Good staff always ready to take your order. Food has always been fast and hot. I have been here several times and yet to be disappointed.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed in the customer service at this location on Cobb Pkwy. Awesome location & the food was great, but I would not return due to customer service. I stopped in to pick up a mobile order and thankfully the location was pretty slow and no customers in line. I wasn't greeted by any staff. I picked up my order from the designated station, brought it to the car and realized I was missing something. Brought the order back inside to grab my missing item, again was not greeted by anyone and kindly told the person at the front register what I was missing. He told the girl in the back and she loudly said "she needs to check the brown bag" (she was within earshot but she made sure to be loud enough for me to hear). As I heard her say that, I again checked both of my brown bags and still did not have my missing item. The gentleman brought my item without hesitation but didn't say anything. No apologies (which is fine) but didn't even say "thank you" or anything. Location was decently clean. I was unable to check out the restroom. Plenty of parking. Great location. Will not return due to customer service. read more

I passed by KFC at this location today during the storm to pick up food via a drive-through. I ordered eight pcs of fried chicken and 8pcs of tenders. I ended up overpaying despite the ad on the menu at the exact location explicitly states that each of my orders was $10 and both orders should have amounted to $20. However, I paid almost double the price as shown on the receipt ($40). I didn't want to start an argument while the wind was blowing and the rain was pouring. I feel that I was ripped off. I purchased the new chicken nuggets at the KFC off of Cobb Parkway and Barrett Parkway and they did not look like the commercial (nice and crunchy like their krispy fried chicken), secondly the nuggets are so small if you put them together you will have one chicken finger. So disappointed, I haven't been to kfc in over 10 years & finally decided to give it a try again but now I remember why I don't eat there. Ordered the fried wings with buffalo sauce & after a few bites I realized the chicken wasn't cooked all the way. It was still pink so I thought maybe it's just this one so I opened up a few more & those were pink as well. First off , I eat here often as it's close by to my office. The chicken is usually over cooked but edible... coleslaw and green beans are delicious.. my main concern is the employees and their attitude towards customers. Unsweetened tea is kept behind the counter. Ask for it and they roll their eyes and it take 5 minutes to get it. Salt and pepper? Apparently they feel that it needs to be portioned out 2 packs at a time. Forget to request it (not offered when you order) and you get another eye roll and a 3-5 minute wait. Napkins? Usually torn off paper towels. (Today actually got real KFC brown napkins). Got a total of 3! Asked for more and was told that's all he's allowed to give me ! $9 for lunch and I'm only allowed 3 napkins! It is obvious that this franchise owner cares more about saving a few pennies than treating their customers like the rest of the KFC's... Here's hoping corporate reads this and takes action! read more

This restaurant always serves me good food. They seem to have staffing issues and close sometimes like many fast food restaurant, but the owner/manager is always there working hard and I respect that. I get great service and good food and always from the same person working hard. read more

Service is the worst! I hope this changes, meaning management realizes their food is good but their service is disrespectful. Coming in an hour before closing on the weekday and asking for a bucket I can hear the employees upset that I and someone in drive thru had the nerve to ask for food from a restaurant because I suppose it meant they had to cook.....because apparently they get paid to stand around? Ask for a lemonade which is behind the counter and I hear the word "seriously". Almost slipped on the floor from what I suspect was windex used to clean. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this KFC to anyone. The meals purchased were horrible and not edible. Went through the drive through in the early evening ordering several items. The chicken was as hard as a rock as if it had been made many hours before and had a bad aftertaste. The fries were obviously not fresh and dried out with same bad aftertaste. We had to throw everything out except the drinks. Huge waste of money and time. No excuse for this. read more

This is the only kfc close to me and I think its incredibly frustrating how they forget something everytime. I always check my food so i fix it when im in the drive thru but my husband doesnt and for him to get home and be missing half the food when the person handing it to him says "everything is in there" is just annoying. I work in the food industry and Ive made a few mistakes here and there, but come on...im missing something everytime and thats a problem with your training of staff at that point. Worst KFC on the planet. Anytime you go to a place that sells chicken and they tell you "We're out of chicken" you know you're in for it. If you're not waiting in line until your next birthday then they will get you through with the WRONG order -- it's one of the two almost every time. Some of the workers seem to dread their job as if it's your fault they're miserable. If you want chicken you'd be better off going across the street to either Whole Foods, finding another place or just hunting your own chickens to eat! read more

Filed my complaint with KFC corporate. They had the store manager called me directly and apologized for the poor service. Asked if a bucket of chicken would make up for it and that she had also counciled the employee to pay more attention to detail. I went and saw the manager. Today was the worst experience I have ever had at KFC. I had to go through the drive-thru three times because they kept leaving out items that I paid for. First I ordered mash potatoes and Cole slaw, but didn't get the Cole slaw. Then I ordered two chocolate chip cookies, left and didn't have the cookies. Last night we went by at around 7:30 pm and we saw while sitting in the drive thru the employee take back food in through the window twice. YES, items that customers clearly complained about, taken back in TWICE by 2 separate transactions. We finally made it up to the window to pay and get our food and the cashier informed us that no one had actually put our order in. Went to this KFC on a Monday evening, over 2 hours before they close. Was treated as though I shouldn't be there so late. Jatyra is the name of the cashier on my receipt. As the only guests in the store, we still waited about 5 minutes to be helped. Once our food was in, she never returned my change. When I asked for it, she assured me it was only 40 cents and rolled her eyes, as if that makes a difference. It's still MY 40 cents. When she brought someone (I'd assume a manager?) up to unlock the drawer, they both laughed that I was even asking for 40 cents back. Again, still MY money. I then sat down to eat and realized I never received any of the sauce I had asked for. I returned to the counter but had to wait another 5 minutes while the cashier was out at a booth talking to her friend and playing on their phones. I don't expect much from fast food, just the bare minimum like getting what I ordered and receiving proper change. But that seems to be a huge struggle at this location as they'd prefer to give you attitude rather than anything else. read more

They were out of extra crispy when we went through and it was right around dinner time so I feel they should have been prepared better when I asked about waiting for more they said they were not making more. Customer service is horrible. I cannot believe they operate the way they do and they are still open. They didn't take my order at the drive thru speaker so I pulled up and they tried to make me go back around. I politely asked if they could take my order since no one took my order at the speaker, and I would park in the spots adjacent to the drive thru. They said no. Unprofessional laziness at it's finest. When I was young I worked a drive thru and I know what customer service is. That was laziness. No other way around it. read more
