The guy working there gives us our order after asking us to wait. The chicken tasted like it had literally been sitting there for hours. How the hell are you going to serve this chicken which should have gone into the garbage? No more flavor and dry as sand. 45 dollars WASTED. I have never been to a more dysfunctional KFC. Way too much personal conversations going on instead of helping the customer. The food can be good but often is not. No QA, I ordered a meal picked it up 15 minutes after I ordered as that was the time the app told me to pick it up at and it was cold. If I wanted Cold chicken that I had to heat up I would have bought a bag of Tyson chicken strips. Failing at every level, always out of items. I think I give up. And will hit Popeyes down the road. When I told them about their resolute issues they didn't care and shrugged their shoulders. BTW when I say cold it was also dry. Had to give the tenders to the dog ands the dog had to drink water to wash them down. Sooo sad..I grew up with KFC and it's a part of my happy place.. just not this location. Was craving some KFC and had my 9 yo with me so figured he could get nuggets and I could get a meal. Walked in to a fairly empty lobby with one person in front of me. After a little more than 5 minutes, they asked him for his order. It was a mobile order and it seemed they messed up a few things with his order. Another 5 or six minutes passed and he was on his way. I then waited another 3-4 minutes to be waited on. They were dealing with drive thru but I felt ignored. Finally got to place my order and they were out of Cole slaw which is one of the reason I went there. I got a three piece with mashed potatoes. Food was okay at best. My son had no sauce for nugs or ketchup for fries. Went back up to ask for ketchup and nobody was at counter so another 3 minutes went past. Sounds like pettiness on my behalf on some of those but it was one thing after the next. Oh and the fountain Raspberry Iced Tea tasted like battery acid. I don't expect 5 star service at a KFC or fine dining but there is comfort in their usual consistency. Hopefully this was just a bad day. First off, I ordered a Pepsi and 5 piece chicken nuggets. The Pepsi was basically colored water with ice (it was so flat and watered down), the nuggets were barely a step above ice cold. looking forward to some KFC I was very disappointed in the result. the order was placed on line and was picked up within 10-13 minutes. it was an eight piece chicken tender deal. unfortunately the chicken tenders had none of the famous kfc seasoning. the biscuits which are decadent and have always been a favorite were not completely cooked through-first time ever for that. I sliced one carefully and put it in the toaster.....not the same. the people working at this location were nice, no problem there. it will be a long time before letting a hankerin for kfc get the best of me. Went thru the drive thru for an 8 piece bucket and 2 large sides. Problem #1- the speaker system at the drive thru was broken so you had to wait in line to order at the window - 15 minute wait just to order. Problem #2- at 4-30 pm on a Thursday, they had no original recipe breasts pieces available so i had to get 2 extra crispy breasts and 6 regular pieces. The employee told me it would be a 25-30 minute wait for original recipe breasts if i wanted them. #3 - got the chicken home and the two extra crispy breasts were greasy and hard as a rock, eeewwwwwww. The regular pieces were not much better. What a horrible experience - all for $31.31 - talk about disappointing.This place has gone downhill fast. I shall go to popeyes next time. Placed an order on the app at 7:30pm and selected 9:15 pick up. Got the "we've received your order" message. Got to the restaurant at 9:09 to find the restaurant closed. As I walked back to the car I received an email that they couldn't fulfill my order. Restaurant app stated open until 9:30 and website said 10pm. I called the restaurant when I got home, the manager gave me some bullshit story that she saw they were missing and she was running after me in the drive thru, but I was pulling away. I've went into this KFC every once and awhile. It gets pretty cool in the place(especially in the summer)-so cool I always need a sweatshirt even in summer. Otherwise, things run rather smoothly. However, with the amount of soy allergies my whole family has and since all their products contain soy, I can't seem to say much. I tend to "deal" with the soy problems since they don't cause hospitalization or other drastic measures, but it is enough to say. Either way you look at it, the people at the register know how to run the business. They are professional, and can assist in answering MOST questions you have. Their dining area with tables is a problem though. They only have a few tables and I felt quite cramped the last few times. Food is fairly priced, but the food always tastes a bit stale and quite cool(despite the warming bulb above the products). read more

I love this KFC so much. It's hard to say why the place was so life-changing to me, but I will try my best.I grew up in an upscale neighborhood in Alkali Clow, Limberwisk. Now, as you know Limberwisk is not exactly a rich country, so I did not have access to the American chain stores like KFC. I mostly stuck to eating the typical Kalshht and Hush foods generally attributed to a Limberwisk native. When i emigrated to the US, I moved from town to town, trying to find a community that was free from the incessant Racism against people from Limberwisk. When I moved to Kingston a while ago, I was pleasantly surprised to not be ridiculed for my ancestry, but to find a community of Limberwisk immigrants to welcome me. Today, me and my buddies went to the KFC and we were blown away. It tasted heavenly. The biscuit tasted just incredible, the chicken was truly epic. The place was squeaky clean, even by Alkali Clow native standards. We are famously perfectionists when it comes to cleaning. My brother Rœrgën is a madman with a broom. The posters were extremely cool and helped to establish a mood while I ate. Me and my comrades sobbed as we left this great establishment. Mœslëÿ was extremely emotional. This food was a spiritual journey for me and I will gladly come again. Would give 6 stars if I could. Sorry for the rant, but I had to get it off my chest.
