NO WHITE MEAT. Okay, they like legs so okay. No. Not okay. SO OVERCOOKED they were inedible. And TINY. A massive ripoff. I will NEVER go back and you shouldn't either. Instant potatoes and some mix gravy. Could have done much MUCH better going to Popeyes. Deserves NO stars. Clearly the owners just don't care about putting out absolutely crappy food. I had to share this horrific experience immediately in hopes that the franchise owner or corporate will see this and take immediate action! My daughter put an order in on the KFC app and set it up for drive through. She and I were talking on the phone when she arrived. Upon her arrival, she gave her name and the man on the speaker told her to come inside. She stated she ordered her pickup for drive through and asked why she had to come inside. The man immediately escalated and said she needed to come inside because her food wasn't ready. She said she could wait in her car for it. (She did not want to get out of her car for personal reasons) The man started yelling at her so she said she would come to the window for a refund. He told her he was not giving her a refund and because cursing at my daughter like he had lost his mind! I couldn't believe how he was yelling and cursing at her saying he wasn't (expletive) going back and forth with her and she can get the (expletive) out of the drive through! She asked to speak to a manager and said he WAS the manager!! I could not believe what I was hearing from this man!!! She stated she was going to wait at the window until she was refunded her money. He said she wasn't getting (expletive) from him and he was calling the police. My daughter waited until the police arrived and she told the officer what occurred. She received a complaint number and the name of the manager. There is absolutely no way an employee should be allowed to treat and talk to the customer in that manner, let alone a MANAGER! I cannot imagine the environment the employees are operating in if their manager curses the customers unabashedly! I will also send my complaint to corporate. read more

10/13/25, 7:31pm I placed an order at 100 Markham Park Drive, Little Rock, AR 72211 (Tik#4175 / $26.87) for an 8pc meal (Original Recipe) with Ms.T. Davis (Mgr). A few minutes later a man came to inform me they did not have enough Original recipe to complete my meal. He advised me it would be 20 minutes before they have more original. He offered Crispy but I declined and decided to wait. I checked back at the counter regarding the status of my order and Ms. T. Davis advised me the breader was broken or out of order and the chicken had not been cooking; however, it will be 20 more minutes before it's ready. I was disgruntled by the response, nonchalant, lack of customer relations. She offered my money back or option to add a dessert. I told her I'd wait for my meal. No meaningful apology was tendered but a poor excuse was rendered. I was seated near the front counter and while they were filling orders in the drive thru staff seemed to avoid the front counter. The man in paragraph one who'd advised me of the initial 20 minute wait entered the front door and went behind the counter at 8:19pm. I told him I was not satisfied with the length of time it has taken to get my order. He said "I got you". I waited at the counter and he never returned. At 8:27p Ms. Davis (Mgr.) returned to the counter with my meal. I informed her this lack of service is unacceptable and I'd be reporting this experience. She repeated "I already told you what the problem was". Her lack of professionalism, lack of good customer relations and apathy for this atrocious experience is intolerable. This experience merits KFC Corporate attention. Customer relations training is desperately needed at this location (100 Markham Park Drive, Little Rock, AR 72211). This lady, she was so sweet. She attended us well, The only one thing that the fries were a 2 minute wait, but it took more than 2 minutes. They didn't give us straws but we kindly asked, and they gave it to us kind too. They forgot our fries on one of our order but we asked if we could get fires and we asked if we could get them. What could improve? EVERYTHING! We spent $37.00 for our online order only to get robbed at the drive-thru. We ordered the 6 piece family meal with 12 - 12 = 0 nuggets. We got our sides, 4 biscuits, and extra sandwich we ordered. We ordered on the app at 8:12p, was told it will be ready at 8:20p, and it was walked out to our car at 8:35p, we got home at 8:49p, unloaded the groceries from our car for the next 5 - 7 minutes, then said down at the dinner table only to find out we had been shorted 12 nuggets and two pieces of chicken. I called KFC and Mr. Fecal-matter-for-brains manager answers the phone. I told him what we were shorted and he wanted to argue about the two missing pieces of chicken because he admitted he filled the order and knows it was right. When I brought up the 12 nuggets, he said he knows that there was 12 nuggets in the order because he still has them there. Mr. "I-can't-pass-a-drug-test" manager said he knows he put all 6 pieces of chicken in the box and he is not going to replace the two missing pieces of chicken. I was at the drive thru at this KFC location attempting to order food when a lady, who I later found out was the night manager, told me on the drive thru speaker that they are not taking orders at the drive thru and will have to come inside to place my order. I asked the manager the reason for not taking orders at the drive thru lane and she rudely told me, "are you going to come inside to order your food or you going to keep asking questions." After she made that statement, I've told her thank you and drove off. There were no signs at the drive thru lane that states the drive thru lane is close. So tonight I got a 20 8 PC. Bucket w 4 sides. In all my life I have always been able to choose what sides. Well tonight the man told me the sides are as is. I couldn't choose. This was at 7:00pm. A chicken restaurant that doesn't have any chicken ready. This site needs to be closed down because they are not really there. It's a mirage.
