Dirty disgusting rat hoLE. The place is filthy. I mean filthy. No one cleans the tables. Came in today at 1pm. Stood at the counter for a few mins to get recognized. They do NOT give you a tray if you eat in so that is pretty disgusting. Tables were dirty and sticky. Probably from the rush they had earlier. No rush now so why not clean this mess up?? The chicken was dried out and disgusting. I threw out the sad dried out breast. The potato wedges were so old they were like biting into a cracker. Another item for the garbage bin. The only saving grace were the two tacos. For $10 I can do better across the street or down the road. Never again. Clean this filthy place up. read more

Not only did they mess up 1 or 2 things with our order, but they messed up the entire order part of it we did not receive and what we did receive was screwed up. I called and was told by the manger Megan to come back in and she will see what she can do. I told her to just refund my card for what we did not receive, itnot possible for me to drive back there. I was told again that there was nothing she can do and to file a dispute with my credit card company and then was hung up on. read more

HORRIBLE service!! Phoned in an order at 11:30 am. Was told to pick it up in half an hour. Got to the place at noon.... went through drive there and paid. We were told to pull around building and they would bring it right out. 20 min later we went in to get the order. Still waited another 25 min inside. 1 hour and 15 min to get order ready!!! Drove here after Orland Park KFC manager rudely told us we'd have at least a 40 minute wait for our order. They only had a couple people in their dining room and I observed one of them returning food they were not happy with. The order was for three twelve piece dinners but manager said that it should have been called in as it was a catering size order. When we arrived at the Lockport location I could see a number of cars in the drive up and wondered if the same thing would happen. Walked in and a very pleasant,I believe manager,said it could take 30 minutes but our order was ready in 15 minutes. Crew was courteous and efficient and food was all there as ordered. Lockport location is also a Taco Bell unlike the Orland KFC. In the future when going for KFC we'll drive to Lockport. read more

I think people fail to realize that the chicken they are getting here and the meals are made to order, it takes time. I know coming here and going into the drive thru is gonna cost me 20 minutes. Inside is much faster. From the Taco Bell items to the KFC everything is always hot, fresh and good. They have a huge menu and deliver it every time. They have good deals and of course it is processed food, but it's served to me hot fresh. Taken that into consideration it is great option for dinner. read more

I haven't had kfc in probably a decade, now I remember why. I saw an ad for the Famous Bowl, looked interesting so I wanted to try it. I came here right after they opened for the day. The employees where involved in some kind of drama amongst themselves over their headsets. The cashier was visibly upset. I ordered my items, never got a receipt. When I got home I noticed I on my credit card was charged $12 instead of $9. The Famous Bowl was like soup. The mashed potatoes were basically water. It was cold, and of the 4 small pieces of chicken in it 2 were solid breading. I honestly don't know who eats here. It was beyond disappointing. If you want chicken, go to Jewel's deli across the street, it's cheaper and significantly better! read more

Not sure why I return to this location as the service is just god awful. Apparently this is a breast/wing meal with green beans. Worst customer service ever at a KFC/Taco Bell! I don't even know how in the world they continue to stay in business. The food is the only thing good about this place. Every time I went in there, everywhere there was a mess - bathroom, tables, floor, kitchen area, etc. - EVERYTHING! Last time that my family got food from there, we (as usual) had a whole meal missing from our order. To add to that, a LIVE spider was crawling all over my brother's food in the bag. My mom went back to get the missing meal and also get my brother's meal redone, and the workers, even the MANAGER, acted like they didn't want to correct THEIR mistake. When she told them about the spider, they didn't believe her, and one of the workers, when they got the food ready, just plopped the food on the counter in an upset manner. I read all the poor reviews and that was just not my experience. Was greeted by a very friendly upbeat cashier named Leo. My order was taken care of quickly and correctly. The food was fresh and the restaurant was clean. They seemed to manage handing both KFC and Taco Bell just fine. I am only commenting on my one visit. But this has been one of the more pleasant visits to a KFC in recent memory. Leo was also walking the room clearing tables asking if people needed a bag for leftovers. read more

Like most other reviews, our experience with KFC/ Taco Bell in Lockport has never been very good. They consistently screw up orders and leave stuff out/ off the order that you placed, food can be really bad at times, they NEVER seem to have any chicken when you want it, and claim they cannot make any more, revolving door of employees and managers - none of whom ever seem to give a crap about anything. Aslo, the employees/ managers can be VERY rude when you have an issue (which will be every time you go there). Horrible!! read more

As I pulled up KFC 159th street on Yelp, no surprise they only have one star. This should have been a simple drive thru run; the food was not ready,I had to wait, no sauces offered, nor was I asked what I would like; came home with a big order for the family....we had to scrounge for BBQ sauce, honey mustard, whatever could be found in the fridge. This should not be a big deal, but after a long day and waiting for the food to be ready, I called. The supervisor Amber, who later said she was the manager, then the store manager and then the store owner was rude, sarcastic, started to laugh a few times through the conversation....I had to ask several times, who do I contact ? before she gave me the phone number to corporate...by then she was a co owner...! Amber told me the store did nothing wrong, I should have asked for sauce and finally used an obscenity as we hung up. She never apologized once, and made it out to be the customers fault. My husband said to me, "I never go to KFC in Lockport, because they have never gotten an order correct" I am now a believer.
