or something. Sandy came over wearing a drive thru headset. I'm sure she heard what horrible service we had at the window on the headset. She did NOT seem apologetic. She said she was very sorry for what happened, but again, she did NOT seem like she actually cared. I'm sure NO ONE was written up. We told her we no longer planned to eat there now or ever and were appalled by the awful service we received. Then we left. I wish zero stars was an option. read more
